Bay Kings Band are absolutely amazing! They made my wedding reception SO FUN. The communication leading up to our wedding was great, and they made the planning process so easy. They took all of our ideas and the playlist on the day of the wedding was perfect. They are so talented, some of their songs sounded even better than the original. Our guests are still raving about them. The energy of having a live band at our wedding was just incredible, and my husband and I are so so happy that we went with Bay Kings. Book them, you will not regret it!

WOW!! Bay Kings Band did such an amazing job! We used Bay Kings Band for our wedding, and they were the HIT OF THE NIGHT!! The way the band was able to read the vibe of the audience/ atmosphere and select music to match (which was amazing). They kept the energy up the entire time and are SO beyond talented. They went out of their way to learn specific songs for us and made sure to match our exact vision. They made the entire booking process extremely simple and easy to follow. We were in constant communication and worked seamlessly with our wedding planner. Throughout the night, they did an amazing job at MCing/ directing the crowd. Weeks after the wedding, and people are still reaching out to tell us how amazing and talented this band way. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend booking them for any gathering/ party. They are extremely versatile and can match (and exceed) whatever vibe you are looking for!!!

I am so happy that we decided to go with Bay Kings Band for our wedding. We went with the string duo for the ceremony, a jazz trio for cocktail hour and an 8-piece band for the reception. The band manager, Fernando, was so nice and easy to work with and the portal/planning page made planning the day so easy. And even though we weren’t able to hear the band/musicians that would be playing at our wedding prior to booking, I just had a gut feeling that they would be amazing—and they were! I even got to sing a song with the band, which was so fun and special. And speaking of singing, Nikki Kid’s voice blew everyone away and she was just such a blast! The energy the band brought to our big day was incredible. I don’t think the dance floor was empty once. If you need a band for a special event, book Bay Kings Band!

We had Bay Kings Band at our wedding - two musicians for the ceremony (including a trumpeter - it was beautiful), a trio for cocktail hour, and then a seven-piece band for the reception. They were amazing!! My husband is also a musician and is very picky about live music, but BKB blew everything out of the water. All of our guests loved the music and the range of the playlist was also fantastic. If you are looking for a customizable live music act for your wedding, definitely hire Bay Kings!

Tori is amazing. Working with her through the process was so easy and she was incredible as one of the singers during the reception. We had a guitarist for our ceremony and a jazz musician playing during the cocktail hour and everyone loved the live music. There were so many special things they did for us during the reception that made it a night we'll never forget and we are so thankful to all of the band. The dance floor was out of this world, every single person was up and dancing. We got multiple comments that it was the best wedding band that people have ever seen. The Bay Kings Band was one of our favorite parts of the wedding. They are incredible, thank you again!!!

Bay Kings Band is the absolute BEST!!!! We hired them for our daughter's wedding on Jan 6, 2024 and they kept the dance floor packed for 4 hours!!! Brandon and Tori are awesome, full of life and such a joy to be around. Instrumentals are fabulous!!! We hired them for a soloist for the Mass, trio for cocktail hour and a 9 piece band for the reception. Brandon's communication throughout the whole process was stellar.....he is a true professional.

We had a positive experience working with the Bay Kings Band. They were very responsive as we scoped out our wedding. They were proactive in suggesting ideas and educating us on aspects to the evening which we may not have otherwise considered. 

We had a specific view in terms of our play/no play list. Bay Kings was accommodating. We reviewed the set list, song by song, for each of their vocalists to find the right combination of people. They rocked the day of the wedding. Great energy, and ripped on the instruments. We received a lot of compliments from guests regard the energy on our dance floor, and the Bay Kings were a big part of that.

