Beam Entertainment

fect day! His planning skilks made it so easy for us to put the plan together. He arrived 3 hours before the wedding, made sure the music and sound system was perfect for the ceremony. From there he took on many tasks to ease our efforts, even offering to release tables for dinner. On to the dance. I have never been to a wedding where the DJ kept things going so well. The dance floor was never empty. I highly recommend Charles and Beam Entertainment!

the day of the wedding, Charles was extremely easy to talk to and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I truly didn’t have to worry about a thing!  When it came to the dance floor, he was nothing short of amazing! He kept the dance floor full all night and played all the songs our guests requested. Not only did Charles provide great music, but he also joined in some of our fun digital photos and even let us do karaoke!!  10 OUT OF 10 RECOMMEND!!!

he final song when our guests kept wanting more. His skills behind the dj booth were great!

e sure that he understood what we wanted, and was very responsive when we had questions. On the day of, he exceeded our expectations by being personable with our crowd and helping us to keep the dance floor packed! His transitions between songs were smooth and it felt like we were at a club. IT WAS AMAZING! I cannot emphasize enough how much we valued having Charles at our wedding. He was reasonably priced and he even impressed the venue owners to the point where they commented on wanting him on their recommended vendors list. We highly highly recommend Charles Beam especially above any other DJ company that sends a random guy out.

our day special.

had envisioned for our wedding. With his set up, he was able to accommodate our outdoor ceremony, our indoor/outdoor cocktail hour, and our outdoor first dances. He was able to transfer the music wherever we needed which was exactly what we were hoping for. Also, during the dance, he played the right music to keep the guests out on the dance floor from start to finish. He played some awesome remixes and almost every song we included on our request list. We would certainly recommend any couple to book Charles as their wedding entertainment!

id so IN THE RAIN. We felt so lucky to have someone willing to go above and beyond for our special day. He helped with timing and announcements throughout the entire day, including dinner, and gave great introductions for our grand entrance and speeches. Not only that, but he willingly complied to all our the songs on our request list and helped to make the dance an absolute blast. I will be highly recommending Beam Entertainment to all of my friends needing a DJ for their wedding or other events!

swering any questions we had. He executed on all of our requests for our big day and made sure to check in if needed. He was also fantastic in coordinating with the rest of the event staff. We provided him specific songs for the ceremony music and he was able to modify them to fit our needs. We also provided a reception song list and he matched the vibe all night based on what we provided. The dance floor was rocking all night! A true expert in the industry. If you are looking for a worry-free entertainment for your wedding or any other event, Charles with Beam Entertainment is the guy!!

ion and amped up energy! He brought out these glow foam sticks, which was a great hit with the kids (and myself, too)! I had set songs and time stamps for the procession, recession, grand march, first dance, father/daughter, and son/mother songs and Charles made it happen! If you are looking for a fantastic DJ, great communicator, and overall fun guy, Charles Beam with Beam Entertainment is the way to go!

have. He was great when it came time for dancing and helped keep the dance floor alive. He played the songs our guests and we requested and was great to work with. Not to mention his price is unbeatable compared to others. If you're looking for a professional DJ, he's your guy!!

made song changes hours before the ceremony and reception. He was polite, positive, and a joy to be around. My grandparents, parents, young children, and my bridal party were out on the dance floor all night! His communication is amazing, his personality seals the deal, and his DJ skills are superior to anything I have experienced.

rst phone call. I didn’t have to think for a second if any of the sound setup needed my attention- he coordinated beautifully with our photographer and videographer, nailed all of our timing and entrances, checked in with me for when specials songs and moments were coming up, and made the most killer personalized set list! He really is worth whatever money you’re thinking about saving going with someone new and cheaper, don’t do it. Trust me; go with Charles. We had a song we were debating using as our first dance song and he ended up surprising us with it as the last song of the night- what a special way to incorporate it! You will not regret hiring this guy- he really is a master at his craft. Thank you, Charles!!!

hen plans had to change, and he did a great job setting up his equipment in many different locations throughout the night. He made the guest feel welcome and he played the best music. I would highly recommend him for any event!

available and Beam Entertainment was a very affordable option. Charles was responsive and answered all of our questions. He was very professional and helped ease the anxiety of booking a new vendor. Day of, everything was lovely. The ceremony sound was amazing and we felt confident that everyone could hear it well. He made sure to play all of our requested songs and got all of the songs for the ceremony and reception correct, while also incorporating requests of our guests. The dance floor was hopping all night! We only wish would would have booked him from the beginning!

requests without any hesitation such as coming up with a way to announce our bridal party into dinner. He made sure to accommodate to all the guests by playing different genres of music that everyone loved. Charles seemed to pick up very quickly on what music was most favorable to keep people on the dance floor and having fun. Charles is a fantastic DJ and I would recommend him over and over again to everyone I know!

