Bean Dreaming Mobile Coffee Truck: Brewing Independence One Cup at a Time Bean Dreaming isn’t your ordinary coffee truck—it’s a mobile training hub where passion for coffee meets empowerment. Operated by SOS Care’s Employment Division, our fully equipped barista truck is on a mission to train adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, providing them with the skills and confidence to thrive in the community. Our Mission: At SOS Care—a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to helping individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities live as independently as possible—we believe in the transformative power of skill-building and inclusion. Our innovative program offers hands-on vocational training on the Bean Dreaming truck, where each intern commits to a 3- or 6-month journey. Here, they learn the art of coffee making and customer service, setting the stage for lasting independence and community employment. What We Serve: Every event is an opportunity for our interns to showcase their talents while you enjoy our signature Independence Brew, along with a menu that includes lattes, cappuccinos, smoothies, and more—all prepared with care and a spirit of inclusion.
