g. Sarah (Makeup) and Rhina (Hair) arrived right on time and kept our entire bridal party on schedule without anyone feeling rushed, especially after some of the bridal party were running late. They both took the time to listen to everyone’s preferences, and we all felt so comfortable and at peace. nother bride was late. The wait time was not properly communicated to me and it made me really nervous for if the team would be late for my wedding day. HOWEVER, Sarah the bridal manager did make it right by offering me a free facial. I didn't need that I just wanted some communication. This was probably a one-off and most likely won't happen to other brides, but I do think they try their best to correct any issues.
When it came to the day of, Daena & Tatiana were prompt and I was really happy with the work they did. Daena really took her time to make my makeup perfect and it ended up staying for my whole wedding. Which I was really happy about. She was also so patient with my mom who showed up with foundation already on! (I'm sorry!) So in the end I do recommend this salon. I think the work they did was great, and if any issues do arise for other brides, I am confident they will handle it promptly and make things right.

felt like over the year of getting to know them prior to the trial and wedding day helped a ton. Everyone is so welcoming and fun and they were "hype women" on the day of. I really love how this is a woman owned business.
My only concern was the trial. I loved everything in the salon on the day of my trial however when I got home, I noticed a few things that weren't to my liking. I was asked to provide feedback after the trial which I felt was very well received. On the day of, all my worries were gone as everything feedback wise was received and implemented. I was going for a natural look makeup wise and a half up half down hair style. I will say by the end of the night my make up did not BUDGE. My hair definitely looked partied in, but overall kept the whole look, shape and form as it was. I had my hair and make up on/done for about 12 hours before removing it.
I had 11 girls (me, MOHs, moms, bridesmaids, special attendants) getting ready. We started at 6:30 am and were finished by 11 easily. We had a team of four (2 hair and 2 make up).

y. Jen did a nice job on everyone's hair, and both were very friendly and professional. I did have some snags though. The final price for everything was much higher than I expected as the cost of my extensions was twice as much as the stated minimum price (which I wasn't charged for until 3 days after my trial), and I was originally charged the mandatory gratuity at a higher rate and on a higher amount than was stated in the contract (which they corrected when I pointed it out). Additionally, Ingrid ran about 45 minutes past our scheduled be-ready-by time, and my and one bridesmaid's updo fell out in the middle of the reception - we could have used more hairspray and pins, and there was definitely enough time allotted for hair as Jen finished early. BB is professional and nice to work with, but definitely on the higher end of the price spectrum and I would advise brides to carefully read the pricing contract and make sure you're accounting for everything in there.

irls had pictures to show her what look they wanted to achieve which helped keep us moving along and made sure each girl was satisfied as there are no re-dos. Ingrid was able to do 5 makeup applications 4 hours which was amazing. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to get everyone lashes AND airbrush! Our makeup lasted all night long and looked flawless. Ingrid was positive, engaging and damn good at her job.
I did have some interesting experiences with the company itself that I would like to share for other brides. I originally booked myself a trial. I had booked my trial for my bridal shower and my original makeup artist (Gisel) canceled on me the night before. The company did mention that they could have someone else do the trial later but that wasn’t going to work with my timeline for the shower. The company also gave other dates for the trial but I was going into a two week quarantine before the wedding so they also didn’t work for me. They reassigned me to Ingrid (everything happens for a reason!!) for my wedding day and instead of the trial they allowed for my mom to get her makeup done instead. All in all everything resolved but as a bride planning her own wedding these are the stressful moments that you just don’t need.
