I initially thought of it as an "extra" for the party, but in hindsight, it turned out to be the main event! EVERYONE loved it. Teenagers and adults alike. They brought a treasure trove of really fun props and the scrapbook is a must! I was hesitant about the scrapbook at first, but Denise said "Your daughter HAS to have it" and she was able to help with an affordable price. And she was right! My daughter LOVES that scrapbook. It sits proudly on her dresser and she pulls it down often to relive her special day. Everyone in the photo (and they could fit LOTS of people) received a photo strip and a strip went into the scrapbook for a keepsake. And I didn't even yet mention the fact that they showed up early, set up and broke down super quick, were extremely professional and just fun to be around. I would HIGHLY recommend having them to capture moments from your special day!

Mark and Denise were considerably cheaper for the total package than even the lowest of the other estimates I received, so much so that I was concerned about the quality of what I would be receiving. Needless to say, I was BLOWN AWAY with the whole experience and quality of the service!!! Hands down better than any other DJ, kareoke and light show I have seen over the years and the photo booth, with countless props was an insane hit with all in attendance (to the tune of over 600 strips of photos, 3 per strip...1800+ photos!!!) Mark and Denise were great, easy peasey lemon squeezey, playing anything and everything that was requested and filling in with appropriate popular songs to keep the dance floor filled throughout the party. I think the difference with this service is made by the quality of the equipment and the prowess with which Mark and Denise operate it. Countless wireless lighting cans that filled the entire venue, flashing and changing colors along with insane quality audio and seamless music mash-ups. Do I seem excited...pleased...thrilled by this service...YES, YES and YES because they were AMAZING, dare I say the VERY BEST and for once in my life, I feel I got a truly outstanding experience for a truly amazing and reasonable price. Take advantage of these guys, they are without question, the very best thats out there and worth every single penny!!! ps...the party was slated to end at 10pm and parents began showing up to pick up their children between 9 and 9:30...the damn kids wouldn't leave...we had to literally shut the music and lights down and chase them out or they would still be dancing now!!!

I purchased the prop package, memory book, and also had Denise do our favors using the strips. She made us custom inserts for the frames on the tables and designed beautiful strips for us. There were so many props to choose from it was defiantly worth the money. I LOVE the memory book, its like a wedding yearbook, super fun to see all of the strips and read all of the sweet & funny things our guests wrote to us. Greg & I will be using Be the Star for sure in the future for other events and parties. We got a 4 hour package that included props and signs, a guest book at the end of the night that included everyone's filmstrip of pictures and messages if they wrote any, and Denise worked with us to design a background for the 3 picture filmstrip that every guest was able to take home. What we really loved about this Photobooth in particular, was that every person in the picture was able to get a copy right then and there to take home, plus later on they were posted online so they could use them for digital copies or to order more prints!

Denise was amazing to email with before the wedding to coordinate everything! I really appreciate her attention to detail and making sure everything was just right so I had no worries for the big night. When I saw how long the line was for guests to have their photos taken, I knew it was a hit! And Bryan and Kim were amazing with everyone! They were so friendly and sweet with everyone! I can't say enough about the memory book, which also acted as a guest book for us! At the end of the night, we were able to take home this beautiful keepsake book, in which Bryan and Kim had blown up a photo of us for the cover, and we could look through it during the afterparty. (We had never seen some of our relatives let loose the way they did with the props!) And it was so beautifully done! We're so glad to have had something we could look at so soon after the event without having to wait for the photos from the photographer. I can't say enough good things about Be The Star, they were amazing and we were really lucky to have them as a part of our special day! We would recommend Be The Star for any event. And if someone is debating getting a photo booth for their event -- just do it. It was well worth the money and everyone loved it!

ultimately run into the problem of the photo booth is too small (until you've reached the one too many beers level and then everyone somehow fits), that was never an issue with "Be The Star". There's a backdrop that's it. No cramming yourself and 14 of your best friends into a tiny booth where only 4 of you show up in the photo. Being the couple getting married, we had some duties to attend to and almost forgot about the photo booth completely. When I say almost forgot, I mean we did forget, they were packing up, realized we never took photos and set everything up again. Who would do that? Granted this opened up a whole new crew of people taking pictures, but that's what it's about isn't it? The crew working the booth was AWESOME! Fun, friendly, super into it. I think I heard, "He told me I took the best photo of the night" 6 different times from people. So they definitely made people feel like they were being creative. The book is there and ready for you when they're packing up to leave. It's such a cool extra thing to have on your wedding day. You're running around all day, barely realizing what's going on, it's cool to have a memento showing your guests having a blast and in a different type of way. There are a bunch of photo booth companies out there, but I'd have a hard time believing those companies put as much effort, time and sincerity into it as "Be The Star' did and does.

We paid an additional $100 for the memory book, which I'm so happy we did. Every strip was added to our memory book for our guests to then sign. The day after the wedding these pictures had us in stitches and I'm so glad we have this record of some of the best times our guests had. Everyone raved about the booth and Denise and Mark, the owners and our attendants for the evening. They had a lot of energy which helped get people excited to pose and worked quickly so even when the line was long it moved fast. I highly recommend Be the Star Photobooth for any wedding.