What can I say about Waldo and The Bay Kings Band. I recently hired them to play for my daughters wedding. We got a 9 piece band including a horn section and they brought it. I did not realize until just before the event, that there would be Grammy award winners performing at our little old wedding. The level of musicianship was off the chain with pretty much every member of the band. The vocalists brought to life many of the songs, to the point where it seemed like a Broadway performance. I have been a musician most of my life and I have never seen a working band this good, this tight. Even in the planning stages, Waldo's attention to details is amazing. The level of organized efficiency in putting together the perfect musical performance for the event was amazing. And they played almost all the requested songs, including some off the wall stuff that they probably had to put together prior. But they did it. If you have an event and want to just blow away your guests, this is who you want. Thanks for a magical evening Waldo and Company.

My wife and I were recently married in Florida and the Bay Kings Band did a fantastic job making our day particularly memorable. Tori was super-easy to work with and was always available for a call to help us plan and make sure that the music was exactly what we wanted. We have received so many compliments about how awesome our wedding was and there is no way we could have done it without them.

Bay Kings Band is exactly what you are looking for your big day! From the start, they were my favorite vendor to work with, carrying a level of professionalism yet a relaxing demeanor - much needed throughout the wedding planning process. As for the day off, they killed it! They played off the crowd, knew which song to play next, and everybody loved them. Absolutely worth every penny.

Bay Kings Band was electric! Brandon was extremely accommodating, quick to respond, and detail oriented. Not only was the band easy to work with leading up to the wedding, but also the day of. An absolutely phenomenal band for both American and Latin music. All the musicians are phenomenal, and everyone at our wedding from friends to parents adored the music and had the best time dancing together. While they are more expensive than many other options, we thought the band was 100% worth the money. They facilitated a serenade and were great MC's and generally the best <3. Bay Kings Band were outstanding at my wedding, they even learned a Russian song - which was such a hit! So talented, so easy to work with. I think I danced the entire night. I also hired them for ceremony music and cocktail hour jazz trio. Every single musician brought their A-game from start to finish. " Wow! What an amazing band!" I guess I could just leave this as my review for Bay Kings Band. It was what many of the guests said to us at my daughter's wedding reception. But I should add they were outstanding. The music had a high level of artistry and the band's energy level management of the guests was incredible as they kept the excitement going and / or could segue into a slower more intimate " out on the dance floor" experience. Fernando's comments on how to manage the playlist suggestions was spot on and perfect. If you want a band for the most important day in your daughter's life, Bay Kings Band is the band to have! This band was the best we and our guest have ever heard. Both Tori and Brandon had great voices and were very energetic and entertaining. Our dance floor was filled the entire night and even the nondancers couldn't sit still and were on the dance floor. I highly recommend this band. Run, don’t walk, to book Bay Kings Band for your next South Florida wedding or event! Waldo was timely, responsive, and flexible throughout our booking process, working with us to answer all of our questions and help us build the best package for our wedding. We decided on a guitarist and audio support for our ceremony, a keyboard player for our cocktail hour and a 6-piece band with MC for our reception. Leading up to our wedding, Waldo worked hand-in-hand with us to build out our Band Planning Page to detail our schedule, vision, and artist/song preferences for the night, and he was always willing and eager to provide recommendations throughout the planning process (e.g., processional/recessional songs that sound good on the guitar, when to fade out music during first dances to avoid awkwardness, etc.). The night of, Bay Kings Band was absolutely on fire. They played banger after banger and worked the crowd the entire time. They were responsive to guests’ live song requests, and they even played happy birthday for a guest when we asked. When the sky split open and rain poured down in the last 30 minutes of our reception, they dialed up the energy even more and created a legendary rainstorm dance party on the dance floor (our favorite part of the wedding). Months later, our guests are still raving about Bay Kings Band. We are so thankful for the time we spent working with Waldo and Bay Kings Band, and we would hands-down recommend them to any and all couples getting married in South Florida! The Bay Kings Band definitely brought the party! They were so amazing, we got so many compliments on our wedding music. Not to mention, they were also incredibly patient with our wedding venue's noise regulations. 10/10 recommend!

