I cannot recommend Bay Kings Band enough! The entire planning process was so smooth. Richard is so easy to work with and communicate with throughout the process, even being a destination wedding for us. We had 2 musicians play during our ceremony, and rented the microphones and sound equipment through them; as well as a full band for our reception. Each and every musician was SO talented!! You could tell they were having the most fun and their energy was contagious - I felt like I was at a concert! At the end of the night I wanted to hug them all because they truly made our wedding so fun and special. I am so thankful we worked with them for our wedding band and would recommend them to anyone!

These guys ROCKED!!! Our guests crowded the dance floor the entire night during the reception. I worked closely with Jaime, who helped my ceremony dreams come true - with a song specifically done by a single cellist. He helped me make that dream become a reality. The ceremony music was beautiful, the jazz trio brought the heat during the cocktail hour, and then the big band rocked during the rehearsal. They are super professional and really really talented.

Best wedding money you will ever spend. Hands down. We splurged for a live band and I am so so so happy that we did- best decision of my life (other than marrying my husband 😉) The ENTIRE band was extremely talented, friendly, and seemed to genuinely enjoy themselves. They also learned how to play our first dance song for us! I truly have nothing but amazing things to say about this band. When I asked my husband for a point or two he said “oh only that they were totally awesome in every way possible” 😌 Book them now!!! You’ll be so happy you did!

Bay Kings were awesome. They were incredible to work when during the booking process through the day of. Alex made things so easy for us by providing a questionnaire sheet for us to fill out and he was in touch throughout the planning process. The best part of our wedding!! So many of our guests complimented us on how awesome the band was, and they kept everyone on the dance floor all night. We had a 7 piece band for the reception, jazz trio for cocktail hour, and an acoustic duo for our ceremony. All the performers were fantastic, talented, and very professional! During the planning phase, the online dashboard kept everything organized with timelines and our special requests. This goes straight to the band a few days before the wedding so everyone is on the same page. Our event manager Alex was super helpful through the whole process, including providing suggestions and reviewing our special songs that the band could play live. They handled the MC duties traditionally done by a DJ flawlessly. Even our wedding planner said she always recommends DJs, but the Bay Kings Band is the only exception to that rule. They are that good! The Bay Kings Band turned our wedding into a party, and was the best decision we made!

Bay Kings Band was amazing! We hired them for my daughters wedding in Seaside, Florida. We are from Dallas and all I had to go by was the demo tapes and their web site so I was a little nervous having never heard them play live and they did not disappoint and exceeded all of our expectations! The band was so much fun - everyone danced the entire time! The drummer was incredible and we were told to add a female singer for more variety snd she was also the MC . We had an absolute blast at our wedding in Naples, Fla. largely thanks to the stellar Bay Kings Band! We hired their services to have a strings trio for our ceremony, a two-piece band for cocktail hour and a ten-piece band for the reception. All aspects of their performances were amazing. Where to begin? The Bay Kings Band was absolutely first class from the day we booked them fourteen months in advance of our wedding. Leading up to our special day, there was a constant line of communication for every question we had regarding venue setup, playlists, budget and anything else we asked. As for their performance at the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, they knocked it out of the park! BKB kept the party alive and so fun that we extended them an hour to keep the fun going! Since our wedding, two things have happened: 1) We’ve received multiple compliments about how the band was able to keep everyone on the dance floor ALL night and 2) we’re trying to find an event or party we can have the Bay Kings Band come play for us again! We had a 3-piece for our wedding with about 100 people attending. Band was amazing. Sound was great and band was energetic and great music selection. It was a huge success. Highly recommend Bay King’s to anyone.

The Bay Kings Band rocked our wedding dance floor. They played great songs and read the crowd well, playing the right songs at the right time throughout the night. The dance floor was crowded all night and made for some great photos! Would definitely book them again if I was doing it over.

We never wanted the band to stop playing! Every single one of the guests at our wedding was dancing, up to our 97 year old grandma. So many compliments from the guests about the band. Brandon was so organized, friendly and accommodating. Wish we could do it all over again so we could have such a fun night with the Bay Kings again.

