things that don't necessarily go as planned or fall through the cracks. Kelsey's professionalism and experience came through in spades and I'm so glad we found her to help us with my daughter's special day. From cleaning lipstick off the lapel, to gracefully mitigating issues with family members, staying on top of all vendor issues, to being hands-on with some decor and end-of-night break-down, Kelsey had our backs end-to-end. I highly recommend hiring Kelsey for your wedding planning and day-of logistics. She is fantastic!

y heard our vision, seemed to read our minds, and worked her magic to make the day even more amazing than we had imagined. She suggested a vendor for every idea, had a solution to every problem, and supported us throughout the planning process by taking tasks off our hands. Nothing about our wedding felt cookie-cutter, and Kelsey worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to make our dreams a beautiful reality. She and her staff went the extra mile to make sure that every detail was taken care of, and that all of our needs and concerns were met. No detail was too small to be important to Kelsey and her team, and our day went off without a hitch thanks to all of their hard work behind the scenes as well. We felt as much love and joy from Kelsey as we did from our own guests, many of whom said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. We wish we could do it all over again - we would book Kelsey again in a heartbeat!

d decor options. She took amazing care of us the day of and made sure we were fed, hydrated, and cool. Our wedding was an absolute dream, and guests have said it was the most beautiful wedding they've seen. I wish we could do it all over again, it was absolutely perfect.

perience to her craft and has seen it all. We came to her with a few key details of what we knew we wanted and then had a long discussion about some of the larger "feel" of the event. Kelsey brought her vast experience to helping us flesh out the atmosphere and shape of the event, as well as focusing in and executing critical details on the event. Even if she hadn't planned a traditional music jam session at a wedding before (!) she made it happen like it's was her 100th time. Given how present she felt to me during the day and how I knew I could turn around and she'd instantly be there, I would have thought I'd see her right behind me in every photo! That's how present and attentive she felt. It was such a relief to be able to share our vision with Kelsey and know it was just taken care of. Kelsey is the perfect combination of supportive and guiding. Birthdays, baby showers, graduations? I'm calling Kelsey for every event I plan in the future!

imeline for our day, came to our rehearsal and went over timing with our wedding party, and coordinated our wedding day perfectly. I am so grateful for her professionalism and her help to ensure that our day went perfect.

ctly seamless. Kelsey is the hilarious best friend you need to help calm pre-wedding jitters, but it’s her absolute professionalism, attention to detail, and client-first approach that makes her so special when it comes to events. We needed help with ceremony planning, rehearsal execution and day-of coordination, on a budget. Every detail was taken care of and my stress melted. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Beach Rose for my next event!

cided it would be best to push the date out. Kelsey worked with us to make that happen seamlessly. Throughout the VERY extended process of planning our wedding, Kelsey was there every step of the way. She worked her magic to make the day even more amazing than we had imagined, even given an unexpected turn of events. She had the perfect suggestions for other vendors, had a solution to every problem, and supported us throughout the planning process by taking tasks off our hands, big and small. Nothing about our wedding felt standard, or typical, and Kelsey worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to make our dreams a beautiful reality. When the weather said thunderstorms at the exact time of our ceremony, Kelsey set up two ceremony seating plans - just in case we could make it work outside. She and her staff went the extra mile, and then some to make sure that every detail was taken care of, and that all of our needs and concerns were met. No detail was too small to be important to Kelsey and her team.

y to put into finding vendors and organizing our big day. Kelsey could not have been more perfect - she is very experienced, thoughtful, a good listener, flexible, creative and so fun to work with! After one brief meeting, she understood exactly our vision and hopes for our wedding. She kept us organized and made us aware of many details we didn't even realize that we'd need to plan for. All of the vendors she recommended were excellent - so talented, responsive, affordable and great to work with! She is clearly well regarded by the vendor community. Our wedding day exceeded our expectations and honestly was perfect, really in large part to Kelsey. Everything ran perfectly the entire weekend. It was so wonderful to just be present and enjoy the weekend, and not have to worry about anything. She even protected us during cocktail hour and the reception to make sure we could enjoy the fantastic food at our venue! I would strongly recommend Kelsey as a planner! She made the whole planning process fun, organized and not stressful. Our families kept telling us over and over again how shocked they were that we were not more stressed leading up to the wedding. It's because Kelsey had thought and planned for everything in advance, so we felt in control and calm. Our wedding was truly magical and we could not be happier with how it turned out.
