Facilities and Capacity This stunning venue has a variety of indoor and outdoor options for every couple, with a capacity for up to 1,000 guests. The ceremony can be held outside at the elegant pergola with the pristine water in the background. Afterwards, receptions and cocktail hours can be held in the ballroom. To prepare for the event, there is a lovely and private suite for the wedding party to utilize. Bayshore Grove can host any wedding event you may desire, whether it’s your engagement party, bridal shower, or the actual big day itself. They also offer overnight accommodations for all wedding guests at affiliated hotels that provide complimentary continental breakfast, an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, and a workout facility. Bayshore Grove has plenty of parking and a shuttle and is wheelchair accessible and pet-friendly. Services Offered Bayshore Grove is more than just a wedding venue; it is an all-inclusive experience. The professional staff work with couples to select what they need to make their wedding exactly what they imagined it would be and take the stress out of the planning process. mazing perks and complimentary offerings with the hotels and shuttles that we simply could not pass it up. The location is beautiful and everything looked amazing all set up. The staff did a great job and went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process and on the big day itself. They were professional, responsive, and truly cared about making our day special. Everything all came together in the most incredible way. All day and even now, our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was. We had the most perfect day of our lives thanks to George and his amazing staff, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the memories made here.

ring every aspect of our day was flawless. The owner, George, personally met with us several times leading up to the wedding, making sure that every detail was perfectly tailored to our vision. His dedication and genuine care made us feel confident that our special day would be just as we imagined. The venue itself is breathtaking, with stunning views of Lake Ontario that provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The staff was incredibly courteous, attending to our every need and helping in any way they could to ensure the day went smoothly. P.S. Bayshore also includes some wonderful extras with the venue package! The night before the wedding, we were provided with two rooms at a partnering hotel—one for the bride and one for the groom. After the wedding, we stayed in a beautiful honeymoon suite, and the venue also arranged for a restaurant space for our after-party that same night. All of these amenities were included, adding even more value to an already amazing experience. We highly recommend Bayshore to anyone looking for a wedding venue that offers not only stunning scenery but also outstanding service and thoughtful extras.

Breathtaking is the one word I would use to describe this wedding venue which is on the shores of Lake Ontario. From the moment we drove up we knew this was the place for my daught...

er's wedding. The buildings and grounds were expansive and very well maintained. There is a Gazebo for an outdoor wedding ceremony with a backdrop of the lake. There is also a Pavillion in case of inclement weather for the ceremony. The reception hall has spectacular views of the lake. Directly outside is a wraparound deck. There is also a bar area and dance floor in the reception hall. The hall is very easy to decorate no matter what your style is. There is a small cottage on the property for the bride and her bridal party to get ready in. Plenty of room at this venue for a small intimate wedding or a very large wedding. My daughter and her fiancé grew up in central New York but live in California now so my wife and I coordinated most of the wedding for them. My direct contact was with George Broadwell. He was really great to work with and anticipated our every need and always answered all our questions. He was very flexible and accommodating to our unique needs which was to have two ceremonies on the day of the wedding. The first was a Shubha Bibaho ceremony and the second was a traditional wedding ceremony. We also requested special Indian food for the cocktail hour and reception. There are many options to choose from for food and drinks. The venue is also staffed well with friendly and helpful people. With two wedding ceremonies, two cocktail hours and a reception there was a lot to orchestrate. I am happy to say that the day was perfect. I would 100% recommend this wedding venue.