We hired Bay Kings Band for our wedding on April 30, 2022 in the Florida Keys. Our experience with the band was not as we had hoped and we recommend that couples considering bands in South Florida look elsewhere. One of the most disappointing things about our experience with Bay Kings is that we attempted to contact them after the wedding to discuss the below issues privately but they never responded to us, which is why we feel compelled to leave a public review. The biggest issue of concern with Bay Kings occurred at the end of the evening. We requested a very specific last song and had confirmed this over multiple calls and emails in advance. However, the band announced and played a different song to end the evening. Upon communicating to the band that it was not the correct last song, they agreed to play the correct song, but the time was approaching 11pm, which is when the Florida Keys noise ordinance takes effect, and a security guard on property politely asked the band to wrap up. It was at this point that the band completely stopped playing in the middle of the song with absolutely no transition, wrap-up, or goodbye. It was an incredibly awkward ending that left all of our guests extremely confused as to whether the band was having technical issues or if the event was over. This could have been very easily avoided by 1) playing the correct song to begin with and therefore ending on time and/or 2) concluding with a goodbye/thank you to guests after the security guard approached. Given the substantial investment we made in hiring Bay Kings for our wedding, we were very disappointed that the situation was not handled appropriately or professionally. There were also other issues that occurred throughout the evening. Some are likely honest mistakes that occur through the course of any live event, but poor communication among band members was also likely a contributing factor: -- We had specifically requested that our first dance song start out slow & acoustic for the first 60 seconds and then pick up with the full band. The full band played for the entirety of the song, despite confirming multiple times in advance that it would start off acoustic. -- The singer for the first dance song made some obvious lyric mistakes in the middle of the song. -- A specific singer was on our "do not play" list but two of this artist's songs played during dinner -- 5 out of our 9 "please play" requests were not played at all. Overall, the quality of the band performance was OK and they were communicative leading up to the wedding but the overall execution and professionalism was lacking. We can not recommend Bay Kings to other couples looking for bands in South Florida due to the issues detailed above.

Bay Kings Band absolutely blew away our expectations of a band for our wedding! We are live music lovers, so we immediately were interested, and they came highly recommended. The pricing was not significantly more than a DJ, so we were easily sold in for a 5 piece band. From initial communication to finalizations with our wedding planner, everything went smoothly and as expected. On the evening of, they NAILED our first dance song (even with our request of starting 0:57 into the song) and kept the entire party on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG. My mother-in-law even said that she’d never had so much fun dancing and guests from the bar next door (outdoor venue) also thoroughly enjoyed dancing along. Every guest was quick to say how much they enjoyed the band and we are SO appreciative. We highly recommend Bay Kings Band for your wedding or event band!

I booked a 5 piece band for my wedding in January 2022 at Casa Feliz in Orlando. I specially asked for Spanish guitar ceremony and a band with a Latin flair. Rob from Bay Kings delivered! Guests told me that the Spanish guitar was amazing during the ceremony and so memorable! During the reception, all guests were dancing. Bay Kings was attuned to all of our needs, the Horah, salsa music, and pop music. It was amazing.

Father of the Groom here- this band was awesome and the crowd was on the dance floor all night. The band sounded great and had huge smiles on their faces all night as the crowd was responding! They were kind enough to let me sit in for a few songs and everyone had a blast! Highly recommend!

Bay Kings band was so wonderful through the entire planning process through the night of our wedding. Fernando was responsive for months leading to the wedding, assisted with all of my questions and I felt so confident going into the wedding that everything was taken care of. They really paid attention to the music we told them we liked and I truly have never seen so many people on a dance floor at a wedding. Our guests got up to dance immediately and the band brought the energy all night! This was one of our favorite parts of our wedding. We had the eight piece band as we wanted a horn section and it was exactly what we had hoped for. 100% worth the money. I couldn’t recommend having a band at your wedding more, especially Bay Kings Band. We appreciate Bay Kings band so much and our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them!

Bay Kings Band was truly outstanding!! They made our wedding unforgettable and completely exceeded our expectations. All night our guests were remarking how awesome the band was. We used them for a string trio for our ceremony and a nine piece band for the reception. We had Brandon for our male vocalist and he also did the MCing for announcing things at the reception - he was awesome; he also does the communication/scheduling for the band and is great to work with. Overall they were so talented and professional - I am so glad we booked them and would highly recommend them!

