Avoid at all costs. I paid for trolleys for my wedding. The trolleys were late to pick up guests and bridal party from ceremony, did not follow drop off directions, and did not sho...
w up to pick up guests from the receptions. My guests were stranded. I have reached out to the company numerous times over the past several months via phone and email to remediate this issue but they refuse to take my call or answer my many emails.
Everything on my wedding day went flawlessly with the exception of Beach Bum Trolley. We booked them at least six months in advanced and advertised to our guests that there would b...
e transportation for them to and from the ceremony. On our wedding day, guests had to grab random rides and luckily our limo came early enough to transport them as well. Beach bum was unreachable and did not show up until have the ceremony- thereby being completely useless to us. They did not apologize or try to fix the situation in any way. The owner, Tom, has not returned our phone calls and our wedding was three weeks ago. I would recommend any other company before using beach bum.
I was very fortunate to have found this trolley company. We had a pretty large bridal party and decided that a trolley would be the best ( and most fun! ) way to get everyone to th...
e church and to the reception. I was originally slated to go with another local company but when I called a couple of weeks before the wedding to confirm, they had forgotten about us. So we were 2 weeks out from the wedding with no trolley. I lucked out when I called Beach Bum and they worked with me to get me a good rate and a nice trolley. They were wonderful! It was so fun to have the trolley for everyone to ride in. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a local trolley. Outstanding service and the trolley driver that we had was wonderful!
