We held our wedding ceremony, reception and following day brunch at Bearpath Country Club. The whole staff, particularly Kim and Katie, were incredible through the whole planning process and on our wedding day. They were communicative, guided us on the planning details, and made sure everything went to plan day of. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect venue for our wedding! We received countless compliments from guests. We would recommend Bearpath to any friends and family.

Katie and Kim did a fantastic job throughout the wedding planning process through and post event. Planning went so smoothly. They were very responsive, helpful and organized. On the day of the wedding Bearpath made sure to handle everything, going above and beyond what we expected. Would definitely recommend! We had the perfect day.

Katie, Kim and the venue are amazing!!! Katie and Kim had every detail planned and organized for us. Down to some of the tiniest details that didn't cross our minds at the beginning they had it all down!! They have clearly been doing this a long time!! There isn't any food that you could go wrong with at Bearpath also. Our guests had so many compliments of the amazing food we had. To make things even easier they have so many amazing preferred vendors so choosing those vendors were a no brainer and made the day go all the smoother. Bearpath is definitely a venue worth touring!!

Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Our tour was wonderful and I felt like I got a lot of good information. They also had a bridal event for trying the food, dessert, and looking at the ballroom with different decor and vendor options. Katie worked with us to fix many outside issues especially close to the wedding date. Very quick with responses. Katie and the rest of staff helped us make the day run as smoothly as possible. We had multiple guest tell us the food was close to the best or the best wedding food they have had. Beautiful outdoor and indoor space. There extra packages for the bridal suite and ceremony were definitely worth the money. The breakfast and lunch add on (included in other packages) were beyond expectations. I would highly recommend working with this team!! Katie was wonderful making sure our day went perfectly!!

If I could give Bearpath a Million stars I would, they are absolutely amazing! My Husband and I live in Florida and they made planning a wedding from thousands of miles away so easy every step of the way. Katie and Kim are absolutely phenomenal.. attentive to emails and communication, flexible to last minute changes, and an impeccable eye for detail. On the day of our wedding we didn’t have to worry about anything. We heard from our Guests over and over again that they had never been to such an amazing wedding.. they loved the venue, the drinks, the food, the party, everything! Having our wedding at Bearpath was the best decision we could have ever made and something we will remember forever!

They both pay attention to detail, are very well organized and do an amazing job communicating in the time leading up to the wedding and are very attentive the day of. I am so grateful we booked Bearpath for our wedding! Katie and Kim are extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to communication. They helped make our planning easy! I shoot 60+ weddings a year and am at a variety of venues. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Bearpath. The venue was lovely and clean but more than that they staff were helpful, super quick on their feet, and most importantly kind. Can't wait to be back there again!!

WOW!!!! I am so so happy that me and my husband decided to go with Bearpath for our wedding venue. From the get go Kim and Katie were so amazing and easy to work with and really made sure to make everything work and be as smooth as possible. We were able to begin the planning early, which helped give us a good idea of what was needed, how the day would run, etc. We sent them lots of updates and changes leading up the to the wedding and they made it so easy to make those changes and help manage it. The day of was incredible and went off without a hitch and ended up being so beautiful. Kim and Katie are so talented and amazing at what they do and we did not need to hire a planner or day of coordinator because we knew they would handle it. There is no better venue to have for your wedding then Bearpath!

We could not be more happy that we chose Bearpath as our wedding venue! Katie and Kim were there for us every step of the way helping make our dream wedding day become a reality. They were there to answer all our questions, advise us on vendors and help keep us on track throughout the whole planning process. Katie, Kim, and Angie went above and beyond before, during, and after our wedding! They answered emails and calls promptly, met with us many times to discuss details, and were at the venue from when we arrived to after we left. Bearpath staff helped make sure our day was PERFECT. We received many compliments from guests about the beautiful scenery, food, and beverages. I would get married here over and over again because of how seamless our wedding was!

Our wedding at bearbath was phenomenal and mostly due to the fantastic event staff; Kim, Angie, and Katie. They give suggestions, are organized, prompt to get planning, solve problems, and work with your budget. I would get married at Bearpath a thousand times because of these ladies. we had our Rehearsal, wedding, and day after brunch at Bearpath and they all went without issue because of them. The scenery is gorgeous and made for flawless photos. Guests raved about the delicious food, attentive and pleasant staff, and the beautiful outside space.

We loved having our wedding at Bearpath! Once we toured the venue, we knew it would be a beautiful spot for our dinner and reception. Our guests commented on how great the food was and the beautiful outdoor space, as well as the indoor ballroom. We were trying to setup tours at venues and we were getting almost immediate responses with many other locations but we were getting 4 hour delayed responses or not until the next day with bearpath, that lost our trust if that’s how you start off, how are you going to be when the actual day comes?

