Adrian was an amazing wedding DJ. He was very responsive and understood exactly what we wanted for our themed 1920s wedding. We provided a playlist and Adrian gave good suggestions for both cocktail hour and reception dancing. He even helped us get a saxophonist to play for our wedding as well! He knew exactly the vibe we were going for.

Adrian was the DJ for our wedding and did an amazing job! First off, he is very professional and I felt at ease as he asked very detailed questions about the setup, locations, speakers and music preferences, while checking in regularly as we approached the day of. We had live music and Adrian worked with our wedding planner to make this go off without a hitch. He got the vibe right and the dance floor moving, I highly recommend Bay Area Beats!

Adrian was amazing in responsiveness throughout the process - making sure he got back to us within a few hours each time we reached out via email.
We had a wedding with people from many different countries attending and wanted a good mix of Indie pop for the cocktail and dinner at our wedding and a mix of American pop/hip hop + Bollywood + reggaeton for the party after dinner. Adrian did a phenomenal job covering and smoothly transitioning between all 3 - using the music to both get people onto the dance floor and keep them there. Adrian also did a really good job balancing requests from our guests while making sure to keep everyone entertained and playing our favorite songs.

Adrian was helpful, flexible, fun, down for whatever, and most importantly he was kind. I quoted a few other DJs who were super off-putting.. almost cocky or talking smack about other DJs in their intro emails which was awkward.. and Adrian was the only one who made me feel comfortable, like a friend.

Adrian took our wedding celebration to another level with his DJ services. He brought life to the reception party after our guests were tired and exhausted from our 2 ceremonies. He also helped us find live musicians for our American ceremony and helped us coordinate everything. He worked with our American Pop and Bollywood music preferences and smoothly transitioned between tracks where guests didn’t feel disconnected. Adrian did a great job working with us to make sure we got everything we asked for. He was thorough in his prep and constantly available over email to double-check everything. The uplighting service he provided was top notch as well. Most importantly, he was very adaptive to some last-minute changes - our reception quickly fell behind schedule but he was able to adapt on the fly and ensure everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend Adrian and his team!
Adrian was excellent!! He was easy to work with from the beginning and was communicative and on top of everything throughout the process. I knew I wanted a DJ who would help move the wedding events along smoothly and set the mood with the right music for each part of the day and Adrian did exactly that. We were able to compile our own playlists on Spotify and he did a great job arranging them for the perfect flow of music. He went with the flow with unexpected changes that came up during the wedding and was very kind, warm and engaging with our guests. I wanted a DJ that wouldn’t “put on a show” or be too much of an entertainer and Adrian was perfect. He seemed to enjoy himself too which was great! Adrian was great! He was super chill, had the whole night under control, followed our suggestions to the T. We made our playlists because we had a very specific vision for the night and he had no problem sticking to it and mixing the songs together to fulfill our vision. Would definitely recommend!

Adrian was amazing on our wedding 9/24/21. We had a lot of unique requests (like my mom singing our first dance) and Adrian did a fantastic job making our requests work perfectly. We got requests from wedding guests in advance to help us built a play list which we sent to him, and he did a great job building from the playlist and filling it out where it needed it, playing the right song and the right times to match the energy in the room. Our guests would run up to me saying "this is my song!!" when their's would play. Overall, it was an amazing party and we have been getting compliments about the music since!
We used Adrian this past weekend for our wedding and he was wonderful! Very patient, professional, and highly responsive! He was on time, and set up in all the correct locations. Each song was played when it was requested to be, and all our speeches were perfect. Highly recommend!
Working with Adrian for Laura & Lukas' wedding in June was the easiest and breeziest! Adrian is super professional and incredibly flexible, the day went incredibly smooth because of his willingness to ebb and flow with the schedule and demands.

We hired Adrian to provide mics for our wedding ceremony as well as MC and DJ services for our reception. Our communication was excellent leading up to the wedding and he took the time to understand what we wanted to accomplish. We provided a playlist for him to work with. We had a diverse music list from Brazilian bossa nova to 70s dance music and he also provided music for a special ethnic dance that was performed. During the reception, he was very friendly, flexible and created a welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend Adrian for your event!

Alex Storm was awesome. We hired him a couple weeks before our wedding and he played all of our favorite songs and implemented other songs within our genre. When we had some unexpected weather changes, he agreeably moved his equipment inside and was so accommodating to fit our needs. I would definitely hire him again.
Adrian was fantastic. On time and set up without any issues. He kept the party going and was able to read the guests to know what kind of songs to play. We were planning on working with Adrian, and we had exchanged several emails and a call working out the details. We had come to an understanding, and he sent me the contract on Monday while I was at work. When I got home and was preparing to send the deposit that same Monday evening, I received an email saying that he had booked another job for our date. The reason given was that the other event is located in a more convenient location. I was surprised, and disappointed in this business.

bout the same time & were on the fence. They called begging me to book them as they loved all my reviews. I realized it was only 1 mile from my house in Oakland, 4hrs less drive time to your remote venue in Felton, 2 hrs less DJ time, and even a bit more pay. What would you have done?
I had no signed contract or deposit with you yet so nothing was set in stone. Us busy
DJs get 2-4 inquiries a day & book out 6-12mths in advance. Yours was 3 months in advance so I realized before taking the other wedding I would find you a great other DJ that is free that date, which I quickly did. Please try to understand why it made sense for me to accept the other couples offer. Maybe you could
forgive me & erase this negative review that puts a dent in my business, even know what I did was completely legitimate in the business given we had no binding contract....

