BBQ by Barry

I cannot brag about BBQ By Barry enough! My husband and I got married in a barn in Dallas, Pa and we wanted comfort food that was also classy enough for a wedding. That is exactly what we found with BBQ by Barry! Don't let the name fool you, BBQ by Barry has the most delicious smoked meats you could ever dream of. It is not typical BBQ that is messy and sloppy. Instead, you are able to add your own sauces to eliminate the mess that originally swayed us away from BBQ food. Speaking of sauces, Barry makes the most amazing BBQ sauces - peach, signature, chipotle, and a sweet vinegar sauce. They are absolutely amazing and go great on any of the smoked meats (chicken, pulled pork, ribs and even the beef brisket). My husband and I live three hours from his restaurant but we will be going back for more because it is just THAT good. And did I mention how amazing the staff are? Barry and all of his staff were so amazing and great to work with. They served the food to over 100 guests in a very short time and also helped with clean up. Barry was absolutely fantastic with the planning and execution of the food. He got back to me so quickly and was so nice when I changed my mind at least a dozen times. He is a very nice, down to earth guy and so great to work with. I would recommend this caterer to EVERY bride and even if you don't end up booking him for your wedding, stop by his restaurant and have some of his food anyway. It is truly amazing!!