We are so pleased with our decision to host our wedding at Bearpath! It was the best location with the most amazing staff. Kim and Katie were wonderful to work with over the year and a half we spent planning. They answered any and all questions and would suggest recommendations or find solutions for things we were unsure about during the planning process. The day of our wedding, Katie and Angie were there all day to support us as our onsite coordinators. The day went very smoothly with their guidance and years of experience. It definitely relieved the stress off of us as a couple knowing we had support from the venue. The banquet staff were also wonderful and the grounds were the most beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and photos. We highly recommend this venue!

The venue provides an absolute gorgeous backdrop for photos, bridal and groomsmen rooms to get ready in, a garden patio pergola for an outdoor ceremony, a large ballroom with draping/lights for a reception, and onsite catering for your food/beverage needs. Bearpath also partners with outside vendors that we found helpful in our search for entertainment and dessert. All-in-all, Bearpath made our day perfect! Thank you so much!

Bearpath is a beautiful venue that can really fit all your needs. They have different personalized touches where you can customize the wedding you want. It has a great outdoor space for the ceremony and cocktail hour besides a balloon right next door. Plus there are lots of options for amazing photos. Also working with Katie and Kim was great! They are also willing to jump in and help especially lighting candles and helping to keep the wedding timeline on track. They were very good at answering your questions promptly and planning on the details. I would say as someone that has never planned a wedding before I would say it was a fairly smooth process, at times I wish they would guide a little bit more on what is typically done because there is so many options it can be overwhelming but overall it was a great experience. Looking back on the day it was exactly what we wanted with the help of Katie and Kim!

Great venue. They email back very fast and are wonderful to work with. They are great at adjusting - even handed out umbrellas on our wedding day to guests because of a quick shower that rolled through! They let you park overnight, they have delicious food (highly recommend the short ribs). They have a tasting every winter so you can really pick out what your guests are eating so it's so fun. Bridal room had tons of space and was very cozy.

We got married in July 2021 and Kim and Katie were wonderful to work with! They were always quick to respond and were very thorough in helping us plan every detail. Bearpath is an absolutely gorgeous venue and made for a perfect backdrop to our photos. Guests loved being able to hang out on the patio or in the ballroom during our cocktail hour and dance. We were able to have lawn games, and a fire pit and s'mores later in the evening that were a hit as well!

Bearpath was an incredible wedding venue! We fell in love with it right away and working with Kim and Katie was so easy as they are super nice and organized! They helped our day go off exactly how we wanted and had amazing food, service, decor, staff, etc! The ceremony sight is so beautiful! We had a lot of fun and it was also sweet and elegant. We had to find a new venue after COVID and I am so thankful we ended up here for our wedding!

I can't say enough good things about Bearpath and Kim and Katie. We moved our August 2020 wedding to July 2020 with such ease, it was incredible. Kim and Katie are meticulous and remembered every last detail for our event. They also bundled the cake, DJ and lighting, and rentals all together in one bill making payment insanely easy, but also logistically taking care of all the communication and set up details between vendors. Everything was perfectly set up on the big day and everyone raved about the food and the beautiful outdoor landscaping. It's such a gorgeous space and setting. We are so happy with our decision to go with Bearpath and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning to get married!

Planning a wedding during 2020-2021 was stressful to say the least. However, Kim and Katie made SO much of it easy and enjoyable. They took care of so many details so that I didn't have to, they answered all of my family's millions of questions, they accommodated everything we asked for with a smile and I felt so taken care of the day of. Bearpath's facilities were stunning and every single one of my guests complimented me on how good the food was and how beautiful the ballroom was. The fun touches that were included in my package like the ice sculpture and the ceiling drapery with lights made the reception feel so special. I can't say thank you enough to Bearpath and the whole staff for helping my day be as perfect as could be. I had zero stress the entire day and I know that would not have happened without Kim and Katie!!