They have a great website where you can customize what you want them to play. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We were called a week before the wedding to finalize everything. We also wanted a violin and cello for the ceremony and they were able to arrange that, too.

After listening to bands out in Jacksonville Beach we finally came across the Bay Kings Band at the Blue Jay room. After their first song we knew we would book them and we did that night. They were so easy to work with and very responsive. Richard was our main connect and was great! Everyone loved the band at the wedding and our Venue (DoubleTree Riverfront) said it was one of the best weddings they have seen. Highly recommended!

Working with Bay Kings Band couldn't have been any easier. And you're only always received extremely prompt responses to any emails or questions. They were incredibly accommodating of all of my personal requests for my special touches to make my day unique to myself and my groom. The one on one phone call the week before to reveal details definitely put my nerves at ease about the event. While the whole day was a blur and there were many things that did not go as planned, I got nothing but great feedback from my guests! Since we lost a lot of time moving our reception indoors, I was very thankful that they powered through and played a nice long set without a break to ensure we still had a good time. I would highly recommend them! Visit one showcase and I'm sure you'll be as sold as I was.... I went two more times before my wedding just to watch for fun!

There were several mistakes during my wedding reception with this band. First off, they butchered my first dance. I payed for a custom mash up of two songs for my first dance, and the band didn't play it (they claimed issues downloading the file) which means they did not pre-play it in preparation for the first dance. There was also MAJOR crackling during all speeches during the reception on the sound system - which they set up. Additionally, when I wanted the music to shift gears into more dance music, the head of the band said they had to follow the music plan that was already set aka they couldn't just shift gears. I ended up asking the band to stop playing and to play off Spotify, which in my opinion is not worth what I ended up paying. Alex, the band manager was responsive and open to discussing my frustrations regarding the situation after the fact which I do appreciate. However, overall I was not satisfied with the execution of this band and it negatively impacted the beginning of the reception portion of my wedding.

Larry and I cannot emphasize enough the WONDERFUL job Bay Kings Band did for our wedding! The band was truly fantastic and kept the party going all night long. They were always responsive, and since we were planning our wedding from New York, their ability to keep us in the loop with what was going on and making sure we were all on the same page was beyond valuable. There service was a great value, with seven incredible musicians playing our event for a whole six hours! Our wedding day was blessed with the best live music anyone can ask for. The Bay King's were incredible. They delivered on quality, service and professionalism. Alex, and the Bay Kings Band, did an amazing job performing at our wedding! Alex is not only a great drummer but did a wonderful job as an MC throughout the evening. We had a specific timeline for music and even asked them to DJ some arabic music leading up to performing and they did everything perfectly. Bay Kings Band was amazing! We saw them when they came to our area for a gig at a local venue and were blown away with the talent. You can customize everything and anything. They learned a song that my dad wanted to dance to for our father daughter dance and played it so well. They kept me dancing all night and I am usually too shy to be out in the middle of the dance floor. Alex was great helping me coordinate and work with our different wedding timeline. We wanted a dance party and that's definitely what we got! Rob was helpful and the band was very good. The guitar for our ceremony was beautiful, except that he didn't play when my husband and I walked back down the isle after the ceremony (not sure why-he definitely should have). Also, we were asked for a list of songs/artists that we'd love to hear and honestly heard very few of those. They played mostly their own song selections, but the songs they did play were done well.

