Kelleen Trostel with BeYour Own Guest was everything and more as our wedding planner. Be your own guest is a fitting title for the experience we had at our wedding. Kelleen is detail oriented, efficient, kind, and an absolute pleasure to plan a wedding with. She listens and really cares about what you want. Even at the reception she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and then some. I highly, highly recommend Kelleen!

Kelleen from Be Your Own Guest was a godsend on our wedding day. She operated in the forefront when we needed her and in the shadows when we didn’t know we needed her. We were a little nervous having only a day-of coordinator and doing the rest of our planning ourselves, but Kelleen answered every question we had and got us thinking about everything we needed to. We brought all of our own décor with instructions on where things should go and she made it happen. Our day ended up going so smoothly thanks for Kelleen’s attention to detail and hard work.

Kelleen was amazing and so fun to work with! She was very organized, thoughtful and went above and beyond to make my vision come together and help with everything the day of the wedding. The entire day was so smooth and perfect, from small details to big, in huge part thanks to Kelleen! Such a wonderful and stress-free experience, and we would highly recommend her to any and all future brides.

Kelleen was absolutely AMAZING. As an out-of-state bride, Kelleen was able to ease so much of my anxiety. She was so kind, reliable, and professional. She was not only incredibly helpful during the wedding prep and planning but was absolutely vital on the day of my wedding. She made sure me and my husband were taking time to eat, that our drinks were full, that we were happy, and she ensured our day ran smoothly. My transportation cancelled on me less than 24 hours before my wedding and while we weren't able to find a replacement (due to covid, CO Prom season, big Red Rocks show, etc.) Kelleen did everything in her power to try and fix it. She was our rock in the chaos! I cannot recommend Kelleen enough to any bride looking for a coordinator/planner. She knows her stuff and goes above and beyond for her clients! Kelleen is a large reason that my husband and I can say we truly had a perfect wedding day.

Kelleen helped us as a day of coordinator. She was very attentive to what we needed throughout the day and made sure our wedding day ran smoothly. If I could've, I would have hired her to help planning the whole process! Kelleen is incredible!

Be Your Own Guest was great! We hired them to help with cake cutting, table bussing and clean-up at then end of the night and they were worth every penny! The crew was professional, helpful and allowed us to really enjoy our night and not have to worry about the little details. They would just take care of things before I even had time to think about it and all we had to do at the end of the night was just tell them what truck beds to carry stuff out to.

Kelleen is THE BEST!!! I don’t think my wedding would have come together or gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her! We had to postpone a couple of times due to Covid and Kelleen made sure we were on top of things and communicated with all of our vendors so nothing fell through the cracks! She seriously is the sweetest and had such great suggestions for our decor, table settings, schedule, you name it! She was incredibly considerate of what my husband and I wanted and made sure we were happy every step of the way! On our wedding day not only did she assure we got to sit down and eat but made sure everything was going as planned! She even helped me change out of my very complicated wedding dress that had like a million buttons so I could quickly get into a second dress I had! She was the best wing women ever! I am so grateful to Kelleen and cannot recommend her enough she a wonderful person and coordinator she’s amazing in every way!!

Simply put, Kelleen knows how to get things done! From the very first phone call, she put my fiance at ease with her obvious knowledge of the wedding planning and coordinating process. She is thorough, timely and really looks out for her guests. We had a bit of a rough time with our planning due to COVID concerns and Kelleen was right there to answer my questions and helped us in adapting to all of the new policies that had to be implemented. In the beginning, we weren't sure why we needed a coordinator, but I am so glad we had Kelleen there! She kept us on time, she considered countless little details that I would have never even thought of and just made everything run smoothly so that we could genuinely enjoy our day care-free. We are so happy that we chose to have Be Your Own Guest and Kelleen with us for our wedding day, it really would not have been the same without her.

Kelleen was absolutely amazing! We were required to hire a day of coordinator by our venue and I wasn't sure why...but after working with Kelleen, I get it! She made sure everything ran seamlessly! She was on top of things I never even thought of, and she was so nice and easy to work with! She truly made our day special, on time, and the details she put in really showed! We highly recommend her for any wedding planning or day of needs! I would hire her again if I could!

Kelleen was a phenomenal day of coordinator. She was our rock on our wedding day and kept us organized & bases covered even the month before. She did a wonderful job of balancing our requests, keeping us relaxed/having fun, while handling vendors and curve balls without us even being aware. We could not imagine having a successful wedding without her!

I didn't have to worry about set up and clean up during my wedding. They were very professional and always ran things by us first before doing them. It was such a relief to have them at our wedding...money well spent.
