Our wedding at Bayou Club on March 21, 2026 was honestly the most perfect day we could have ever imagined. From the very beginning, we knew we loved the venue, but seeing everythin...
g come together on our wedding day was just incredible. The ceremony space on the golf course was so beautiful and peaceful, and the reception space felt so elegant but still warm and fun. Everything looked even better than we pictured, and our guests kept telling us how gorgeous the entire venue was all night. What really made the biggest difference though was the staff. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our day special. We felt completely taken care of the entire time, which let us just be present and enjoy every moment. And Janina, our coordinator, was truly amazing. Janina went above and beyond for us in every way. She was so organized, calm, and just knew exactly what to do at every moment. She made everything feel so easy and stress free, and we trusted her completely. Having her there made such a huge difference and we are so grateful for everything she did. We could not have asked for a better place to get married. It was everything we dreamed of and more, and we will forever be thankful we chose Bayou Club.
From the moment we booked our wedding at this venue, everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a stress-free, breathtaking, and joy-filled experience, look no fur...
ther—this is the place to get married!
First, let me start by saying our coordinator, Janina was incredibly responsive. Every question, concern, or idea we had was met with quick and helpful replies. Janina was beyond supportive her and the team made the process smooth and enjoyable. We truly had zero issues—which I know is rare and such a blessing!
Now, let’s talk about the food—because WOW! Our guests are still talking about it! From cocktail hour to the main dishes, everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We received so many compliments, and some guests even said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Honestly, I couldn’t agree more!
The staff was phenomenal. Every single person we interacted with was polite, professional, and helpful. They made us feel like royalty from start to finish. A special shoutout to Janina, who created the most stunning reception setup I could have imagined.
The venue itself is beyond beautiful. The venue and the atmosphere was elegant, romantic, and warm. The bridal and groom suites were spacious and comfortable, giving all seven of us plenty of room to get ready, do hair and makeup, and just enjoy those quiet moments before the ceremony. It never felt cramped or chaotic.
And the lighting—oh my gosh! Our photos turned out absolutely incredible. Every image is glowing, and every time I look at them, I cry happy tears. lol The lighting throughout the venue captured every moment with such softness and magic.
The sound system was excellent too. Whether guests were inside, outside, or in between spaces, the music flowed and could be heard throughout the entire venue without being overpowering. It kept the energy up and the dance floor full all night long.
The team was so accommodating with every request we had, big or small. It honestly felt like they cared just as much about our wedding as we did. We felt heard, supported, and genuinely celebrated.
There wasn't a single part of our wedding day that I didn’t enjoy. From getting ready to the last dance, it was flawless. Choosing this venue was the best decision we made, and I’m endlessly grateful we were able to celebrate our love in such a perfect space.
HIGHLY recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run, unforgettable place to say "I do." You will not be disappointed.

le and accommodating, and ultimately, our entire family was extremely happy with every little detail, especially the bride. I highly recommend the Bayou and specifically, Janina.

imeline and special requests such as a dairy-free meal prepared especially for the bride. They made specialty fruit/soda mocktails for our non-alcohol reception. The room was set up in advance so we were able to decorate the tables the day before the wedding. The food was delicious and received many compliments from our guests. Katherine and all the servers were attentive to us throughout the evening. They provided chicken nuggets for the few kids in attendance, relayed messages to the DJ in the loft and were visible and available to us during the reception. We had a beautiful sparkler send off with the staff assisting. I would highly recommend the Bayou Club.
I am so happy we chose the Bayou Club for our wedding on 12/15/18. We toured a few other venues that left us less than impressed. However, from the moment we pulled up to tour the ...
Bayou Club through the end of our wedding night we couldn't have been more pleased. We originally began planning with Erin Bill who was the catering director/event coordinator at the time but a few months before our wedding we received notice that Erin was leaving and Katherine Turner would be taking over as the new catering director. This terrified me thinking of having to catch her up on our vision and worrying that we may not mesh well with her. But, Katherine stepped in as if she had been there from the beginning and really worked with us to make sure we had our dream day. I didn't hire a coordinator so I relied heavily on Katherine to make sure everything was the way we wanted and went as planned and she made it happen and always answered my calls and emails quickly. We went with the Platinum Package and it did not disappoint! While this is their most expensive package, it is still far less expensive than what I've seen from other venues for what is included and has so many options that there really is something for everyone (p.s. it includes a chocolate fountain and your guests will LOVE it). Our friends and family are still raving about how beautiful the wedding was and how great the food and drinks were. There isn't one complaint I have but a million things I loved! I highly, highly recommend this venue!
I would highly suggest having a wedding at the Bayou Club to anyone looking. The venue is gorgeous and requires minimal decorations due to the huge windows overlooking the golf cou...
rse. Katherine was our coordinator and she was honestly a life savor. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her organization saved me a lot of stress beforehand and the day of my wedding.
Another great feature of this venue is how open they are with pricing. We ended up deviating a little bit from one of the packages and they were more than accommodating. We were never hit with any unexpected costs and their package included most everyone even down to our wedding cake.