OMG the band itself on our wedding night made the night!! We had a 7 piece band...EVERYONE was up dancing the entire evening!!! Alex our saxophone player was out of this world!! We have received so many compliments on how absolutely amazing the band was! Our biggest fear was no one dancing and our entire wedding was up out of their chairs ...even we danced ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Band musicians and lead vocalists (Kalen & Joey) were out of this world!!! We had a few bumps in the road with the sales rep in the beginning but it all worked out in the end :) SO WORTH IT!! I have to be honest, I do not think another band could have made our wedding as fun and memorable as the Bay Kings Band! Tori and Brandon were incredible singers full of energy and passion for the event. Guests RAVED about the music and the dance floor stayed full all night long. I could not have been happier with Bay Kings Band! I hired them for our ceremony musicians (violin and cellist), cocktail hour (sax) and 6 person band for the reception with MC services. Leading up to the big day I worked with Brandon who was so great - extremely organized and helped keep me on top of things! Their planner page is so helpful to determine the timelines and to make sure you don't forget any music selections or any detail, big or small! Fast forward to the big day and the dance floor was literally full the entire night!! Scott K was the lead singer accompanied by Tania and they were so awesome all night long! These guys are AMAZING and made the party!! Of all of our vendors, I spent the most time on trying to find the perfect band and am so glad I did. I'd argue they're one of the best wedding bands around if not the best. I'm a bit of a party gal so in my opinion, the music, atmosphere, booze and guests are the key things to making a wedding fun. Well, we definitely had all of the key parts and the Bay Kings set the tone! They were just perfect. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of the two lead singers we had but they blew the roof off the house. I happened to be standing inside with the photographer while they were warming up and I was nearly moved to tears by how beautiful the female vocalists voice was and I'm SO picky with music! The male vocalist was just as talented. From the moment they started playing to the end of our after party (7 hours), the dance floor was packed. I've never seen anything like it! We haven't stopped getting compliments on how much fun they were. Now that I've finished gushing about how much I loved dancing the night away to the Bay Kings, I'll mention how easy it was to work with Seth to get everything in place. As promised, he called me a few days before the event and we walked through the details including a few last-minute changes. He shifted everything around seamlessly and things went off without a hitch on the night! The band members were pretty cool too - I ended up chatting with them a few times throughout the night and they were so friendly and having a great time themselves! I'm not sure what some of these other people are saying about the band hardly playing - we definitely didn't have that experience. I don't actually remember a time when they were on a break aside from dinner. If anything, I'd say they probably didn't take as many breaks as they were supposed to because the dance floor was pumping! I highly highly recommend Seth and the Bay Kings!! If you need confirmation, go check them out at one of their showcases around Florida. Seth let us choose our lead singers from the showcase and I'm so glad we went. Finding a good band can be tough because there isn't much to base a decision on. I can say with 100% confidence that you will be 100x more impressed with them in "real life" than on their demo. Don't hesitate - book them for your wedding!!

We had Bay Kings Band play our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. It was hands down the best decision we could have made! Dealing with Brandon was easy, elightening, and a joy. I still have guests and family members complimenting them. They kept the night firing on all cylinders. There wasn't one person sitting once they started playing. The whole party was up moving. Bay Kings Band is the absolute best! We hired their six-piece band for our wedding in November of '17 and they were incredible from beginning to end. Alex Heyward, band manager and drummer, helped me every step of the way leading up to the wedding day. He was extremely responsive and was able to reply to emails the same day, provided/requested minute details to ensure smooth scheduling. This band is extremely talented and they do a great job of playing to the crowd. They played lighter music during dinner and then progressively increased the intensity and had the dance floor filled throughout the night while they were on stage. Such a great experience and this band really made our wedding day! We got married over the weekend at Opal Sands and we received so many compliments on the band. Noel was such a great help and even did an amazing solo during our ceremony. We have nothing but great things to say about the Bay Kings Band. They were FABULOUS! Everyone couldn't stop raving about how great the band was. They kept the dance floor going strong and played most of the songs we requested. Seth was very responsive and very easy to work with. I went into my wedding day feeling very comfortable and confident that the band knew what they were doing. They also had great iPod playlists for during dinner and the band breaks - we had fun dancing even when the band wasn't playing. We had the band guitarist play music for our ceremony, which was great. (And he played exactly what I requested while walking down the aisle!) We also had the band arrange for a DJ for our after party - it was the saxophonist from the band. In the middle of a couple songs, he played his sax LIVE on the dance floor (live sax during Avicii - so cool!) None of our guests had ever seen a DJ play the sax in the middle of a set, so it was totally unique. We loved it! People are still talking about the band, and we feel so lucky that we chose the Bay Kings Band!

