We were at a wedding the day prior, yet we still showed up at the hotel at midnight, to setup for your wedding. You did send me an email which I had zero time to reply to (a few hours before posting this review), asking for a refund, which I promptly gave and was going to take the time to reply back to the email you sent, which was berating and vulgar. You didn't mention you wanted to tell me ways you wanted to help us improve, you just wanted to provide feedback and as you put it in the email" it is quite a list of bullshit", which is why I was going to take the time to answer you back. Even with a response like that, I had every intention to reply, but now not so much. I apologize that your wife, who I did compliment during the rehearsal as being meticulous with the details provided and she was one of the best wedding planners/brides that I had worked with, was complementary and taken out of context here, did not tell you about our communications. The tripod holding the live stream did snap right before it started. We did not have a back up tripod on the beach, but one in our truck, but it was too late to go grab it. Something we profusely apologized for. Also, there are noise ordinances that we have to follow, and having your wedding on the beach at 7:30 AM in the morning, we could only play the speaker so loud. All the songs were played as instructed, and the time you DID mentioned you wanted a song ended early was not the sand ceremony, but your dollar dance because you had issues with your back and your wife had worn you out from being on the beach taking pictures prior due to the heat. You kept our speaker, which was only supposed to be for the ceremony, down on the beach to help call out the names of the family members to take pictures. Something we did happily to make up for the issues with the tripod snapping. Also, the loud screech you heard during the reception was because I was standing in water in the carpet the whole time at the reception, something I told the hotel about at midnight the night before, that the area was flooded. It continued to remain flooded the whole time we were there. I had electrical equipment that was sitting in water and there was a short, that had to be corrected. We took into account what your guests wanted to listen to, as we had asked them personally, prior to your arrival from the beach, what they would like to hear. So we played a few songs that they wanted to hear, so I apologize if it veered off your list to make them happy. I understand that this may not have been the best situation for you, Brent, as you left early from your own wedding due to how bad you were feeling. It is hurtful that you said that we don't have integrity, but then again, from the language used in your email and your views on how you think we treated you, when we tried to do everything to make you comfortable considering how much pain you were in, true colors can be seen behind a facade.
