BB Riverboats

The staff was amazing! The whole staff went above what we were planning. Jenna who was our planner was there to answer any question we may needed and was very helpful. I am so glad we chose the B and B river boats for our day. I loved that we was able to do a payment plan for the cost. And also I had so many compliments on how wonderful the food tasted. And the servers made sure all the guest always had something to drink and asking if we needed anything. The boat its self was very clean and the bathrooms. The set up for the reception was nice and the boat ride was nice and smooth. I was so busy I didn't even notice the boat had started to move!

We had our wedding here and it was a beautiful experience. Our wedding day was made extra special because of how kind and devoted the staff all was. I highly recommend having a wedding here!

Jenna was an intriguing part of making my Wedding Day 6/22/24, into a Fairytale Wedding/Birthday moment that I wanted! We looked all over for a memorable venue to have our reception, and found BB Riverboats by a stroke of luck. We got in touch with Jenna to set up a meeting and go over some details, and it was love at first sight! We had a few months before the event, and had no shortage of questions. We always received answers in a timely manner and Jenna was FANTASTIC! The day of the reception, the staff was amazing and had everything set up for us just the way we imagined. There were even a few props that we forgot to remove from the boxes when we brought them to the venue, and they included them in a way that made everything flow and fit beautifully. The cruise was spectacular, and I really believe the views can't be beat. I would recommend them a hundred times over and if (when) we get to do a vow renewal in the future, I'll be looking forward to working with them again.

We had our wedding at BB Riverboats on 10-14-23. It was amazing. Jenna was superb. From the first day we met' to the very last minute before I walked down the aisle she was there to ensure everything went smooth. Even the fact that our ceremony had to be held inside our venue due to weather, she knew what to do and how to still make a perfect and memorable ceremony. She knows what she is doing and she will climb mountains and cross rivers to make sure your event is perfect. And that she did. She made us her priority and for that I will forever be grateful for her. The rest of her team also did a superb job. 👏 I highly recommend BB Riverboats for any occasion. Recently had our 10/14/23 wedding on the BB Riverboats and I cannot say enough great things about the staff, the venue, the food - EVERYTHING was amazing! Jenna and her team took care of us from the time we toured the venue to the final departure from the boat and then some. Jenna made the process very smooth and eased my mind over the course of 5 months of planning. She checked in and gave great suggestions. On our wedding day, everything was taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and sweet, every last detail was taken care of and they even improvised for me with my cake cutting set (I forgot it at home with no time to go get it). We took advantage of the Brunch Cruise. We highly recommend! The food was fantastic. Kids loved it, adults loved it; still hearing the rave reviews from family and friends. Our DJ was on it and the dance while cruising was really great! We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into when we decided to do something "different". We are so happy with how everything turned out. Our wedding dreams came true and it was all thanks to the amazing team at BB Riverboats. Thank you Jenna and team for an experience we will NEVER forget!

We had an amazing wedding with BB Riverboats. We live 2 states away and they made this entire process so easy. Everything was perfect and it couldn’t have gone any better. Our guests have said it was the most fun and unique wedding. No one was ready to go home. Thank so much to Jenna and Dana for everything.

We booked our wedding for 8/26/23. The venue was stunning! I had so many compliments from my guests. We have such a wonderful time on our cruise and the food was delicious. I can’t say enough good things about our coordinator Jenna. She was on top of everything starting with the planning process. She patiently answered my thousands of questions, meeting with me a couple times about the venue, and even helped calm my pre-wedding jitters. Day of she made sure my big day ran smoothly. She kept the schedule as I wanted and made sure everything was picked up and accounted for at the end of the night. On top of that one of my guests had left something at the venue and it was noticed the next day. She delivered it to my house! Don’t sit on this venue, make the call!

We used Rivers Edge, the event center at BB Riverboats. It was great! The view was amazing, our guests had a great time, and everyone at BB went above and beyond to make sure our night was exactly as we wanted. Jenna Sparks was great to work with and so quick to respond to all of my questions! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Jenna and the entire staff was hands down, the best!

We invited over 220 people for a pre-wedding Welcome Party. Most of the guests were from out of town. Many said that they’d never experienced an evening quite like it. The staff was professional. The atmosphere was fun. The coordinator could not be more helpful and accommodating. The Captain was great with the guests. He timed our arrival with a Friday night fireworks show. My wife and I did the same thing at our wedding 37 years ago. It was an amazing evening.

We got married on the Belle of Cincinnati and it was the most memorable and amazing day ever, and a lot of it had to do with Jenna, our wedding coordinator! So much could have went wrong, and some things did, but the way each situation was handled and the amount of hands on deck for our every need was just astounding. Before booking we were nervous because we never went on a cruise with them or knew the quality of food they served, but they offered a complimentary cruise and a tasting of our menu, which instantly relieved our worries. Jenna took many responsibilities off my back leading up to the wedding and was always available to help me with anything. She was extremely responsive with texts and emails as well. I also realized that they were extremely accommodating and anything extra I wanted to do we were able to, such as eating before our ceremony together and having one last dance just by ourselves on a different deck. We planned and practiced for the ceremony and first dance to be on the top deck outside, but not long before the ceremony, it started storming. So Peggy, who took over for Jenna on the wedding day since she was going out of town, instantly came up with a new plan, got a beautiful arch with flowers to put up inside, and helped us change everything we planned to indoors. We honestly couldn’t have been happier with this company as they were able to give us the most special day of our lives, and we truly appreciate Jenna and Peggy for their help!!

Our wedding ceremony and reception at River’s Edge was fantastic, Jenna and Peggy managed the event perfectly and everything was flawless. The venue was beautiful and the food was excellent.

Beautiful background for a wedding!

We had our rehearsal dinner here. It was fantastic! Food was good, weather was beautiful(we had a section of the boat where we had inside and outside so we were covered either way). We got some great photos, everyone had a good time and we got to watch bengals fireworks on the boat which ended the perfect evening. The company was easy to work with and definitely would use again.

We had our rehearsal dinner on a riverboat and it was a great time! There was another event happening on the floor below ours and an open dance floor for the whole boat on the floor above us. After we ate dinner (which was amazing food), most of the people at our dinner went up a floor to dance. There were several people from the other event there so it did not feel as private as I would have liked. In addition, a few people went to our bar for drinks, making our room even less private (there was a private party sign on the door though). We had a wonderful time on the boat and it was a gorgeous night with amazing views from the river!

WOW! The choice to use BB Riverboats was a great one! The food was wonderful, the service was above and beyond spectacular and we wanted for NOTHING when it came to the planning by Amanda and the facilitating by our Cruise Director, Rick. I am so grateful to BB Riverboats for providing such a beautiful, interesting and fun wedding! We are thrilled!
