Our linen from BBJ & Latovola was just beautiful! We couldn't be happier with our choices and the entire process was extremely smooth. I also love that they have a showroom to visit to really get to explore different options!
I highly recommend BBJ Linens when choosing linens for your wedding or any party event! I worked with MaryBeth at the Dallas showroom and she was fantastic! She was very professional and knowledgeable and she made the whole experience of selecting the right linens for our wedding easy and stress free.
Carmen delivered the linens on wedding day at the time we requested. She worked closely with our wedding coordinator on the set-up and arrangements of tables and chairs. Carmen was very pleasant to work with as well and she knows first hand how the process flows.
I will most definitely use BBJ Linens again!
They have so many different options to choose from and that are also affordable. The table cloths I used from them really gave the tables an elegant touch. Things got a little complicating with the venue with delivery of the table cloths but BBJ worked with me to make things simple.
Most reasonable prices I saw and I am a penny pincher!
Unfortunately, all chairs at hotels are CONFERENCE style and to order cute chairs it will cost you 5x more that just purchasing chair covers.
Courtney, their office manager, helped me pick out a modest cover that was within my budget and I changed the quantity, what felt like, too much. She was pleasant and gave me NO HASSLE all the way up to wedding day!
They do charge for setting and striking, so make sure to ask if your location will do that for a better price first. I paid around $150.
I wasn't spending a lot of money on linens, but it was a couple hundred dollars. My credit card was stolen, and I had already signed the contract and given them my info, well they had the audacity to tell me that my credit card was declining because I must of maxed out or not paid my bills! I explain that it had been stolen and gave them my new card. Never got an apology. They acted like I was a bother, if I'd had the chance I would have never given them a penny of my money!
I ordered my linen's online from BBJ's. They have tons of options and sizes. I spoke with a representative on the website through a chat to figure out what size I needed. They shipped them to me already ironed. It was easy to just take them out of the box and throw them on the tables. When the wedding was over, they were just stuffed into a duffel bag (provided with shipment) and shipped back. The prices were competitive compared to the other sites I shopped on.