We felt very loved and valued, not just on our actual wedding day, but every meeting that we had prior to! We would certainly recommend the Bayou Club to ANYONE that is looking for a venue in the Tampa Bay area! Thank you again for making our Wedding Day exceptionally Special!!!
We cannot day enough good things about Bayou Club. From the beginning Erin was an absolute pleasure to work with. Through us having particular tastes, to even changing our date and...
package she was always supportive and incredibly helpful. 2 weeks before our wedding Erin accepted a new position elsewhere and we were panicked. But the whole transition to new staff was seamless!! Katherine and Brittany were absolutely incredible. Katherine carried herself like she had been there for years and was so sweet. They really catered to us the morning of and made sure they could do everything in their power the entire weekend to make things easy for us. Now to the venue-the view on its own is worth every penny. My fiancé and I always wanted an upscale golf/country club as the backdrop for our wedding and that’s what we got. The view of the course is spectacular both inside and out, our outdoor ceremony was beautiful and peaceful. Our guests have done nothing but rave about the simple beauty of the venue AND the delicious food! We opted for the brunch wedding since it fit us perfectly, even the guests who were unsure about brunch left raving about the food. Everything down to the mixed veggies were incredible!
I highly recommend the Bayou Club to anyone! Their all-inclusive packages make wedding planning a breeze (it even includes the cake!)- hire a photographer, find a DJ, and take advantage of all the add one the Bayou Club offers! My fiancé and I are looking for ANY excuse to use the Bayou Club and their amazing staff again!
I held my wedding reception at the Bayou Club in March and it went perfectly!! My fiancé and I had gone to several different locations in the Tampa area looking for the right venu...
e. Many of the locations we visited felt like wedding factories and the whole event sounded like it would be run like an assembly line with little to no personal touches. It also felt that the coordinators could not be bothered with our questions. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the Bayou Club.
The Bayou Club is anything but a wedding factory! To start, the location is absolutely gorgeous. They keep up the grounds very well and all of my guests were so impressed by all the décor and the building. The vaulted ceilings and windows were a must for me so I was ecstatic when I entered their building and saw all of the windows and the beautiful view. Secondly, the food was FANTASTIC! Coming from a big Cuban family, food is very important to us and the Bayou Club exceeded our expectations. I received so many compliments about the food from our guests, especially about the teriyaki beef skewers (highly recommend!).
What really made this experience the best, however, was Erin Bill, the Bayou Club’s Catering Sales and Event Coordinator. She is the sweetest person and so well organized! I knew I wanted to work with a coordinator that could be patient and kind with my family while also making sure everything ran smoothly for the reception. Erin was all of that and so much more! She really made us feel cared for and she was always so patient with all of our questions and requests and offered her advice when she felt that we were unsure. She honestly made this the best experience!
If you have the opportunity to book the Bayou Club for your wedding reception, do it! You will not regret it!
My wedding at the Bayou Club was the most amazing day thanks not only to the beautiful atmosphere but also the amazing service from the staff there.

