beautiful!! I followed them on Facebook and knew I had to go there so I made an appointment. Shantel is the sweetest! We must of tried a thousand dresses on and I didn’t feel any pressure to buy. I actually found a dress the same day. I decided to get my alterations done there and is an amazing too!! I went down about 4 dress sizes between the time I bought the dress and my fitting and shantel had the same dress in the smaller size and just swapped it out for me and boy was I happy because I fell in love with it. The dress was all lace with a champagne under tone and a deep v that was Gorgeous! Everyone complimented my dress all night. Definitely go check them out you Won’t be disappointed and also follow them on Facebook they post their dresses on there.

Shantel really listed to what I wanted and worked with me to find exactly the right dress. In the end I was stuck between two dresses and couldn't decide. She brought in a wild card dress that I had originally passed over and it ended up being the one! I absolutely loved my experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding dress.

They are one of a kind and you know it will be rare to find another bride with the same dress - unlike David's Bridal. They have large fitting rooms where you can sit comfortably and have all the room you need. I will be recommending them to every engaged person I come across from now on.

Offered just the right amount of help without being invasive . I tried on a fantastic assortment of gowns it was so nice to have various styles not just the same stuff over and over. I actually was stuck between 3 when previously I could’ve find even one. So I guess it was a good problem to have. I chose an amazing demetrios that still retails over $1700 and since I purchased at my first appt with them so only paid $799!!! Can you say money left over for amazing red bottoms!!!! I’ll be telling everyone about this little gem.

igured it was a coin flip to get in. To my surprise Shantel met me 1 hour later. She was not pushy and never once brought a gown out of my budget. Honestly the prices are so amazing all of the gowns were affordable however I really wanted to spend $500 or less. Shantel respected my wishes and about 5 dresses in I had the perfect dress for my Jamaican destination wedding.

, I need to make an informed decision. A friend of mine recommended Bearer of the Bling, so I went there and had a totally different experience. We could take pics, my mom was texting my out of town aunts, so they felt part of the experience. I ended up purchasing there and have no regrets. They were friendly and nice and I felt right at home!

purchased a dress from this store and immediately came home and put it in the closet, in the bag the store provided, upon opening the bag a few months later we came to find that ALL of the gold mirrored beads had turned black. There was nothing done to the dress besides it being hung in the closet. When we contacted the store to tell them about it they at first seemed to want to help however possible but, when we arrived with the dress they immediately began the blame game and started accusing us of intentionally damaging this once beautiful dress. From there on out the experience just got worse. After leaving a comment on the review of the experience on Facebook the owner of the store became extremely rude and even went as far as to threaten to get lawyers involved and blocked us from the site so we couldn’t defend or explain the situation. Overall I would never recommend this place to anyone. They just have bad business.

d. You can imagine my horror when I pulled out the dress and the beads that were once gold had turned black. It was every gold bead from the top to the bottom. I immediately called Bearer of the Bling because I was at a loss, i had no idea what to do. I explained the entire situation to them and in return i got a “not my problem” attitude. I was told, while she chuckled, “we don’t insure our dresses, so I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. We finally came up with some sort of game plan moving forward. The more I corresponded with the shop, the better i was starting to feel about the situation. I was told that no matter what, they would get me in another dress for no more than $300. When we showed up for my appointment and there was no one else in the store at all, which was odd. When I took my dress we previously purchased, they immediately went on the defensive. They wouldn’t let my family or I get a word out. Both women were very aggressive and accusatory. They were trying to relinquish every possible responsibility they had to the dress. They came up with every possible situation that could’ve happened, down to accusing my 2 year old nephew of coloring on it and my mom lying to me and getting it dry cleaned behind my back. They treated my family and I like we were the scum of the earth. I have NEVER in my life been treated so terribly and rudely; we were basically called liars, they said “come on guys, we know you did something. Just tell us what happened”. I mean, they told me to cut the black beads off the dress and said it would still look fine, but to them it was “unsellable”. My family and I would have no problem owning up to doing something by mistake that had caused this horrible situation. But we didn’t do anything to this dress, it sat in a closet for 3 months. When we finally went into the fitting room, I was put in the cheapest, most dated dresses they had in the store. Everything she brought in the room was the complete opposite of what I asked for. The only things I said I didn’t want was strapless and poofy princess dress, and that’s what got brought in for me to try on. I was frustrated to the point of tears, my mom was crying from seeing how upset I was. My mom finally just offered to pay more money, and their attitude completely changed. My mom ended up paying well over $500 for another dress for me. Before we left, they said they would keep my first dress to try to sell it. Later, when i messaged her asking if they had sold it she said she had no idea why it was left there. Also, when I had my dress altered we were told we had to pay upfront. I had never heard of that but we went along with it. But when we went in for my final fitting there were several dresses hanging in the room with unpaid invoices. So they lied to our faces about that. Needless to say, this company does not stand by their word. If you ever have an issue, they will treat you terribly. They completely ruined my entire bridal experience. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to get a dress here. No one deserves to be treated the way we were, period, no matter the circumstance.

s expecting to find nothing. I was shocked at the number of options for all shapes and sized brides! Everyone was super nice and really made my appointment feel special. During my appointment an acquaintance, who didn't make an appointment, wandered into the store and was like oh you wouldn't mind if I just tried on a couple of dresses with you? The shop keeper just let me answer and when we were alone made sure that I was comfortable and said she could ask the other girl to leave. I decided to let her stay, however. I also did alterations with them. Being an out of town bride can be very stressful, but they worked with me to make sure that I had plenty of time. The bundle she did for the back of my dress was phenomenal!

It was such an amazing price that my fiance asked me many times if I was sure I had the right dress. He was in shock I didn't spend over $3,000. He asked me so many times I finally just showed him my dress so he could feel comfortable about my choice. He raved about it. He said he couldn't believe how beautiful my dress is and how little I paid for it. I am so excited about my dress! The customer service is outstanding here as well. Amy and Shantel really know how to make you feel like you are royalty. They listen to the type of style you want and truly pay attention to your needs. When I told them what I was looking for they immediately pulled out beautiful dresses for me to try on. I could have looked around but there was no need for me. I loved all of the dresses they picked out. When I put my dress on though, I knew it was the one. They are so friendly and you can tell they really love what they do. I think they were just as excited as I was!! Not only did I find my dress there but all of my bridesmaids found their dresses as well. I didn't have all of my bridesmaids with me. Some live in other cities of Florida and in different states. When my other bridesmaids were able to come to St. Pete I called to make an appointment. Amy and Shantel were so accommodating with our schedule. I had to make three different trips into the store with each different bridesmaid based on when they were here. Each time was just as amazing as the one before. One of the times, they were fully booked on their schedule. They came in early just to help us out. I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience with them has been!! I will recommend them to anyone!!

Shantel! In less than an hour all three of my ladies had the perfect dress, in the color and styles I wanted AND AT 20% of the cost of what they were at other stores (and we didn't have to wait for them to be ordered!). I can't thank Shantel enough for helping me check one more thing off my list and removing even more stress :-) I only wish I had found this awesome bridal boutique before I got my dress. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone getting ready for their special day! Thank you SOOOO much!!!

ly perfect for my reception gown/party dress after I had it shortened. The women who own the boutique are incredible and I can't say enough wonderful things about them AND their amazing store. You MUST go see for yourself before you spend a small fortune on a gown anywhere else!!
