I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Tina and her team at Beachside Memories! Tina planned our ceremony and was our day-of coordinator. She is incredibly organized and p...
rofessional, but also one of the most thoughtful and caring people we had the pleasure of working with.
From the very beginning, Tina worked closely with us to make sure every detail was planned out. She didn’t just ask about the logistics; she genuinely cared about how we were feeling and wanted to make sure we felt supported and special throughout the process. Every time we met with her, she was such a joy to be around and left us even more excited for our wedding day.
Tina and her team coordinated and put together our entire ceremony, handling everything from the DJ, chairs, and altar to the ceremony decorations. They also set up our reception space at the restaurant we selected, and everything looked beautiful and came together exactly as we had envisioned.
On the day of our wedding, Tina and her team took care of everything. Whenever something came up, they handled it without us ever having to worry about it. Tina took all the stress out of the day and allowed us to relax, be present, and enjoy our wedding with our family and friends.
Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and came together perfectly, and we have Tina and her team to thank for so much of that. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who is organized, thoughtful, caring, and genuinely invested in making your day amazing, I cannot recommend Beachside Memories enough!

thing and everything. If anyone is hesitant or has some reservation about booking with her, I would advise you to not think twice, and do it. Tina as a person is wonderful. Tina as a professional is just as amazing, and her services are very much worth it! The details and the location were beautiful. We were able to preview different locations and choose exactly what we wanted. In terms of set up, and getting the permits and the breakdown of chairs and arch, everything was beyond reasonable in terms of cost. Our guests were very impressed by her set up. I can’t thank Tina and her team enough for helping us set up our most perfect day. Thank you, thank you and thank you so very much from the bottom of our hearts!

o was invite the guests and make my wedding playlist (you can also opt for DJ's choice). She also made me a gorgeous bouquet. So easy and it turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined.
We ended up choosing the Harbor Cove location which was jaw-dropping. Everyone at our wedding said it was absolutely perfect and can't get over how beautiful it was.
We ended up doing our reception at The Greek which was also fantastic.
Highly recommend!!

s to build and create an amazing, personalized event. Every detail was thought through carefully, discussed, revised and perfected. The staff was so cordial, professional, helpful and truly the foundation of our unique oceanside wedding. Thank you to everyone at Beachside Memories. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or special event. Nancy & Craig
More than I expected! The wedding would have been entirely different if I wasn't fortunate enough to have found Tina and Joyce with Beachside Memories.
We were originally going to ...
have the ceremony on the beach, then move reception to our home backyard. But Because of the weather, we had to make a last minute change to an indoor venue. Tina easily made the switch and made all of the necessary changes to make it work. She was flexible, accommodating, and could anticipate all of our needs well before we did. She had her assistant Joyce help as well, and the 2 of them were a power house!
Also would like to add, that she works with a fantastic DJ!
I will definitely call them again.

ies was stress free! They are so organized with every detail (down to permits, decorations, the DJ & Photographer). Tina & her team were wonderful in setting up not only the ceremony part but also the small reception that we had after. Very reasonable price considering all that was included in the package. Again Thank You Beachside Memories for our wonderful wedding!

etting married on the beach at sunset come true. She was so friendly and kind. We live in London, and planning a wedding from abroad is no easy thing, but Tina made it all so stress-free.
She helped us find the perfect location and thoughtfully organised every detail (including permits, decorations, the officiant, photographer, dj, etc). Everything went super smoothly on the day. Her team was top notch and the set up was so beautiful. She even gave us some excellent recommendations of things to do in the local area. Compared to other options, the price was very reasonable, especially considering all that was included in our package and what a beautiful, memorable experience it was. All of our guests were blown away by how magical it was, and we are so happy we went with Beachside Memories.
