Beacon House is a wedding venue located just north of downtown San Antonio, TX. Built in 1922, the modern, historic building is home to professional counseling suites, co-working spaces, and event rentals. The building has large windows for natural light, exposed wood ceilings, and exposed brick to contrast the crisp white walls. The main gallery is bright and spacious and is an open-concept area with wonderful natural light and a fluid layout, perfect for your rehearsal dinner, wedding shower, or engagement party! We have a few cozy seating areas off to the side of the main gallery for guests to gather around and chat. The gallery also has a speaker system for music and a screen and projector for videos and slide shows. All event rentals enjoy access to kitchenettes on both floors of the building, free WiFi, private meeting rooms, flexible large group spaces, audio/visual equipment, round 6-inch folding tables, and white resin chairs. I used to be a 5th grade public school teacher, but after having my son I decided to pursue another passion of mine, celebrating others! At Beacon House, we love getting to meet and host new people and help them celebrate their big day! Please contact me if you are interested in having one of your wedding events at Beacon House. We are the perfect spot for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties or couples/bridal showers!

Beacon House was the perfect place for our event. Ample space, lots of room for different seating arrangements, or food placement.. etc. it was nice to be able to use their tables and chairs as well as kitchenette. Beautiful space and it’s been taken care of. Id use it again!

We hosted a baby shower at Beacon House for about 40 guests, and it was perfect. Annie made it so easy for us to make the space what we needed, and Beacon House provided the ambiance, the tables, the chairs, and a great environment to welcome my future niece. I am so pleased with how the event ran, everything was thought of from parking, to music, to table spacing, and utilizing the back kitchen for set up. Thanks Annie and the Beacon House team for making this a great experience!

My family has used the Beacon House Main Gallery on two different occasions. After the passing of a beloved family member, we chose to do a Celebration of Life to honor her. We needed a space that would comfortably fit our large family, allow relaxed, spaced-out, seating for a meal, and an area to set out mementos significant to our loved one. The Main Gallery provided ample space for family and friends to walk around and visit with each other and enough seating for the meal portion of the event. The kitchen had everything we needed and was tucked away perfectly from the seating area. The long hallway allowed for a buffet-style meal. With several clean, well-stocked bathrooms located in easily accessible locations, open space, beautiful natural light, and ample parking, this event space included everything we needed. The location was central to our family and friends coming from multiple areas of town. We enjoyed using The Beacon House so much, we chose to rent it a second time for our family Christmas party a few months later. Family members felt comfortable in this cozy space with a variety of seating spaces.

Beacon House was the perfect venue for our event! The staff was so accommodating and even let us in a little early to meet a vendor. We couldn’t recommend it more for your special day!

Beacon House was perfect for our baby shower! We had plenty of space for our large group and the building provided a beautiful backdrop for our celebration. The kitchen space was very helpful for food prep and is situated away from the main gathering area, but still convenient.