Bay Kings Band played at our wedding September 30th, and we could not be happier with their band! They were very organized and easy to work with throughout the wedding planning process. We were able to get a list of their songs, provided feedback about the type of music we wanted, give them 2 songs to learn especially for our wedding, and figure out the timeline for the wedding day. All of this was confirmed on a simple form on the website so everyone was on the same page. When it came to the wedding day, they beautifully played our first dance and the first dance with my father (the 2 songs they learned for us). The band kept the energy high throughout the entire reception, and the dance floor was packed all night!

Here's the thing-you're not going to work with an easier or more talented band. From the beginning stages of planning through the end of the event, they were communicative and professional. The event itself would not have been nearly as fun as it was without Bay Kings. We had guests asking for their contact information!

Alex and the bay kings band were perfect for our rooftop wedding at the white room! They have worked there many times before so they knew exactly who to talk to and and where and how to set up - which was really nice not having to worry about that! Alex made sure we stayed on track the entire night and made everything flow so smoothly! Not only was he so easy to work with but we got SO many compliments on the music! The song selection and the performances were outstanding. Everyone was dancing all night. Probably the best thing about this band is that two nights before the wedding we emailed Alex and said that we really loved the song can't take my eyes off of you by Frankie Valli and Alex said no problem we will learn how to play it! It was the first song they played after the parents dances and really kicked off the night perfectly for my husband and I! It was so special.

First of all, as suggested by Alex the band manager, we provided the band with our iPod with the exact playlist for intros/their breaks. We had a 1-hour phone conversation with Alex to go over ALL details of our wedding reception, and completed the survey with VERY specific instructions, as Alex requested, including intros, name and order of our wedding party to be announced, what the bridal party entry song would be, what our entry song would be, etc. The emcee proceeded to play the song that was clearly marked as "the bride and groom introduction song" on the information we provided, even though the FIRST song on the playlist provided to them was the "bridal party introduction" song, which we ALSO clearly indicated in the information we provided. Second, they completely skipped my maid of honors/groomsmen introduction, and only realized when no one walked out. Third, which is the biggest mistake and most upsetting, is that he decided to cut our first dance song short by "fading out" about 2 minutes before the end of the song. We were confused, and obviously very upset and just stared at him while we continued to dance to no music. He then proceeded to restart the song, and then abruptly skip to the very end of the song. This was our first dance as a married couple. A moment I will never get back. What would even provoke him to do this? When none of our notes mentioned cutting our first dance short? And lastly, he then announced to our guests (after just having cut short out first dance) that we would be dancing to a Latin song. Which we indicated SEVERAL times in our notes and on our phone conversation, this was a surprise for everyone. Quite honestly, all of these mistakes are all I think about when I think of this band. It would be my suggestion to look elsewhere for a band that could perform just as well, without making so many horrible mistakes.

One thing your wedding or event needs is great music..... Bay Kings got you covered! From the planning stages to the final song they never disappoint! Music was great, they even learned two new songs for us and they did a great job. People can't stop talking about how good the band was. We had the 7-piece band and it was awesome! Highly recommend the Bay Kings Band for any big event!

We had our wedding in Jacksonville, FL. We live in south Florida, so we checked out their West Palm show. We thought maybe it was the same band that went around the state, not at all, which we found out when I asked the group when we saw them. The Bay Kings have different bands for each city. When we saw the south Florida group we were obsessed!! I was in communication with Alex, who was good with responding to my emails. About a week before the wedding we had a phone conference with Alex about what songs we wanted and did not want, how introductions would be, etc. In the contract the band is supposed to play 5 sets, 45 mins on and 15 min off. Well, that was not the case. We were extremely disappointed with them. It was more like they were on for 15 and off for 45. I thought it was just my husband and I thinking it since we were running around. Not at all. We had several guests come up to us afterwards and mention it also. Most of the songs everyone was dancing to were played from the iPod, even the cake cutting song "Sugar" by Maroon 5. Every Bruno Mars song I requested was played from the iPod, they MIGHT have sung one. (As the Bay King Band responded, they did only play ONE Bruno Mars song live. How is that even possible, Bruno Mars songs are great for weddings, they should know and play more than just one!!) Also, my husband requested one song and made it very clear to Alex that he wanted The Verve "Lucky Man" to play, they did not play it, not even on the iPod..... The cocktail hour was all on an iPod. I know this not just from the guests but our pictures were taking below and I did not hear them perform once. I hired a female vocalist to kill the songs, she sang only a couple songs. We didn't pay over $3,500 for an iPod, but we really did. Sadly, I am extremely disappointed with The Bay King Band. I would never recommend them in Jacksonville. However, if it was south Florida I would. I am extremely disappointed because the two things we cared about for our wedding was our photographer and the band. Our photographer Viktoriya Chuprov is AMZING!! The Bay King Bad was a super disappointment. Buyer beware.

