We were able to begin the planning early, which helped give us a good idea of what was needed, how the day would run, etc. We sent them lots of updates and changes leading up the to the wedding and they made it so easy to make those changes and help manage it. The day of was incredible and went off without a hitch and ended up being so beautiful. Kim and Katie are so talented and amazing at what they do and we did not need to hire a planner or day of coordinator because we knew they would handle it. There is no better venue to have for your wedding then Bearpath!

It definitely relieved the stress off of us as a couple knowing we had support from the venue. The banquet staff were also wonderful and the grounds were the most beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and photos. We highly recommend this venue!

They are also willing to jump in and help especially lighting candles and helping to keep the wedding timeline on track. I would say as someone that has never planned a wedding before I would say it was a fairly smooth process, at times I wish they would guide a little bit more on what is typically done because there is so many options it can be overwhelming but overall it was a great experience. Looking back on the day it was exactly what we wanted with the help of Katie and Kim!

Most of our contact was through Katie and she was a dream to work with from start to finish. She is so good at what she does and so knowledgeable. Any time we had a question we would get an answer the same day – and I had a lot of questions . Katie was so helpful coordinating many of our vendors (DJ, dessert, chair rentals, bridal suite extras) for us so there were a few less things for us to manage. In the time leading up to our wedding we had to change our date twice due to Covid-19. We were so thankful for Bearpath and their willingness to work with us and always be supportive with our decisions to move the wedding. Katie wore many hats being our event coordinator, cheerleader, and therapist throughout our almost 2 years working with her. She and the rest of the Bearpath staff were simply the best. We got married in May and the grounds could not have been more beautiful! Our photographer and videographer kept commenting about the beautiful trees, flowers and ponds. There were so many options for our photos! Absolutely stunning – especially during sunset standing on the bridge! We were so excited to be able to have our cocktail hour outside. It was such a fun atmosphere with seated tables and cocktail tables throughout the patio area. The string quartet that Bearpath introduced us to at their Bridal Fair was the vibe we were looking for to start off the reception. Inside, the girls got ready in the very spacious bridal suite all morning with breakfast, coffee and mimosas in the room upon arrival. Such a perfect way to start our day. And I can’t even tell you how beautiful the reception room was! It was so fun to see everything come to life after planning for so long. The room was layed out exactly how we designed it and it was perfect. The food for dinner and appetizers during cocktail hour were delicious and the waitstaff and bartenders were amazing! We received many compliments on how tasty the food was throughout the night. You simply can’t beat Bearpath! Pricing was very fair and we were able to get sound advice from Katie and the rest of the staff about ways to cut costs if we needed to. I highly recommend Bearpath Country Club for your wedding or any special event! We can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us

There were so many opportunities for pictures, and we definitely took advantage of that! We had our wedding in September 2020 and we had the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dance outside. Having the dance outside was a DREAM - so much fun and just beautiful. Our guests really enjoyed being outside as it was a beautiful day. This venue is perfect for an outdoor wedding (however, dinner was inside due to the number of our guests). The bridal suite was perfect for 10 girls to get ready in - plenty of space and the bridal breakfast and brunch was perfect and had a great assortment. They were very fair with their pricing across the board and made sure to not over-charge on anything. We ended up actually receiving a refund check from Bearpath as our actual wedding day numbers were slightly less than what we anticipated when we paid our full payment 3 days before the wedding. As a very type-A person myself, I did not worry about a single thing on my wedding day as I knew Bearpath had it all managed and taken care of. I was able to truly live in the moment and enjoy my wedding day. I cannot say enough good things about Bearpath - I hope someone else can read this and have just as amazing of an experience as I did!