the dance floor full with a crowd that doesn't usually dance! Beam Entertainment had the most reasonable rates we found out of around 25 different DJs we contacted and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

d to hear. I highly recommend hiring him for your wedding!

ever been to a wedding before. He made our wedding so special and high energy and he knew exactly what music to play while also keeping all of our "must play" songs and artists in mind. Everyone who we talked to after the wedding kept saying this was the best wedding DJ they had ever experienced! I would recommend Charles Beam for all events!

plan our reception just like we wanted! Our wedding was a day we’ll never forget– and Charles is a huge reason why! His song choices were spot-on… they kept people dancing all night long! He played music to please all age groups, accommodated song requests, and interacted with our guests the whole night! Charles made the night flow so seamlessly & helped keep the flow and structure of the reception as planned- all while making sure we were having a great time! I am so thankful Charles was there to guide us through the reception & make the night stress-free! We would recommend Beam Entertainment for ANY event- Charles is a true professional!

decisions regarding your special day! His equipment is gorgeous and he has a great setup. During our reception, he played music that pleased all age groups (we had lots of compliments from guests of all ages) and played pretty much every song we requested both before and during the reception. I'd recommend him to anyone!

ve a ton of other wedding planning to worry about as well. I also know two other people who also had Beam Entertainment for their wedding and were very happy with both the personal and professional aspects leading all the way up to the event, and the event itself. Highly recommend Beam Entertainment.

review a questionnaire to understand our audience, take our suggestions and requests, and handled our last minute changes like a pro. The dance floor was full all night and our guests had an amazing time. He arrived early to set up all of his equipment, worked extremely well with our other vendors and took the stress of making sure the night went according to plan off our plate. We can't recommend Charles enough!

on is on point. Look no further as Beam Ent. is the best in the biz! Great music, great light show, great personality! Thanks again, Charles!!

go. He not only killed the music portion of the evening, but he was a huge help in keeping the buffet line going, introductions, and making sure the night went smoothly. The dance floor was never empty and that was a huge priority for our wedding. I promise you won’t regret Charles! Well deserved 5 start rating! THANK YOU!

t we wanted! After a certain time, he could have lessened the censored songs to make the party more enjoyable to our guests. If you’re thinking about hiring Beam Entertainment, be sure to specify if you’re okay with uncensored music at a certain time in the night.

!

with and will make your day exactly what you want and tailor it to you! Everyone had so much fun and was on the dance floor all night!

o a stranger 😂 We could not have made a better decision, by the end of the night, Charles did not feel like a stranger, but rather a trusted friend. He kept us on track, updated us on what he needed and rolled with us making changes through the night. At the end of the night, when the last guests were leaving, he was playing really cute songs and I dragged my husband to the dance floor, just the two of us, slow dancing until midnight. It was one of my favorite parts of our whole day and I will cherish that memory forever 🤍🖤 thank you so much Charles!!

us multiple times to customize our day to be exactly what we wanted. With a wedding in 2020, we had many changes along the way and he rolled with all of them. He even was able to provide our guests with extra entertainment with a mini Kentucky derby party during the cocktail hour. He had the dance floor packed by reading the crowd, making smart song selections, a good light show, and announcements. The quality of his equipment was unprecedented for an outdoor wedding, giving surround sound with clear and loud volume. Charles is not only the nicest guy to work with, but he provides high quality and amazing dj skills and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dj.

r guy. We made the decision to hire Charles for our wedding within minutes of talking to him for the first time. What sold Charles and his services to us was his attitude and personality. We had a fusion wedding that mixed Punjabi culture with Catholic traditions in the middle of nowhere WI. Charles saw this as an opportunity and came prepared with music that represented both our cultures and I could not have asked for more. He went above and beyond to make sure that our ceremony and reception went without a hitch (and that included him having to set up twice). It was very easy to work with him to create custom mixes that we used to make our entry for our ceremony. Charles knows how to read a room and keep people entertained. He felt less like a vendor but more like a friend who made our special day even more special with his DJ skills and his personality. So if you are looking for someone who is not just someone playing songs off a playlist, but is a real DJ who knows what they are doing, values quality, and is committed to his art, then Charles is the person you need to hire.

rs agreed that he was the best, and he lived up to that! Thanks Charles!

ou’ll have peace of mind knowing that you’ll get him as your DJ. He worked with me in creating a personalized mother-son dance song that evoked emotion from everyone in attendance. I’d highly recommend!

t playing what we wanted, but also knowing what songs/genres to play to cater to the guests that were on the dance floor and also those that maybe weren't dancing to get them up and moving! Having Charles as our DJ took the stress of the "dance" part of the reception off of us as a couple! Thanks Charles!!
