nd our little cutting cake was SO good. Flavor, texture, filling ratio were perfect. We missed out on having some of the cake we got for the guests, but we did sample it prior to placing the order and it was the favorite. Some of the guests ended up not being able to make it, so there was extra cake. A lot of the guests helped themselves to a 2nd piece because they enjoyed it so much!

What was particularly amazing was that the cake was gluten-free (as the bride has Celiac) and it was so delicious that none of our guests could tell. We received so much amazing feedback from our family and friends about how delicious the wedding cake was! It was a gluten-free carrot cake without nuts with a cream cheese frosting layer and buttercream outer frosting to hold the structure of the design better. We are truly so grateful to the Bean Counter for helping make our wedding cake dreams come true!

It was smooth, sweet and delicious!!! One hiccup was that you need to talk to the owner directly - the branch stores cannot help with wedding cake orders. However, since we worked with her directly, everything was perfect! The cake was delivered and set up at the venue before our reception. From my perspective, it was seamless!

very small 2 tier cake - but as the mother of the bride - I knew people would remember the cake so we also ordered a double layer specialty sheet cake so that every slice served was the same. These cakes along with the other desserts were all devoured. Lombardi and her team were attentive, very detail oriented, excellent communicators, timely and very professional. Bean Counter Bakery is now our go to bakery and I highly recommend them.

They have many flavors, and they were all delicious and rich. They have many designs to choose from, and they made us a beautiful cake that included figurines of our three dogs. We had The Bean Counter on our radar based on an earlier tasting event we had attended, and then we found out they had made the cake for one of our friends years earlier which we specifically remembered loving, so it was a no-brainer that we'd use them for our wedding, and we were not disappointed. Great cake design, incredible flavor, and on-time delivery; we'd highly recommend them!

Alice made us feel so safe in having our completely gluten and tree nut free cake for our wedding, along with our incredible cannolis and eclairs. My old school Italian family was RAVING about how delicious it all was! I barely wanted a wedding cake before going to our original cake tasting because I was convinced that there was no way that a gluten free wedding cake would be good. I was SO wrong! After eating the first bite, I was literally more excited about our cake than I have ever been about any dessert in my entire life (which, believe me, says a lot). We fell in love with not only our cake flavors (one layer lemon/raspberry, one layer apple pie filling, and one layer chocolate chip cannoli), but Alice worked with us to get the perfect design that we wanted. Our cake was GORGEOUS and we can't wait to get photos back from our photographer so we can keep reminiscing about our beautiful AND delicious cake! We cannot say enough good things about Alice and her unbelievable talent. Hire this bakery!!!!!

After the wedding we had sooo many people ask us where we got our cupcakes from. Family that live further away said they’d make a day trip just for some cupcakes! I’m so happy that we went with Alice! OH and the cupcakes were so good… it made my HUSBAND GRAB MORE. AND HE DOESNT EVEN LIKE CAKE LOL 😂 (also we went back a month later for my bday cake lol) I will say was a bit more than we hoped to spend originally and prices increased right before our wedding which wasn’t great, but I had budgeted more than we needed so luckily it wasn’t a problem for us.

We chose a spice cake with an apple caramel filling and buttercream frosting and, oh man, just remembering it is making me hungry! The cake was beautiful and absolutely divine. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the cake was: delicately moist, not overwhelmingly sweet, and perfectly fitting for a New England fall wedding. The Bean Counter team was a joy to work with and our wedding day delivery was seamless. I’m still thinking about the cake 🤤. I highly recommend trying this bakery for your dessert needs.

I was blown away at how gorgeous the cake was - it looked exactly like the photo I had showed her for by vision! Best of all, Alice's cake flavors and taste are unlike any other. We got the vanilla cake with lemon filling and vanilla buttercream frosting and it was just perfect (our guests are still telling us how delicious the cake was). Even those guests who didn't like lemon LOVED this flavor. The cake looked great on Alice's cake stand as well. I would recommend Alice to any other Bride!

Well, Alice worked major magic. Thé cake was absolutely stunning. It was also TO DIE for, we went with different flavors for each tier. It’s about a 2 hour drive for us, and it’s totally worth it. Heading there for our anniversary cake this week. Will be ordering for my daughter’s first birthday as well!
