Lora Ashley is an Auburn University graduate and has been with the Bay Harbor Yacht Club since 2023, beginning her career with the Club as an events intern. I got married at BHYC this past summer and it was an absolute dream. Krystle and Lora Ashley are true professionals that handled all the planning, logistics and details for months ...

leading up to it. All I had to do was point at things I wanted and they made it happen! The day of, they coordinated the entire schedule down to the 5 minutes of when vendors would arrive, when I had to be ready, etc. The handled all the setup, teardown, and everything in between. We had a rain delay and the team seamlessly adjusted the schedule and handled all our guests. I could not recommend them more!

r/outdoor options to help you create the perfect ceremony and reception celebration regardless of weather conditions. The food and service were amazing. The event planning staff were incredibly effective and supportive and worked with us tirelessly until the last day when we had to adjust plans due to unexpected weather. At the end, it was the perfect dream come true wedding for our daughter and we couldn't have asked for more. We also had the next day brunch at BHYC and it was a perfect. Highly recommend Bay Harbor Yacht Club!

lace. The team was great to work with. Strong communication and familiar with many vendors. The cooperation between Bay Harbor and our vendors was very smooth. The team for dinner service did an excellent job and the food was amazing. The space was setup great and supplied a great flow for our reception. Eating/Dancing area was amazing. Outdoor area was easy to step out and get amazing views! I highly recommend this venue!

ith all of our needs from meal selections to outside vendor support and everything in between. They also made sure our day went extremely smooth by working with us to plan everything we could think of so there were no surprises throughout the day. They also made sure we were extremely comfortable both in the planning process and throughout the actual wedding and always listened to our ideas as well as providing great ideas of their own. The rest of the staff was very hard working and helpful as well. The food was INCREDIBLE! The venue was beautiful both inside and out and all of our guests (and of course us) loved it