We could not have asked for a better wedding venue! Our wedding day was everything my husband and I wanted because of Bearpath Country Club and their staff (Katie, Kim and Angie). Most of our contact was through Katie and she was a dream to work with from start to finish. She is so good at what she does and so knowledgeable. Any time we had a question we would get an answer the same day – and I had a lot of questions . Katie was so helpful coordinating many of our vendors (DJ, dessert, chair rentals, bridal suite extras) for us so there were a few less things for us to manage. In the time leading up to our wedding we had to change our date twice due to Covid-19. We were so thankful for Bearpath and their willingness to work with us and always be supportive with our decisions to move the wedding. Katie wore many hats being our event coordinator, cheerleader, and therapist throughout our almost 2 years working with her. She and the rest of the Bearpath staff were simply the best. We got married in May and the grounds could not have been more beautiful! Our photographer and videographer kept commenting about the beautiful trees, flowers and ponds. There were so many options for our photos! Absolutely stunning – especially during sunset standing on the bridge! We were so excited to be able to have our cocktail hour outside. It was such a fun atmosphere with seated tables and cocktail tables throughout the patio area. The string quartet that Bearpath introduced us to at their Bridal Fair was the vibe we were looking for to start off the reception. Inside, the girls got ready in the very spacious bridal suite all morning with breakfast, coffee and mimosas in the room upon arrival. Such a perfect way to start our day. And I can’t even tell you how beautiful the reception room was! It was so fun to see everything come to life after planning for so long. The room was layed out exactly how we designed it and it was perfect. The food for dinner and appetizers during cocktail hour were delicious and the waitstaff and bartenders were amazing! We received many compliments on how tasty the food was throughout the night. You simply can’t beat Bearpath! Pricing was very fair and we were able to get sound advice from Katie and the rest of the staff about ways to cut costs if we needed to. I highly recommend Bearpath Country Club for your wedding or any special event! We can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us

There were so many opportunities for pictures, and we definitely took advantage of that! We had our wedding in September 2020 and we had the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dance outside. Having the dance outside was a DREAM - so much fun and just beautiful. Our guests really enjoyed being outside as it was a beautiful day. This venue is perfect for an outdoor wedding (however, dinner was inside due to the number of our guests). The bridal suite was perfect for 10 girls to get ready in - plenty of space and the bridal breakfast and brunch was perfect and had a great assortment. They were very fair with their pricing across the board and made sure to not over-charge on anything. We ended up actually receiving a refund check from Bearpath as our actual wedding day numbers were slightly less than what we anticipated when we paid our full payment 3 days before the wedding. As a very type-A person myself, I did not worry about a single thing on my wedding day as I knew Bearpath had it all managed and taken care of. I was able to truly live in the moment and enjoy my wedding day. I cannot say enough good things about Bearpath - I hope someone else can read this and have just as amazing of an experience as I did!

Kim and Katie went above and beyond helping us achieve our dream day!!! They were so flexible and worked with us to ensure covid didn't take away from our beautiful day. They are so knowledgable and always found a way to make things work. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or coordinators to help us throughout the crazy year. I had my wedding here last week on October 13th. It was absolutely perfect!! We were a little worried about the weather with it being cold/windy in Oct but it turned out to be 50 and cloudy which was great for pics then the sun came out during our social hour. We ended up ordering extra heaters which was great and last minute decided to have a signature drink of apple cider rum. So good! Katie & Kim were so good during the planning process. They made everything very easy and definitely know what they are doing. All of our meetings were helpful and productive. The food here is amazing! Highly recommend salmon and potatoes. Our DJ was Instant Request and all our guests had nothing but good things to say about him. I highly recommend this venue. It was perfect. <3

Can’t say enough about our winter wedding experience at Bearpath. Kim was absolutely wonderful in accommodating our needs and what we wanted for the wedding day. She was so helpful and my mother really appreciated her going above and beyond the day of the wedding. I was so happy about our choice to use bearpath to host our wedding. We got so many compliments on the venue afterwards! Would recommend them to anyone!

I loved having our wedding at Bearpath. Kim and Katie were great to work with and so helpful during the entire process. Having them there the day of the wedding to set up made it so we could relax and enjoy our entire day. The grounds were perfect we truly couldn't have asked for a better day. We had rain in the morning and at one point I saw the staff soaking up puddles with towels before our ceremony! The food was fantastic and I was very thankful for how many options they have that you can add on. It made my entire planning process simple!

We could not have been happier with choosing Bearpath for our wedding venue. We had both our ceremony and reception there and everything was perfect. Kim and Katie worked so hard to make our day exactly like we wanted and they did a great job. This place was the second place we toured for a wedding reception venue. Everyone involved fell in love with it right away. It's extremely beautiful and the views from inside the ballroom are amazing. It's also a really good place to do your wedding pictures as well. The women we worked with were Katie Dix and Kim Davis. They were amazing. There were so many different options to choose from from the food to the linens. It was really overwhelming but they made everything so simple. And the reception went by with no mistakes. They are very organized and definitely know what they're doing. I couldn't imagine having our reception anywhere else. I would recommend Bearpath to anyone!!! You guys are AMAZING!!!

