Beach House, Hilton Head

s resort was the perfect location for our beach wedding and made the entire process feel seamless, stress-free, and incredibly special. The resort itself is beautiful and newly updated, with a gorgeous pool area and live music every day that made it feel like a vacation for all of our guests. Despite it being peak season in July, the amenities were never overcrowded, which made our entire stay comfortable and enjoyable. There was always something for our guests to do, whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, or exploring the area. One of the most impressive things was how the wedding coordinator team handled our beach ceremony. Even though it’s a public beach, they strategically set up our wedding site so that there were very few people in the background of our photos. This was such a thoughtful detail that made a big difference. The entire event felt private and intimate, despite being in a public space. We opted for what was essentially an all-inclusive wedding package through The Beach House and it was the best decision we could have made. We used their decorations, tables, linens, and the on-site restaurant for catering. The food was incredible. It was fresh, coastal, and full of local flavors. The only vendors we brought in were for desserts, photography, and a DJ. What truly set The Beach House apart was the staff. Their on-site wedding coordinators (Olivia, Margaret, and Julia) were absolutely phenomenal. They were professional, responsive, and so attentive to every detail. They helped us through the planning process and were incredible day-of coordinators. From managing our outside vendors to ensuring every last detail from our banquet order and decor was exactly right, they nailed it. They even offered helpful suggestions when we were overwhelmed or indecisive, and they handled everything with a calm, collected, and friendly demeanor. Their taste in decor is beautiful, and it was such a relief to hand over the setup to people we trusted completely. We never had to worry about a thing. Out of the seven venues we researched, The Beach House was not only the most affordable but also the most attentive and accommodating. If you’re dreaming of a beach wedding without the stress, I cannot recommend this place enough. It was everything we hoped for and more.

of the most reasonable I could find among resorts on the island. I loved that it was essentially a "one stop shop"! I had the ceremony on the beach, and our reception was inside one of their several reception rooms. They have other outdoor options as well for ceremonies/receptions. They provide all of the tables and chairs. They have some decor that can be used. Their food was top notch! One of the best foods I have ever had at a wedding - nothing dry or cold. Absolutely incredible! Margaret is the Sales Manager, and she is a true treasure! She is a wonderful person to work with. She is so easy to get along with and very accommodating. I had several hiccups regarding communication with another staff (not Margaret), which was extremely frustrating as I am far away in a different state trying to plan. Margaret was always willing to listen to my concerns and step in and help out! The venue is incredible. So beautiful for photos, ceremony, and reception. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue!

e, and once we met Rachel she was so calm and sweet and just a pleasure to work with. Everyone there is so nice and warm. You can really feel the southern charm. Our wedding turned out exactly as we wanted it, Beach House helped set up everything, handled all our vendors, and even picked everything up for us at the end of the night.
