Beach Bridal Vacations

onversation with Saundra Peterson and all the planning in between, the services were professional and prompt. You can tell that Beach Bridal Vacations has a desire to ensure that everyone gets a top tier experience and is kept abreast of all the travel details. My guests were so happy, as they are still talking about the great service. What I also loved is that Saundra and Katy went above and beyond to reach out to the resort as there was a minor issue right before we were to leave. Our wedding day at Moon Palace Resort in Jamaica was magical ans stress free. We owe it all to Beach Bridal Vacations for the care and thoughtfulness they put into making our dream wedding experience a reality. We will definitely be using their services again and will recommend to all of our friends and family.

ond immediately, she would repeatedly text and email me without giving me a reasonable opportunity to respond. Instead of feeling supported during such an important decision, I felt pressured and frustrated. One of my biggest concerns was that Saundra seemed determined for us to book with a Dreams resort. When I specifically asked her to look into a particular resort that was not a Dreams property, she refused to even explore that option. She told me that she had heard there were bad reviews and that the weddings there were not good, and essentially told me that I didn’t need to book with them. I found that extremely unprofessional. When you are planning a destination wedding, you should be able to have your planner research the resorts you are interested in and provide you with information so that YOU can make an informed decision. I did not feel like my preferences were being heard or respected. Instead, I felt like I was being pushed toward a specific resort that I had not chosen. I also found Saundra to be very rude and unhelpful when I needed assistance. Communication seemed to happen on her convenience rather than when I needed help with the wedding-planning process. That is not the kind of experience I expected when looking for someone to help plan such an important event. Based on my experience, I would never recommend working with Saundra or Beach Bridal Vacations. I strongly believe couples planning a destination wedding should feel listened to, respected, and supported while exploring their options. If I were looking for another company, I would highly recommend DestinationWeddings.com. In my experience with them, they have been very professional, responsive, and willing to work hard to help you find what you need for your destination wedding. Planning a wedding is stressful enough without feeling pressured into a resort or feeling like your preferences aren't being considered. Couples deserve to have their questions answered, their choices respected, and their options explored.

so much easier. Saundra helped everyone coordinate their rooms and travel to and from the resort which was so helpful! She was incredibly communicative, patient, informative and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything feel stress-free and was always so easy to work with. She kept us in the loop and made sure we understood and were supported in the whole process. We are so grateful for all her help in making out wedding so special! HIGHLY recommend to anyone planning a destination wedding!!

idal Vacations on social media and noticed they created personalized wedding websites for their couples. After our initial consultation with Saundra, we quickly realized she offered so much more than travel planning. Saundra helped us narrow down resort options, compare venues, answer countless questions, and ultimately choose the perfect location for our wedding. She guided us through every step—from researching resorts and reviewing contracts to securing a room block that worked for both us and our guests. One thing we learned is that, for our wedding, we did not need a separate independent planner. Saundra handled the travel, resort selection, guest accommodations, and logistics, while the resort’s wedding planner managed the on-site wedding details. We also worked directly with our wedding party on personal elements. Together, this support system made planning far more manageable than we ever expected. From the beginning, Saundra was warm, professional, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. She set realistic expectations and took time to explain how destination wedding resorts operate. We always felt informed and supported, and no question was ever too small. If she didn’t have an answer right away, she followed up quickly with one. One of the biggest challenges we faced involved pricing. Shortly after signing our contract, the resort launched a major sale that created a significant gap between our contracted rates and public pricing. Saundra immediately advocated for us and worked persistently with the resort to renegotiate. Her willingness to go to bat for her clients truly stood out. She also took excellent care of our guests. Every question—from booking to travel logistics—was handled with patience and kindness. The feedback we received from friends and family was consistently positive, and knowing they had support made a huge difference for us. What sets Saundra apart is the level of care she brings to her work. She remained available before, during, and even after travel when needed. At every stage, it was clear she was genuinely invested in creating the best experience for everyone involved. Patience, kindness, communication, efficiency, and genuine care best describe her approach. Planning a destination wedding comes with many moving parts, but having someone knowledgeable and committed makes all the difference. Perhaps the most surprising part is that all of these services are provided at no cost to the couple. The value Saundra brought to our wedding journey was truly priceless. We wholeheartedly recommend Beach Bridal Vacations to any couple planning a destination wedding.