During my wedding and after my wedding everyone could not stop talking about how amazing Bay Kings Band was! They played at my wedding June and the dance floor was packed the entire night through. A large part of that was because of the Bay Kings Band. They sound absolutely incredible and are fantastic performers and really keep everyone out there dancing. Seth is amazing to work with while planning the event as well. To this day, I still have wedding guests talking to me about how they were the best wedding band they have ever seen!

One of the things that was very important to my daughter was to have a live band and fun wedding reception. We saw Bay Kings perform at a wedding reception in West Palm and loved them. Our wedding was in Orlando so it was different musicians we used. We attended the showcases they had at Dexter's (brilliant idea to attract new business and see the musicians perform). Amy and Luis were the vocalists at the wedding reception and were absolutely wonderful. They got the party started and it went on for quite a while. The majority of the guests were out on the dance floor having a great time. Many of our friends said how much fun they had and loved the band. It was everything we wanted and helped contribute to the special and fun memories of the day. We worked with Seth and he was a pleasure to deal with and very good about responding to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this band - they were wonderful!!!

They were exactly the band I was looking for!! They knew how to get our guests dancing and modified their song choices to fit the mood as the night went on. We cannot say enough about how great they were! So blessed to have had them at our wedding!!

I cannot recommend this band enough! Seth was amazing to work with before and during our big day. From the very first song to the last, their energy was contagious and kept everyone on the dance floor all night long! Brides... do yourself a favor, go check them out at one of their showcases. You will not be disappointed!

In planning my wedding, I received the recommendation for the Bay Kings Band from my venue. I have never booked a vendor in my life that didn't come from a personal recommendation so I took their word for it. They did NOT disappoint! The band was so fun and easy to work with. They had our guests on their feet within minutes after dinner. My husband and I could not believe our wedding was over, we were having so much fun! I highly recommend the band and go for the 5-7 person members. It made all the difference!

We hired the Bay Kings 5 piece for our wedding and were thrilled. Brandon is responsive and professional and handles all of your needs and questions up to and through the day of the wedding. If you want it, he will do his best to provide it. They even learn two songs of your choice to make your special day even more special. We danced our first dance to their rendition of Lovin' You Baby by Charles Bradley and only Charles Bradley himself can do it better. For our other request, the drummer even let me play the song so that I could surprise my new wife with a performance of I Believe in a Thing Called Love. Musicians don't have to give up their instruments, but the fact that Bay Kings let me do that shows their dedication to making your event special. All of the guests were up and dancing the entire night and the song selection was exactly what we wanted. Bay Kings is worth every dollar versus a DJ and for the cost and quality of the performance, they blow every other wedding band out of the water.

I fell in love with Bay Kings Band from the first time I listened to their demos. I was a little hesitant because they were a bit out of my price range, but decided to go with them anyway. It was so worth every penny!!!!! They were fantastic, they have the whole crowd on the floor dancing throughout the night. Everyone was complementing how much fun they had and what a great music we had at the wedding. I was our priority that our guests had great time and Bay Kings Band made it happen!!!!!

The Bay Kings Band performed at our wedding. From the moment I contacted them about a quote to the actual wedding day they were amazing. Brandon was always very responsive in emails and very helpful picking out songs and listening to what I wanted. They also learn two songs for you. The wedding day Scott and the band performed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They kept the crowd going and knew what to play at all times. The band was my favorite part of the wedding.

Live music was one of our "musts" in the planning. We couldn't be happier with Bay Kings (Scott leading) Band and our guests are still talking about "the best dance party ever"! Thanks for a great night at PCI- we didn't want it to end! I'd highly recommend!
