Charles with Beam Entertainment is the best decision I made for my wedding. He was able to make us personal audio for an evolution of dance song less than a week to the wedding, he made song changes hours before the ceremony and reception. He was polite, positive, and a joy to be around. My grandparents, parents, young children, and my bridal party were out on the dance floor all night! His communication is amazing, his personality seals the deal, and his DJ skills are superior to anything I have experienced.

Beam entertainment, and Charles specifically, was one of the best decisions I made about my wedding. He was so kind and professional that I knew he was the right choice from our first phone call. I didn’t have to think for a second if any of the sound setup needed my attention- he coordinated beautifully with our photographer and videographer, nailed all of our timing and entrances, checked in with me for when specials songs and moments were coming up, and made the most killer personalized set list! He really is worth whatever money you’re thinking about saving going with someone new and cheaper, don’t do it. Trust me; go with Charles. We had a song we were debating using as our first dance song and he ended up surprising us with it as the last song of the night- what a special way to incorporate it! You will not regret hiring this guy- he really is a master at his craft. Thank you, Charles!!!

Charles did an amazing job for my themed lord of the rings wedding! He had all music organized and was a breeze to work with. His communication was great, he went with the flow when plans had to change, and he did a great job setting up his equipment in many different locations throughout the night. He made the guest feel welcome and he played the best music. I would highly recommend him for any event!

Charles was incredibly helpful, organized, flexible, and professional from the first email to the end of our wedding night! Chuck did an OUTSTANDING job providing music for my ceremony & he flawlessly executed my reception music and first dances! Chuck went above and beyond by surprising my husband & I with Cold Spark special affects that BLEW US AWAY during our first dance!! From set up to tear down Chuck was amazing and easy to work with. He adapted to sudden changes with weather, and mixed music live to the crowds requests. 10/10 & would highly recommend! Thanks for being a part of our special day!

Less than two weeks before our wedding we had to find a replacement DJ as we were having difficulty getting ahold of our previously book DJ. We found two DJs in the area that were available and Beam Entertainment was a very affordable option. Charles was responsive and answered all of our questions. He was very professional and helped ease the anxiety of booking a new vendor. Day of, everything was lovely. The ceremony sound was amazing and we felt confident that everyone could hear it well. He made sure to play all of our requested songs and got all of the songs for the ceremony and reception correct, while also incorporating requests of our guests. The dance floor was hopping all night! We only wish would would have booked him from the beginning!

We had multiple changes to our wedding plans during the day (removing the Grand March, speeches at dinner, etc) and Charles rolled with it all. Super cool guy, will recommend to any friends in the area.

Charles was awesome! We can't say enough good things about him. He was incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating throughout the whole process. Even taking on last minute requests without any hesitation such as coming up with a way to announce our bridal party into dinner. He made sure to accommodate to all the guests by playing different genres of music that everyone loved. Charles seemed to pick up very quickly on what music was most favorable to keep people on the dance floor and having fun. Charles is a fantastic DJ and I would recommend him over and over again to everyone I know!

Charles was amazing to work with!! He was very helpful and flexible during the planning process and did an amazing job throughout the ceremony, and toasts, and even managed to keep the dance floor full with a crowd that doesn't usually dance! Charles was such a fun DJ for our wedding and he really knew how to keep the party going! He was also very helpful with figuring out timelines and the order of events since I had never been to a wedding before. Awesome work! Charles was easy to contact, responded quickly, and was very organized during our planning process. He is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in making these important decisions regarding your special day! His equipment is gorgeous and he has a great setup. During our reception, he played music that pleased all age groups (we had lots of compliments from guests of all ages) and played pretty much every song we requested both before and during the reception. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Great DJ! Throughout the wedding planning process Charles was always quick to respond to all emails. Very easy to work with overall and that was really nice, especially when you have a ton of other wedding planning to worry about as well. After being recommended by a friend, we put our trust in Charles to DJ our wedding this fall and couldn't be happier with our decision. He took the time prior to our wedding day to review a questionnaire to understand our audience, take our suggestions and requests, and handled our last minute changes like a pro. Very easy going DJ who did an awesome job following our guidelines of what we wanted played and what we did not want played. He steered the reception in the right direction of what we wanted! After a certain time, he could have lessened the censored songs to make the party more enjoyable to our guests. If you’re thinking about hiring Beam Entertainment, be sure to specify if you’re okay with uncensored music at a certain time in the night.

So we turned to a stranger 😂 We could not have made a better decision, by the end of the night, Charles did not feel like a stranger, but rather a trusted friend. He was great to work with prior to the wedding, meeting up with us multiple times to customize our day to be exactly what we wanted. With a wedding in 2020, we had many changes along the way and he rolled with all of them. He even was able to provide our guests with extra entertainment with a mini Kentucky derby party during the cocktail hour. He had the dance floor packed by reading the crowd, making smart song selections, a good light show, and announcements. The quality of his equipment was unprecedented for an outdoor wedding, giving surround sound with clear and loud volume. Charles is not only the nicest guy to work with, but he provides high quality and amazing dj skills and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dj.

We had Beam entertainment do both our ceremony and reception. He arrives early to make sure that everything is set up and able to be heard by all. Our reception was in a different location and he packed up and sat up everything again for the night in a timely matter. We could tell Charles enjoys what he does and he is amazing at it!! He did an excellent job of balancing the families requests, the guests requests and the feel of the crowd as the evening progressed. There was a time of dancing that delighted every style desired! In addition we were happy with his expert help in song selections; great sounding music and microphones for the outdoor ceremony; and the included dance area and room up-lighting that looked fantastic! Charles is a very experienced, devoted, and professional wedding DJ!

Let's face it, after the ceremony and the dress, the entertainment at a wedding is what your guests are left with when they walk away at the end of the night. I am so THANKFUL to have secured Charles for my Son's wedding! Charles was extremely professional, knowledgeable, worked with the photographer to coordinate pictures, played PERFECT dinner music, and then allowed our guests to dance the night away in style! Charming and charismatic, he blended right in with our guests, so they were more than comfortable to make requests. He did the traditional reception dances that my son and his new wife wanted, and guided us to make sure we provided the best guest experiences and amazing memories! Charles isnt just a top notch entertainer he is a top notch person! He cares about each one of his clients and i feel like he really gave our day its own personal touch. Charles Beam of Beam Entertainment made my wedding day AMAZING! He had a great professionalism for the whole evening and my guests loved him! He could take requests but also respected my wishes on requests. He is very easy going and just wants to make your day very special! He will meet with you before the wedding to make sure all the details you need are not forgotten. His sound system was great and is filled up the room perfectly without the sound being distorted and the lights that were put around the room created an awesome atmosphere. Another thing that I liked with Beam Entertainment was the fact that he was there for the full day. I didn’t have to figure out a price for 4-6 hours, and then any additional after that or adding extras on for lights or ceremony/cocktail hour/dinner music. Everything was included in the price and it was very reasonable from the other quotes that I got. Looking back on it now, he was absolutely without a doubt, worth every single penny!

Chuck was so amazing!!!! I couldn’t be happier with how the music and dance floor turned out. If you are wondering about booking him or not, just do it and don’t look back!! I had many requests and he was always sweet and completely accommodating to all of them. I have never attended a wedding where the dance floor was entirely full all night long, except for my own when chuck was the DJ. Chuck did an absolutely outstanding job!
