Jenna and her entire team helped make the day go by smoothly, without any issues! Every team member went above and beyond during the night! Highly recommend for perfect photo opportunities and a great coordinator to work with!

However was not told that they got ride of 2 tables due to water damage from the ceiling or that the river boat was just in general falling apart, water damage, wall paper, and carpet coming up and off. Super small considering it was supposed to fit 100 people. “No way in heck!” All in all for a budget wedding not bad.

experience stress free. We happen to schedule our dinner on the weekend that a hurricane decided to move through the area and we were able to have constant communication throughout the day of the status for our event. I also was able to drop off the decorations that I had for the event and BB Riverboat took care of the rest for us! Staff during the event was very professional and did everything that they could to make the event a special and care-free night for everyone. Many guests who left the event are looking at booking their next event (rehearsal dinner and weddings) at this venue. Excellent evening for all who attended, despite the weather!! Note - the boat was able to go out for the evening despite the rain and nasty weather!

nyway...Dave (love) and I chose BB Riverboats and it was truly a remarkable magical venue for our friends and family (about 75 guests). The boat was so much fun and the food was absolutely delightful! I didn't use a wedding planner but I had a helper:) Jenna Sparks from BB Riverboats and she was a true godsend and a wealth of information on all of required parts making up a successful wedding and reception party. Thanks to Jenna and all of the warm-hearted folks that I worked with. Nancy! Thanks for all of you warmth and encouragement! We had a beautiful fun filled wedding and I highly recommend BB Riverboats for any celebration!

we chose the B and B river boats for our day. I loved that we was able to do a payment plan for the cost. And also I had so many compliments on how wonderful the food tasted. And the servers made sure all the guest always had something to drink and asking if we needed anything. The boat its self was very clean and the bathrooms. The set up for the reception was nice and the boat ride was nice and smooth. I was so busy I didn't even notice the boat had started to move!

o ensure everything went smooth. Even the fact that our ceremony had to be held inside our venue due to weather, she knew what to do and how to still make a perfect and memorable ceremony. She knows what she is doing and she will climb mountains and cross rivers to make sure your event is perfect. And that she did. She made us her priority and for that I will forever be grateful for her. The rest of her team also did a superb job. 👏 I highly recommend BB Riverboats for any occasion. say enough good things about our coordinator Jenna. She was on top of everything starting with the planning process. She patiently answered my thousands of questions, meeting with me a couple times about the venue, and even helped calm my pre-wedding jitters. Day of she made sure my big day ran smoothly. She kept the schedule as I wanted and made sure everything was picked up and accounted for at the end of the night. On top of that one of my guests had left something at the venue and it was noticed the next day. She delivered it to my house! Don’t sit on this venue, make the call!

was professional. The atmosphere was fun. The coordinator could not be more helpful and accommodating. The Captain was great with the guests. He timed our arrival with a Friday night fireworks show. My wife and I did the same thing at our wedding 37 years ago. It was an amazing evening.

wrong, and some things did, but the way each situation was handled and the amount of hands on deck for our every need was just astounding. Before booking we were nervous because we never went on a cruise with them or knew the quality of food they served, but they offered a complimentary cruise and a tasting of our menu, which instantly relieved our worries. Jenna took many responsibilities off my back leading up to the wedding and was always available to help me with anything. She was extremely responsive with texts and emails as well. I also realized that they were extremely accommodating and anything extra I wanted to do we were able to, such as eating before our ceremony together and having one last dance just by ourselves on a different deck. We planned and practiced for the ceremony and first dance to be on the top deck outside, but not long before the ceremony, it started storming. So Peggy, who took over for Jenna on the wedding day since she was going out of town, instantly came up with a new plan, got a beautiful arch with flowers to put up inside, and helped us change everything we planned to indoors. We honestly couldn’t have been happier with this company as they were able to give us the most special day of our lives, and we truly appreciate Jenna and Peggy for their help!!

. We got some great photos, everyone had a good time and we got to watch bengals fireworks on the boat which ended the perfect evening. The company was easy to work with and definitely would use again.

r above us. After we ate dinner (which was amazing food), most of the people at our dinner went up a floor to dance. There were several people from the other event there so it did not feel as private as I would have liked. In addition, a few people went to our bar for drinks, making our room even less private (there was a private party sign on the door though). We had a wonderful time on the boat and it was a gorgeous night with amazing views from the river!
