I honestly had the best experience with Lindsey I could've possibly asked for. She was more than a coordinator- she helped soothed my very high wedding planning anxiety and talked me through every step of the process. On the actual wedding day and the rehearsal night, she was a rockstar and assembled/organized everyone and everything exactly how I needed it and helped us get everything figured out smoothly. Her communication with me was unlike anyone I have worked with. I could reach her at almost any time through her personal cellphone, email, and messages. She made herself available for any ideas or advice that I needed and helped me more than she knows. I wish I could hire her for more things honestly. She became a friend to me after it all, and I know she will take care of all of her clients the same.

Let me start by saying that our wedding day went perfectly and Lindsey was a huge part of that. We live outside of Knoxville, so I knew when we started planning our wedding that I would need the help of an awesome, full-service wedding planner. Lindsey not only fit the bill, but went above and beyond in the year leading up to our wedding to make sure that I had everything that I wanted and that everything went smoothly. Not only that, but Lindsey is also a joy to be around. She is positive, calm, no nonsense, and very detailed. She was always ready with vendor recommendations so that I did not have to spend hours aimlessly searching online. On the day of the wedding, we had several different vendors coming in and out to set up as we had a totally separate concept between the ceremony and seated dinner and then a casino type large reception. Lindsay made sure that all of that set-up and break down went off without a hitch. I literally had no worries on my wedding day and I don’t think there is a higher recommendation that a bride can give besides that. I enjoyed working with Lindsey so much that I plan to stay friends with her and catch up over cocktails whenever I’m back in Knoxville!

I was planning a baby shower for my best friend and I was calling around for venues and catering. I talked to Lindsey Collins and we immediately clicked. She really listened to what I wanted and our conversation went into she is actually a wedding planner as well. My ears perked up because I was having a very hard time with my wedding planner. She really made me feel heard and understood my vision. It’s what every bride needs on her wedding day! I ended up planning the rest of my dream wedding with her and it was the best decision I made. Everything came together so beautifully. She really is the real deal! If you’re needing a wedding planner I wouldn’t look any further. Lindsey Collins is who you want to plan your wedding!

Lindsey is absolutely amazing and extremely reasonably priced in comparison with other wedding vendors. She is so on top of her stuff, I seriously couldn’t have done my wedding day without her. If you’re looking for someone super organized, informed, and professional, hire this boss a$$ lady!!

Look no further for a wedding planner- Lindsey is your girl! Leading up to the wedding she was detailed, thoughtful and super organized. She was available when I had any question, whether small or not. For our rehearsal she was super knowledgeable and effortlessly assembled the bridal party. On the day of the wedding she arrived early to ensure coordination of vendors. Once the day got started she was our planner/ friend/ superhero/ coordinator/ lifesaver. Working with Lindsey made our day feel effortless so we could truly enjoy every moment. I cannot recommend her enough!!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Lindsey is impeccably detailed, efficient, and communicative. Lindsey was a great resource and confidant when wedding planning got confusing or difficult and I am certain that our event wouldn't have been executed as wonderfully if Lindsey weren't a part of it. Absolutely worth every cent, Lindsey will check in with you, support you, and work hard to make sure that you have the day you imagine!

Lindsey of Bearcat was my brain in the month before our wedding. She helped me think big picture when I was caught in details. She was a huge communication support with our vendors. She is professional, has an easy personality to get along with, and reduced my stress dramatically on the day of our wedding - she orchestrated a team of ten dudes to decorate, and our venue was GORGEOUS when I came in. She truly has a talent. Be kind to your future self and Hire her!

Lindsey is absolutely amazing! She immediately made us feel like she had our backs and would handle anything we needed. We ended up hiring her for month-of coordination, which we could not recommend more. We had a very specific vision and very detailed plans going in to our month-of period, and Lindsey took all of our ideas and brought them to life. She left no detail unaddressed. She coordinated with many difficult vendors, helped us through when we had last-minute issues, and single-handedly kept our wedding cake from melting in 99% humidity. She was not only our coordinator, but our friend and advocate throughout the day, making sure we had food and water and space to breathe. The day went almost 100% as we planned (at least from our perspective) and we could not imagine handing the reins to anyone else.

I spoke to a few wedding planners and Lindsey stood out to me right away, I just knew she would be amazing :) She took care of all the details so I wouldn't have to worry about a single thing! I had no issues trusting her the day of my wedding and everything went the way I had envisioned!! Her day-of wedding coordination is an absolute must and I really couldn't have gotten married with out her!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Bearcat Events! If you’re looking for someone to ensure your event is flawless Lindsey is your gal! The communication from day one was impeccable, she was always available when we had questions or concerns. If plans needed to change she was quick to come up with a solution and ensured we didn’t have to worry about a thing. To top everything off, she is the sweetest person I’ve ever met! Weddings can be stressful but I honestly can say I had absolutely no worries because of Lindsey. You will not regret hiring Bearcat events, I promise you!

Lindsey was amazing to work with! she always has an upbeat personality and is ready to work. She had my back 100% and was always available for me to ask her questions even before the month prior to our wedding and responded almost right away. I would recommend her to anyone. She is so reliable and took away so much of my stress! So sad she is moving back to TN next year!

Where do I begin? I am BEYOND thankful that Lindsey was part of my wedding team. She has helped me along the wild wedding planning ride since day one, and was the sole reason this wedding went off without a hitch. She kept me on top of my planning details, but gave me enough room to breathe throughout this process which I’m sure was a really difficult balance at times. She helped my vision come to life by adding all of the details to the venue space, and even did a ton of manual labor to set up our cocktail hour space (I owe you a drink, girl). I also hope that we’ll continue our new friendship because Lindsey is one of the most genuine, hard working, kind and thoughtful women I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Hire this lady, you won’t regret it!

Hiring Lindsey was the BEST decision I've ever made. I had a very specific vision with no idea how to execute it, and she brought it to life. She listened to everything I had to say and was meticulous in her planning. She was amazing at communicating every detail to me and helping me with vendors. Thinking of what my day would have looked like without her there behind the scenes coordinating, styling, and keeping all our heads on straight makes me shudder. This she experience would have been a hot ness without her, but it was an absolute dream because of her.

From upfront decorating concepts and with assistance obtaining supplies, to day of set-up and managing the vendors and guests, Lindsey made my wedding day as stress-free as possible. Lindsey is absolutely amazing! She was quick to respond to my inquires which I appreciated. Detail oriented, and always reliable. She knew the answers to the questions I didn't even know I had. Without her I'm pretty sure my entire day would have fallen apart. I'm not good at planning anything so I gave her my vision and she brought it to life. I don't think it could have turned out any more magical than what she gave me. I would recommend her over and over and over no matter what event you want to use her for because I know she would make it perfect!!

Lindsey is amazing. She went above and beyond for my wedding. Our tent blew down in a wind storm the day before our wedding - Lindsey didn’t let this slow her down. Everything went off without a hitch on my big day. I will miss working with her!