Adrian is super friendly and easy to work with, and I'm glad we chose him to be our wedding DJ. He made us feel at ease about our song choices, and also suggested music that fit the feeling we wanted even better than the sample songs we chose. And despite the chilly night air, the outdoor dance floor was lively the whole night. 10/10, would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great DJ and MC!
It was awesome having Adrian as the DJ at our Halloween wedding! He was easy to work with during the planning stages, and did a fantastic job at the event. We loved him, and highly recommend him for weddings or any party that needs an expert who knows how to get people to bust out the dance moves.

Picking Adrian to be our wedding DJ was an absolute no-brainer. He was immediately responsive to our inquiry, took time to call my (now) wife to answer questions we had, and was extremely accommodating from start to finish. We got married at my parents' house, so it made for not a typical venue setup. Adrian took what we had and make it work perfectly. I don't think a lot of DJs would do that, let alone even consider DJ'ing with that kind of environment! He put us at ease from the first time we talked, he communicated with us between that call and the day of, he even kept me calm leading up to the Big Moment! He greeted us with a smile and worked seamlessly with our planner. My wife and I had come up with a list of songs that we wanted to hear. Adrian was gracious in playing our ENTIRE list. He was great at transitioning between songs at the ceremony and reception. He has an eye for seeing that people are not too into a song and gradually faded to a new song before the "lame" one finished.

Adrian was the DJ at my winery wedding in Sonoma, California. My wife and I are from Florida and found it challenging sifting through various websites and options to vet and select a DJ. Despite that, we immediately knew that Adrian is a top pick: he is accommodating, experienced, a professional, and offers great value. The entire wedding party and guests were very happy with Adrian's skills. He was able to ask the correct questions ahead of time and was always in communication. Even better, during the wedding he was able to provide insight and knew how to stay away but take direction when things changed.
I hired Adrian to DJ at my 60s Dance Party for my birthday and am so glad I did! He worked with me to get a great song list organized by slower and faster dance songs which made the party work well as we had a variety of dancing, eating, speeches, games, etc. Adrian's set up was very professional and sounded great. He worked well with the staff at the venue and everything went off without a hitch! Will definitely hire him again for my next big party!

I usually don’t write reviews, but Adrian went out of his way to put everything together and I couldn’t have asked for better entertainment. I provided Adrian with a music list, but he also complimented it with his music list. He was able to set outside for the ceremony and moved the equipment inside for the reception. More than anything else, he was personable to work with and the lighting was very classy and soft as well. We asked him for some special affects and he was able to provide that for a little extra charge. It was well worth it. The corporate DJs are a bunch of marketing with no personal touch; however Adrian provided the personal touch with all the amenities. I would highly recommend him.

But the grand entrance and exit songs were played perfectly as planned. Your surprise sitar music went really well with the ceremony as well. Adrian has been incredible! I was first drawn to him from his professional experience, great price point, and numerous 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, Adrian and his partner were booked for my date, but amazingly he was still incredibly helpful, referring me to multiple high quality DJs.
His price quote was much more reasonable than other vendors and he has over 70 5-star reviews! Definitely a person to come to when planning a wedding or event!

Mahalo DJ Adrian for providing the tunes for our wedding reception! He was one of the most affordable and reasonably priced DJs out there, and we are glad we chose him. Adrian has a wide music collection of about 60,000 songs spanning the genres of disco, 80s, 90s hip hop, 2000s pop, and Top 40. We wanted to ensure that all of our guests had a great time dancing the night away. It was really easy to communicate with Adrian via email during the planning process, and he also checked in with to make sure our playlist questionnaire and requests was filled up prior to our wedding day. We strongly recommend Adrian for all of your music needs!

Adrian did a great job for our wedding. He did ceremony music, as well as the reception. He was easy to work with, responsive and did a great job. Our 20 guests ranged in age from 23-75 and we danced the night away. There's nothing like watching your 75 year old Grandmother dance until she can't dance anymore! He kept the party going and had great suggestions for music. We had some weather surprises and despite Tropical Storm Wali, everything went off without a hitch!
Adrian with Maui Beats did a GREAT job at our wedding! We would highly recommend him to anyone! He was able to play all of the songs we requested and kept people on the dance floor all night long! Thanks Adrian!!