We had our reception at Bearpath in September and highly recommend. Kim and Katie- the coordinators were wonderful to work with and made the day seamless. The space is beautiful from the chandeliers, to the spacious patio with a view. I recommend going to the wedding event to try all of the food, deserts and decor. The food is delicious. I highly recommend Bearpath! We had our wedding reception there in November and our day couldn't have been more perfect! The wedding coordinators, Kim & Katie, were fantastic to work with - highly organized and so accommodating. The food was great, venue inside and outside was beautiful, the service was better than most weddings I've been to. I loved how comprehensive Bearpath's offerings were, they had great decor packages which took a lot of the decor work off my plate, they also had great preferred vendors (we booked Instant Request for our DJ, Chanhassen Floral for our Florist and Buttercream Bakery for our dessert and were very happy with all of them; all were affordable too - I did a lot of shopping around). They were also affordable which made a large wedding like ours, 260 guests, less expensive compared to the many venues we looked at. I highly recommend Bearpath, they will do whatever it takes to make your day perfect!

Was in a wedding at Bearpath recently, beautiful views, food was great, but... During the ceremony the staff flipped the bridal suite into a dining area. They dumped all of our bags, purses, and cellphones into a mound right next to the door. The manager told us they had an "emergency" dinner reservation.. We were stuck without a place to come back to after the ceremony and were just waiting in a hallway until our reception entrances after social hour. They told us we could wait in the coat closet if we wanted.. It was extremely unprofessional and I felt that could have been handled in a better way. Their sound system made loud screeching noises the entire ceremony which was very distracting and disappointing.

We could not have been happier with our wedding at Bear Path. We had both our ceremony and reception there and loved it. Having both at the same venue made the day very calm and allowed us to get more pictures with our photographer vs. paying for her time to drive between venues. We loved working with Kim and Katie, they were so attentive, remembered the smallest of details. Bear Path helped make our wedding everything we ever imagined. It's a classy venue and is great to have an option to be outdoor on the patio while at the same time have a ballroom reception. We loved it!

While Bearpath seems to be very expensive since it is gated and there are mansions surrounding it, it actually is quite reasonably priced compared to other golf clubs in the southern metro! They had great service, Kim and Katie were very accommodating! We received a completely free wedding cake for having our wedding on a Friday. We cut a bunch of items last minute and they were so accommodating and didn't mind at all. I would definitely recommend!

We had our reception at Bearpath and it was great! All the guests said it was beautiful and the food was amazing. They threw in the cake for free, as well as the ceiling drapes & lights, so that made it even better! They were also very great to work with in the months leading up to the wedding.

I had an AMAZING experience planning our wedding at Bearpath. Kim and Katie did a fantastic job of coordinating and working with me to make sure all of the little details were perfect. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, and helped to make sure nothing was forgotten on the big day! They offered ideas and suggestions and really put time and effort into making sure everything was the way I wanted. On the big day, everything was SO worry free, and I wasn't stressed at all because I could really tell that they had everything under control. The banquet room looked BEAUTIFUL. We had our ceremony outside as well under the pergola, and it was fantastic. All of my guests commented on what a beautiful location we had, how great the food was (chicken Florentine) and how great the cake was! Bearpath also has a wedding event where all of the brides and grooms come in and see different table arrangements, and sample food, cake, desserts, and appetizers. Everything about our day was flawless and I would hands down recommend Bearpath and Katie and Kim to anyone!

I absolutely loved having my wedding at Bearpath. Kim and Katie were awesome to work with and were always available to answer questions and ensure every detail was worked out. Not only that, but the venue is gorgeous. I had a lot of compliments!

My wedding was so perfect, and I have to give so much credit to our wedding coordinator, Katie Dix, at Bearpath! The flow of the day was great and food was outstanding. Bearpath is great because we were able to have them do some of the work for us like getting samples brought in for chair coverings, and all I needed to do was pick the one I liked best. The room was beautifully set up, and I loved having the entire event take place at the same location. We also used Bearpath for our cake/cupcakes, and we got so many compliments. We had chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting and rock sugar sprinkles, for the guests. We had the same thing in the form of a small cake. Delicious! In January, they host their own bridal fair for all the people booked for that year. They have the room set up with decorations, and every table was decorated differently to get ideas of what you might want (they are only ideas for inspiration--you can do anything you want). They also make most of the items on the menu for you to try. That's how we picked out our menu--and it was difficult to decide because everything was so delicious! Thanks, Bearpath, for such a beautiful wedding!

Bearpath is a beautiful location, and has such a great atmosphere. They are very expensive, but our wedding turned out perfectly! Kim and Katie, the event coordinators, were very easy to work with!

Everyone that we worked with for our wedding was amazing. Kim and Katie are the nicest ladies and really made the wedding planning process fun and easy! The food was to die for, and the pastry chef did an amazing job on our cake! Everyone had so many great things to say... about everything.
