My husband surprised me with a weekend getaway for our 2nd anniversary. (He researched the home for two weeks before booking) I'm so glad he did. We didn't get to have a honeymoon at that time. This was our Honeymoon. Walking into the room I was in tears! It was so beautiful. We had an absolutely amazing time. Jim and Sandy were so kind we loved talking with them. They loved telling us the history of their home. With out a doubt an amazing place to stay so cozy. The day of our check out happened to be their anniversary. . We will return that's for sure! Their is also so many things to do in Alton and the area their will always be something to do... Thank you Jim and Sandy! I also want to say even with covid-19 the stay was still amazing...

We gave the innkeepers, Jim and Sandy, a little over a month to begin and finalize our wedding plans due to my husband being in the service and being on time constraints. Both Jim and Sandy worked tirelessly with us to ensure we would have the most perfect day and they made all of our dreams come true. We had the ceremony outside in their garden area, and it was absolutely stunning with all of the radiant foliage surrounding all of us. That night, my husband and I spent the night in their beautiful, decadent bridal suite and it was very comfortable and a perfect end to our perfect day. I definitely suggest using Beall Mansion as the location of your wedding ceremony. You will not regret it!

We got married in June and stayed here for 2 days. They were great! We were disorganized and indecisive. They did a great job accommodating out last minute requests. The wedding turned out beautiful. We had cake in the gorgeous garden and got some AMAZING pictures with the family. Best of all we got the whole thing done for less than 2000! Best place for a small wedding! The Guest Rooms are great too! The whirl poor for two is just what I needed after my wedding~
