When my wife and I started thinking about doing a destination wedding, we thought we could manage it on our own. With our shortened timeframe, we decided to reach out to a travel agent just to get some ideas. Thank goodness we did!! Jessica and Beach Dreamers Travel were saints! She led us in the right direction from the start of planning. She helped us choose a resort that fit our wants and needs, helped find the best rates/weeks to travel, helped us communicate with our wedding planning team, and helped with the honeymoon. Not only was she always in constant communication with us, but any questions any of our guests had she would respond with the answer, promptly and quickly. Jessica answered all our questions, as well as our guests questions, and was always timely with her responses. She was able to set up transportation for our entire group, which was very helpful with being in a different country, and they were wonderful, on time, and friendly! Which is everything you’d ask for especially when planning an international wedding. About a month before leaving for Mexico, we received multiple emails with information about packing, travel, airport information and then a personalized email with all the individual travel information and transfer information. If you are considering doing a destination wedding, having a travel agent to help navigate everything is a must and Jessica is the best person to help you! Jessica was our travel agent for our destination wedding. She helped us find our resort and communicate with them throughout the whole process. She also coordinated the rooms and trip for about 50 other guests in our group! Jessica was very responsive to questions and quick with turnaround time. We knew we wanted to go on a relaxing (and all-inclusive) vacation after our wedding. Being as busy as we were, we knew we needed an extra hand with the honeymoon planning. A few days before our departure she was available and extremely helpful with some last minute questions/assistance. I have never used a travel agent before because I usually plan my own trips, but she did a great job for our trip. Very communicative, knowledgeable, and super nice! Jessica was our life savor for our destination wedding! Jessica Hill was our lifesaver. My son had a destination wedding last December. My husband and three others were traveling a couple days later than my son and future daughter-in-law. Our connecting flight was in Atlanta. This is the day after they had their power outage. Flights were all backed up and we sat on the runway and missed our connecting flight. Well Jessica came to the rescue and helped us find an alternative way to get to the destination wedding. It took some fast thinking of getting a rental car and driving to another airport. Jessica was so helpful with planning our honeymoon! She was very patient and initially spent almost an hour on the phone going over the various Sandals resorts, and specifically St. Lucia La Toc. She spoke from experience after having visited these resorts! We ended up loving our choice! So thankful for their guidance!

Jessica was AMAZING! She spent so much time and effort planning our Hawaii honeymoon on Maui and Kauai islands. She sent through hundreds of excursion opportunities for us to choose from and listened to our wants and preferences. We don't know how she got us such great deals at one month out, but she did! More importantly, she was available whenever we called her and whenever we had questions. We even emailed her form our honeymoon and she responded right away to our question. She's amazing and we will use her for all vacations to come!

We worked with Jess for our Destination wedding in Punta Cana. Words cannot express how helpful and knowledgeable she was. She was able to smoothly guide our guests, some of who have never traveled internationally, and ensure they were prepared for their vacation. She answered every question we had a long the way in a very timely matter and was genuinely invested into our trip/wedding. Jessica helped plan our destination wedding in Mexico. I was completely overwhelmed with all the options, Jessica helped me narrow down resorts and helped me every step of the way. Jessica was so wonderful in helping to plan our destination wedding! Thanks to her, we safely and smoothly traveled with a group of almost 60 people to Riviera Maya, Mexico and had the most amazing time. I met Jessica at a bridal show and contacted her once we knew we wanted to have a destination wedding. Based on her recommendation, after discussing our wedding dreams, we chose Sandals Negril. Her description of the resort was spot on, a little piece of paradise, pure bliss. She arranged travel accommodations for us as well as our guests. She was always quick to respond and made this process very easy for a large group. She sent out the nicest pre-wedding bags to the group. It was a nice touch, everyone liked them. Jessica was even in contact with the resort during our stay, assuring all was going well and every One was having a good time. Jessica overall was incredibly impactful in coordinating so much for Destination Wedding. We couldn't have done it without her. Thanks Jessica for a fun senior trip to Punta Cana. I don't know who had more fun; the kids or the parents. Loved the all inclusive hotel. There was always something to do; or you could just enjoy laying on the beach or at the pool. Truly a trip to remember!

Not only did she help us book our trip, but my husband and I had some major delays due to an airline computer system shut down. Beach dreamers travel was truly the way to go if you want a stress free way to book a vacation. They offer much information on the different islands you can stay on as well as which one offers the most of what your looking for. Jessica was my representative and she booked everything for us. Beach Dreamers Travel and our agent Jessica was simply AMAZING to work with!!! My husband and I had our destination wedding in November 2015 in Punta Cana. We had 83 guests total which is A LOT for a destination wedding! Jessica took care of booking the flights and hotel rooms for ALL of our guests which made the entire process hassle free for everyone especially me, the bride! She took care of everyone's questions and concerns and was ALWAYS available; which made it extremely stress free for me not having to worry about planning a wedding and also answering a ton of questions from my guests. Jessica was VERY knowledgeable about destination weddings and gave us a very clear idea of what we were to expect in getting married in Punta Cana. She even emailed us all of the requirements and wedding options that we had in choosing to get married outside of the USA in Punta Cana. Throughout the process, my husband and I threw Jessica for some loops including changing hotels on her; but she always managed to stay calm, collected and supportive of our wants in creating our dream wedding. Jessica was very good at communicating with hotel staff and management to ensure that we as a soon-to-be married couple and all of our guests would be getting everything that we had wanted! We also enjoyed working with Jessica because she KNOWS HER STUFF! Not only did she play a major role in planning my dream wedding and making sure it all came together without a hassle, she also planned our DREAM HONEYMOON! For our 2 week getaway we stayed at 3 different hotels, on 2 different islands; St. Lucia & Grenada! All resorts that we stayed at came HIGHLY recommended by Jessica herself and they surely DID NOT disappoint. Everything was absolutely breathtaking and perfect. She found us a GREAT deal too which afforded us the opportunity to honeymoon for as long as we did in the wonderful places that we did! I would recommend Jessica and Beach Dreamers Travel to anyone as she was truly a huge player in creating my perfect fairytale wedding and an even more perfect honeymoon! Her communication skills, positive attitude, and knowledge in the business is unlike any agent we have ever used before! First off let me tell you that Beach Dreamers does not charge you a dime! I was trying to plan a destination wedding and it was a nightmare! I contacted a few other so called specialists but they all wanted a fee. Until I called Jessica who does not charge a fee! From the first frantic phone call I made to her, she put me at ease and was so easy to talk to! She knows this business! She took care of practically everything for me. She was there every step of the way. From providing me different options to even helping me be able to get more people to Jamaica with the incredible deals she found! My wedding was amazing! Jessica used her time, knowledge and general upbeat, happy attitude to make my dream destination wedding happen at a price that was unbeatable! Very professional, friendly, genuinely caring and again...No Fee!!!

First off she doesn't charge any type of fees and second she is very knowledgeable about not only all the different resorts but the wedding packages they offer. She was so helpful every step of the way, from helping us choose the right resort, connecting us with awesome vendors and making all of our guests happy and at ease...especially the ones who had never been out of the country. I was seriously going insane from all the stress of trying to plan a wedding.
