Be Well Bridal was founded by holistic health practitioner Jenni Hyams. She has built an online community through the BWB App, where you can access a supportive community of like-minded individuals and a vast array of health and fitness programs. The group meets virtually every week on Zoom to keep you on track and help you attain your goals in a fun and encouraging way.
Be Well Bridal offers a focused 10-week program, so you can get mentally and physically fit before your wedding. Jenni will be your cheerleader throughout your wedding journey, with targeted recipes and workouts aimed at helping you reach your potential. Jenni is based in Arizona and is always happy to meet clients in person if they are passing through!
