They were very helpful and wonderful to work with. I got my dream dress there. It was hard to find a dress that fit and zipped up because I am plus size. They had good prices for dresses. I would go back and recommend them to everyone.

I got to work with Breanna, and it was the most wonderful experience I could begin to think of! I’m so thankful this was my first and last stop to find THE DRESS! I had a short timeline for my wedding so I had to find a dress off the rack instead of ordered. I was doubting I would find one but BB Bridal helped me find my dream dress at my first appointment. They were so helpful and showed me all my options before helping me narrow down the dresses based on what I liked. The dressing rooms are dreamy and the whole experience was amazing for myself and everyone that came with me. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone/everyone!!

Sheila was amazing throughout the entire process! We checked out a couple other places and she was hands down the best of them all! Would recommend her to any soon-to-be brides out there in the area!

Five stars hands down! I had originally booked a regular appointment, only to be surprised by my aunt when we got there that we were now a VIP appointment. Best choice ever! Being able to pop some champagne, eat snacks, have the store to ourselves, and talk with our consultant Sam about some of the styles I liked was a great start to my dress experience. BB Bridal had previously contacted me to send me pictures of styles I liked so Sam already had a feel for what I was looking at. Once we started to try on dresses, Sam was amazing! She was very helpful, encouraging, continuously asking questions to get a better feel for what I was looking for, and made me feel so comfortable. I tried on a couple of amazing dresses and I ended up finding my dress! Sam helped make an experience I was nervous about into a dream worthy day. I highly recommend them to any bride looking for a great dress!

The whole crew here is so warm and welcoming! They make you feel like it’s just you in the shop and are great at giving suggestions on what is most flattering to your body. They truly want to make sure you find the dress that is perfect for you and still in your price range. They don’t pressure you at all but offer sincere guidance while offering the pros and cons of each dress you try on. I was on a tight deadline for getting my dress and they made sure I tried on dresses that would all be possible to have in time and steered me away from ones that were out of the realm of possibility which was extremely appreciated. I had the best experience at B.B. Bridal. They were extremely personable and took the time to make sure I got the perfect wedding dress. Allison was such an amazing consultant. She was genuine, friendly, and has a good eye for wedding everything (belt, straps, veil, etc.). I would highly recommend B.B. Bridal!

Truly THE BEST in Boise. I came in after a very negative experience at another shop, where they were rude and stuffed me into dresses that were too small. Absolutely everyone I interacted with at B.B. was amazing. During my first appointment I tried on lots of dresses, but wasn’t quite sure if I had found “the one.” Stephanie called me to let me know they were doing a trunk show, and booked another appointment for me. Naomi was so sweet, kind, and patient with me as I tried on dress after dress. She offered candid and helpful feedback, had an eye for my style, and didn’t pressure me in any way. When I finally made my decision, she and Stephanie were so helpful and flexible in squeezing me back in between appointments for measurements. Thank you SO much BB!

Best store to get a dress in Boise. Their dresses are high quality at reasonable price. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and they are super helpful! Definitely wish I went here first and didn’t waste any time at other bridal stores in the area

The girls are amazing in there! They shipped in several dresses just for me to try on. They have given so many discounts and things to hook a girl up!

I cannot praise the group that works at BB enough. The shop is set up well with a specific area for group to sit while I tried on dresses. They did not rush me but talked me through each dress and clipped me in like a professional so I would get the best look at the dress on my body. They had coffee and water available to us and when they realized they ran out of creamer, they offered to go buy my sister Starbucks. She didn't take them up on that offer, but the fact that they offered was enough. Their customer service was BY FAR the best I experienced and I ended up buying my dress from them. The prices were reasonable and they kept in great communication with me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bailey was amazing while I tried dresses on. I was honestly dreading the process of picking out a dress and figured I needed to settle for something basic. Bailey was honest and incredibly helpful while suggesting styles I never considered. I fell in love with a Stella York dress and I'm so excited to get married in it!

Sam and the rest of the BB Bridal team are wonderful. She gave me her undivided attention and made my less than ideal (very short) timeline work for the dress that I chose. I would choose them again and again.

I found the perfect dress without breaking the bank. They also took my mom and I as walk ins and I was hooked. I have heard negative things about the seamstress so I went somewhere else but that was second hand information. I would recommend the dress shop for sure!

I was very happy with my decision to get my dress through BB Bridal! They were very easy to work with, extremely helpful, and the prices were great!

When I went to this shop they were really nice and very helpful! I found my dress, a hair clip, and my veil all there. They were decently priced, the only thing I was really disappointed in was my veil. We paid 200+ for my veil and I had not taken it out of the bag until the day of my wedding and it lasted about 5 minutes into my ceremony before it ripped at the clip. I didn't get to have any other pictures with my veil on. Other then that they were pretty decent with everything else.

I went into BB Bridal with a vision in mind. I found the perfect dress for my barn wedding. I ordered additional fabric to add sleeves. I was referred to a wonderful tailor who made my wedding dress one of a kind!!