The exceptional and personalized service you get at the Bayou club is just so beyond what you get at venues that pump out multiple weddings per day. I would recommend to anyone getting married in the Tampa area.

ery friendly and was more then willing to work with us on dates, times and prices. Erin also kept in great touch when we would have to meet for final dates and payments. I would 10/10 recommend having a wedding here because it is absolutely beautiful but most importantly Erin and the staff working there are all nice.

he service all around was wonderful and one of the servers, Attila, was awesome. He made sure we had refreshed drinks throughout the night and even brought us drinks from the bar. The bartender was also great and he accommodated all of our requests including a great sangria. All around this was a wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back.
Just finished our wedding ceremony and reception at the Bayou Club and I’m not sure how anymore perfect our day could have been. Erin was phenomenal throughout the entire process. ...
I loved her calm personality. She easily herded our group through the rehearsal and made sure every detail was taken care of during the reception. The wait and bar staff was top notch providing exceptional service. The venue space is naturally gorgeous with its vaulted ceilings and tall windows. All we had to do was add lighting and minimal centerpieces and it was stunning.

tion, and she went above and beyond for us. She was so kind, welcoming and flexible. She was with us every step of the way, and our reception would not have been the same without her! She helped our reception run smoothly between the photographer and DJ, leaving us with no stress at all. Everything was pristine on our wedding day and the food was delicious! While planning your reception at the Bayou Club you have so many options to choose from with different meals, and the prices for the different packages they offer aren't going to break your bank. We made the right choice with Bayou Club!

ption area, delicious food, and friendly staff, there is nothing we would have changed - it's impossible to get much better. We have had multiple guests tell us our wedding was one of the most beautiful they have ever attended. This is all thanks to Erin, the director, who kept everything going and kept us sane throughout the entire planning process and on the big day. I would definitely recommend The Bayou Club to any couple who is looking for a unique venue to make their wedding one to remember.

places with expensive packages and is some cases, unlikeable event coordinators. It was such a pleasure working with The Bayou Club. The packages were affordable and we really felt as though we were getting a good deal. Our guests raved about the delicious food, attentive and kind staff and the well maintained venue. Erin was our coordinator. She is an excellent communicator. She always made sure to respond to any questions we had right away. I was very impressed by the fact that she always took notes and remembered even the smaller details. She even took the time to thank us and wish us well in an email after the event...what a class act. This place is a gem! You don't need to look any further because it has everything! We are so thankful that the Bayou Club made our day so very special.
Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! I can't say nothing bad about our experience with the Bayou Club. From the food, to the service, and responsfulness of the staff, I was beyond impressed!...
I could not imagine my day at any other venue. They made it so easy!!!
My husband Ryan and I got married at the Bayou Club on 04/24/2016, and to say it was the most beautiful day is an understatement!
We called Erin the coordinator, and she was able ...
to walk us through everything step by step. Erin was on top of every question, and replied no matter how big or small any of them were. Each email or phone call had a reply in a timely manner; and trust me... I called and emailed often lol
We decided on a brunch wedding, which suited our needs fabulously. The weather was absolutely perfect! The view from the green was so serene; it was like out of a movie :)
Erin made the day run seamlessly; from gathering the family for the processional, to making sure cocktail hour and brunch was on time, she was there guiding everyone.
She even was able to work with our last minute start time change, when our flight for the honeymoon was moved to 3 hours earlier.
Erin was just a joy to work with, and I would reccommend the Bayou Club, staff and herself to anyone who is looking to get married.
Thanks for helping make the day of my dreams come true!!

r all the details. But Kari managed to squeeze us in often. The Bayou Club has so much ambience and decoration that we only needed to provide floral centerpieces. Unlike a hotel hall or church, the Club provides a wonderful view (suitable for great pictures) and plenty of sunshine/moonlight. The food was also amazing!!! They even gave me an additional dish because it was my favorite. We had one on one service with the wait staff also. They went above and beyond to make our day something I'll never forget. Thank you Kari!!!

Our wedding day came out better than we had ever imagined it. The facility is very much tucked away but that makes it even more special. I would recommend The Bayou Club for any bride wanting a beautiful, classy intimate memorable wedding day.
