I worked with Bethany Connell at Bay and Brook to plan a Welcome Dinner for our son’s wedding. Initially we decided on a Barbecue package. Later I came back to Bethany with questio...ns about vegetarian options, and to discuss allergies. Bethany was extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns. I live in CT, and the wedding was to be held in ME, so all of our conversations were through email. If so sent Bethany an email I always heard back from her the same day, and often within hours. We did schedule one telephone call at the very end to make sure everything was exactly as I wished. Bethany made this planning stress free. The night of the dinner, everything was delivered exactly on time-hot and ready to be served. Bethany couldn’t deliver that evening, so I never got to meet her in person. But the woman who delivered helped set up the buffet table, brought everything we needed-high quality paper goods. And the food was delicious.
