We would 100% recommend Bayshore Grove to any couple looking for a beautiful lakeside wedding venue! We had the best wedding day, and we were lucky enough to have the most beautiful weather and sunset to top it all off. Our Wedding Day - The staff was incredible, and George truly helped bring our vision to life. We asked to move the ceremony from the Pergola to the lawn so our guests could look straight out onto the lake while we got married. We also had our first dance on the rocks overlooking the lake, rather than inside, along with our wedding party introductions. Those personal touches and changes made our day feel so special and unique to us. We were really impressed with how smoothly everything flowed throughout the wedding. It was absolutely perfect. George did such a wonderful job, and we know we will be talking about this day for years to come! The Venue- Bayshore Grove is a gorgeous venue right on the lake and comfortably accommodated our 110 guests, with plenty of room for even more. Our guests loved the beautiful scenery and especially enjoyed having cocktail hour right on the lake. The setting really made the entire day feel magical. The Bridal Suite- The bridal suite was another huge plus! George lets you access it as early as you need, which was incredibly helpful. It comfortably fit me, my four bridesmaids, two moms, and the hair and makeup team without feeling crowded. The suite was very clean, and we especially appreciated that we weren't charged additional hours for using it, like some other venues do. Even better, the staff cleaned up the bridal suite for us, and it was immaculate the next morning. That was amazing because we were able to simply grab our remaining belongings and go without having to worry about cleaning up. Hotel & Transportation- Bayshore Grove is also incredibly convenient when it comes to accommodations and transportation. George owns the nearby hotels and works with a shuttle service to transport guests to and from the venue. We had three shuttles, and everything worked out perfectly! The hotels are only about 10 minutes from the venue, which made everything so convenient for us and our guests. Having the venue, hotels, and transportation all work together made the entire experience that much easier. Overall, we truly couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue. From the gorgeous lakeside setting to the amazing staff and the flexibility to make the day exactly what we envisioned, Bayshore Grove made our wedding day incredibly special. We are so grateful for everything George and his team did for us and would absolutely recommend Bayshore Grove to any couple planning their wedding!

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding! From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was the one we wanted to have our wedding at. There were so many amazing perks and complimentary offerings with the hotels and shuttles that we simply could not pass it up. The location is beautiful and everything looked amazing all set up. The staff did a great job and went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process and on the big day itself. They were professional, responsive, and truly cared about making our day special. Everything all came together in the most incredible way. All day and even now, our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was. We had the most perfect day of our lives thanks to George and his amazing staff, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the memories made here.

Facilities and Capacity This stunning venue has a variety of indoor and outdoor options for every couple, with a capacity for up to 1,000 guests. The ceremony can be held outside at the elegant pergola with the pristine water in the background. Afterwards, receptions and cocktail hours can be held in the ballroom. To prepare for the event, there is a lovely and private suite for the wedding party to utilize. Bayshore Grove can host any wedding event you may desire, whether it’s your engagement party, bridal shower, or the actual big day itself. They also offer overnight accommodations for all wedding guests at affiliated hotels that provide complimentary continental breakfast, an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, and a workout facility. ring every aspect of our day was flawless. The owner, George, personally met with us several times leading up to the wedding, making sure that every detail was perfectly tailored to our vision. His dedication and genuine care made us feel confident that our special day would be just as we imagined. The venue itself is breathtaking, with stunning views of Lake Ontario that provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The staff was incredibly courteous, attending to our every need and helping in any way they could to ensure the day went smoothly. P.S. Bayshore also includes some wonderful extras with the venue package! The night before the wedding, we were provided with two rooms at a partnering hotel—one for the bride and one for the groom. After the wedding, we stayed in a beautiful honeymoon suite, and the venue also arranged for a restaurant space for our after-party that same night. All of these amenities were included, adding even more value to an already amazing experience. We highly recommend Bayshore to anyone looking for a wedding venue that offers not only stunning scenery but also outstanding service and thoughtful extras.

er's wedding. The buildings and grounds were expansive and very well maintained. There is a Gazebo for an outdoor wedding ceremony with a backdrop of the lake. There is also a Pavillion in case of inclement weather for the ceremony. The reception hall has spectacular views of the lake. Directly outside is a wraparound deck. There is also a bar area and dance floor in the reception hall. The hall is very easy to decorate no matter what your style is. There is a small cottage on the property for the bride and her bridal party to get ready in. Plenty of room at this venue for a small intimate wedding or a very large wedding. My daughter and her fiancé grew up in central New York but live in California now so my wife and I coordinated most of the wedding for them. My direct contact was with George Broadwell. He was really great to work with and anticipated our every need and always answered all our questions. He was very flexible and accommodating to our unique needs which was to have two ceremonies on the day of the wedding. The first was a Shubha Bibaho ceremony and the second was a traditional wedding ceremony. We also requested special Indian food for the cocktail hour and reception. There are many options to choose from for food and drinks. The venue is also staffed well with friendly and helpful people. With two wedding ceremonies, two cocktail hours and a reception there was a lot to orchestrate. I am happy to say that the day was perfect. I would 100% recommend this wedding venue.