Choosing a band for your wedding can be a challenging task. Choosing a band for your destination wedding can makes things a bit more difficult. Then factor in a pandemic leading to three event date changes, and at this point you’re starting to think that maybe that DJ is the better way to go. Well somehow despite living 1000 miles away, and changing our date multiple times, the Bay Kings were able to work with us and eventually help to create the best night of our lives. Seth was our primary point of contact, and was able to guide us through all the pre-wedding organization, including the date changes. Despite all that, we still had some concerns come wedding day, as we had never actually seen them perform live, but the minute the first song started playing we realized we had made the right choice. They kept the party up and moving the entire night. The energy was high, and people were having such a great time getting down on the dance floor. In between the dance sets, they had great music going to keep the guests from losing that energy. That leads to one of my only critiques I would say though, as my wife and I spent a great deal of time writing out what songs we wanted played (or didn’t), and they seemed to mostly go with their own stuff. Either way, whatever they did worked, because everyone had such a great time. Lastly they were able to help out with MCing and some of the microphone work during the ceremony as well, for a fee. At the end of the day, the Bay Kings were fantastic performers and stand up professionals. I would highly recommend them for any live music needs, as they will keep your guests up and out of their seats all night.

This band is phenomenal!!! We used the band for our wedding and wow they completely blew us and our guests away. The music selection, energy, the MC (Jenni) was just incredible! Also, the band is extremely friendly. They did an excellent job reading our crowd and even threw in some music we never discussed that happened to be my husband and I’s favorite (like Tennessee Whiskey by Chris Stapleton). We were married in Key West at the Hemingway House in October 2021 and I honestly could not have chosen a better band for our amazing evening! My husband and I stumbled across Bay Kings Band as we re-planned our entire wedding, as the original plan did not work out due to COVID. We're from Philadelphia, and we were traveling to Florida for our celebration, so essentially everything (minus picking venues) was done virtually. Fernando made everything SO easy and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We ended up going with a 9-piece band (for a rather small group - about 40 people), and it was PERFECT! We could not recommend Bay Kings Band more!!! Our guests, almost a month later, are still talking about how great the band was! They were so accommodating throughout the planning process, and everything was seamless on the wedding day! We did not even get a chance to see them in person before the wedding day, either, which obviously made us a little nervous, but they were great! Everyone had a blast and I think most of that is due to Bay Kings Band! Shoutout to Fernando and his crew for making the re-planning process so easy!

If you are searching for a band - the search is over! Bay King Bands gets the party started and keeps it going all night! I had a BLAST dancing and signing all night, and I can not count the amount of compliments I got from my guests on the band! The whole party (old and young!) spent all night on the dance floor! All of the musicians are incredibly talented and can execute on a variety of music types and genres! Additionally they are wonderful to work with leading up to and during the event and even go above and beyond by making recommendations to ensure your party is a blast and goes off without a hitch!

AMAZING! You need to hire this band! My husband and I are both in the entertainment industry with music backgrounds, only to say that we have a pretty high bar for live entertainment. The Bay Kings surpassed all expectations and were a total hit at the reception. The band was easy to work with, very responsive, professional, and incredibly talented. Fernando and the Bay Kings Band played for our recent wedding ceremony and reception and did an excellent job. Fernando was very cooperative and accommodating in the planning stages. He played beautifully during the ceremony, and he and the band played spot on throughout the reception. They even accompanied my husband singing a song he wrote based only on a recording they received before the event. Overall, it was a wonderful night and they did everything they could to make it even more special. Highly recommended!

Where do I even begin!!! This band is A M A Z I N G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had the best time. They are energetic, fun, and kept us dancing all night. Even when they took a break they iPod music in and even that music was fantastic. The wedding guest still continued to dance. I just can't say enough about Bay Kings Band.
