There was also zero hassle to receiving proofs, along with having any change requests completed timely. Communication was expedient, which is not only a key consideration, but critical for anything that pertains to your upcoming special day. Within less than a week after sending out our wedding invitations, we began to receive compliments from numerous individuals about how great they looked. It’s one thing for us personally to be happy with the final product, but to hear from so many others not only speaks volumes to what we designed, but the capability of Beacon Lane as well. The process of customizing and ordering was super intuitive and one of their designers, Jess, was really quick and professional in getting the proofs to me and working with me to make the finished product exactly how I envisioned with practical suggestions to fit all the information I hoped to include. ole wedding design. We used their Rustic Navy design, and it came out wonderfully. We got many compliments from our guests when they got their invitations in the mail! And we were so impressed with the look and the quality that we went back to order matching thank you notes, place cards and table numbers to give the whole wedding a consistent look. Things to note: Proofing takes longer than you would imagine, so be sure you've left time for a few days' back and forth on top of the shipping. The invitations come pre-bundled, which is fantastic in terms of not having to assemble them. The downside is that if you want to put a stamp on the response envelope (to save your guests postage), you may not be able to get to it! I was able to wiggle my finger in and make enough space to slip the stamp on, but a different bundle might not work. Always order a couple extra invitations! We had several that we ended up hand-addressing and sending out after the initial run. It was nice to have blank ones, even if they were sent out in my handwriting rather than the "official" font.

Even though everything was done via e-mail, their responsiveness and attention to detail made us feel like we were their only client. My daughter was in a different state than I was and they sent a second sample set to her to ensure she had the same paper weights, ribbon colors and envelopes I did so we could compare notes and make decisions. Jess was our primary partner during the actual invitation design and proofing and she was a gem - suggestions were made when we were questioning options and always open to what my daughter's final decision was going to be. I paid the additional money to have our envelopes addressed, which was fabulous and reduced our stress substantially, as once the invitations arrived, we simply double-checked our list with what was in the box, stamped and sent - - this was very much worth it and the printing style we selected looked as if it had been done by hand. The invitations arrived bundled nicely and packed in tissue and made for a fun present to open. I took pictures as I was opening the box to send to my daughter since she wasn't physically present, but wanted her to see how beautiful everything was. This was a great find and their customer service was absolutely the best - thank you, Beacon Lane, for beautiful invitations that were truly one-of-a-kind and our guests all commented on how lovely and appropriate for a beach wedding they were.

I also have to say that people are still raving about how absolutely breathtaking our wedding invitations were; many people told us they felt like they received a gift in the mail and our photographer even commented on how gorgeous they were! My number one advice to brides and grooms is to choose vendors that you trust (because it will eliminate a significant amount of stress). I can honestly say, from the very bottom of my heart, that I completely trusted the entire Beacon Lane team and the process was absolutely stress free; everything they did for us was BEYOND perfect.
