Bear Creek Ranch

Bear Creek Ranch is a beautiful countryside wedding venue in Nashville, TN. Owner David Snyder has cared for this private 150-acre farm for almost half a century. Despite being just minutes from downtown Nashville and ideal for out-of-town guests, Bear Creek is a tranquil, secluded location that feels a million miles away from the city. The beauty and peaceful surroundings of Bear Creek inspired David to make the property available for wedding parties and other gatherings. David has overseen the complete construction of Tin Hall - the timber frame pavilion with spacious patio areas on all four sides. Inside, a massive fireplace can burn up to 4 ft logs and serves as a beautiful background for a wedding celebration. Tin Hall is uniquely situated next to a tree-covered hillside. This placement allows for shade and a cooler temperature by 4 pm even on the hottest of summer days. Tin Hall can accommodate small and intimate, or large and lavish events. The farmhouse tables will accommodate 80 guests. Round banquet tables and an additional 150 metal folding chairs are available if needed. Bear Creek has many other decor items that can be used (free of charge) to customize the venue to suit your needs, from rustic and vintage to modern and chic, with minimal effort. The massive cypress beams, the cedar-lined ceiling, the antique chandeliers, and the old-fashioned lanterns work together beautifully to fit any style or vibe you wish. Tin Hall is great for those special wedding day photos. The fireplace is the perfect backdrop and the lighting provides exceptional soft and beautiful pictures. The surrounding area at Bear Creek Ranch has been professionally landscaped in a simple yet elegant. park-like style. The gardens offer up boxwoods, hydrangeas, lilies, azaleas, laurels, crepe myrtles, and many more gorgeous floral delights. The "Cedar Shed" has been designed to help with catering and is available for you to use as a place to do light prep and stage food for your big day. Ample parking is provided for guests. Tin Hall is handicap accessible. Area hotels and Air BnB's are available for out of town guests.
