We Expanded Our Ohana
All my Brides and Grooms…you just need to have one meeting with George and Chris. Just one to find out if they’re for you. Why? Because when you know a good...
vibe and good company, you just know it.
From the start of the planning process, until 12am on our wedding day, they never stopped showing how much attention to detail and passion they had for our wedding. We booked with beatfleet from a preferred list of vendors from our venue and the ease of the website and not having to dig too far, made me click that consultation button.
We had our consultation meeting with Jorge and he really made it seem like they were invested in making this the best day for us. The packages were easy to understand and everything was laid out. No secrets.
It wasn’t until about maybe 30 days before the wedding, when Tina, our MC reached out to discuss the vibe we wanted for our wedding and music.
I cannot tell you how easy it was to talk to this team and really have our preferences and song choices be heard. They made it an effortless day and they went above and beyond to make it a day we wouldn’t forget now I know they went above and beyond because Tina with her personality and her aura guided me and my husband through the whole reception, making sure we were on time having a blast and remaining calm through all the little mishaps. I don’t think I would have gone through the rest of the evening without Sean, Tina and Kris making the vibe amazing and seamless.
Our day was all about including our Ohana and sharing this special day with them. Without a doubt, I can say that Tina Sean and Kris really became part of our Ohana and made our wedding reception, the best time for us and our guest!
So to all my brides and grooms in planning mode, check out the fleet and let them be part of your Ohana for a day!
We used Beat Fleet DJs for our wedding this past November. Overall, we were pleased with their service. The MC was switched last minute but he did an excellent job under the circum...
stances. A couple small minor hiccups during the evening, but nothing major.
We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ experience than what we had with Beat Fleet DJs! They brought the energy, excitement, and skill to truly make our wedding unforgettable. From...
planning right up to our wedding day, they were a pleasure to work with—listening to our music preferences and flawlessly executing every part of the day, from the pre-ceremony tunes to the final song of the night.
Ethan was a fantastic emcee, guiding our guests through each part of the evening with charisma and enthusiasm, while Jorge kept the dance floor packed with his seamless mixing skills. It was so hard to step away from the dance floor even for dessert or water because every song was perfectly timed and irresistibly fun!
They also went above and beyond by working with my wife to incorporate a special video tribute to her mom. Having this tribute was incredibly meaningful to us, and their willingness to make it happen was something we’ll always remember.
Beat Fleet DJs made our wedding an absolute celebration. We had the time of our lives, and we’re so grateful for the unforgettable night they created for us and our guests.
Thank you Beat Fleet DJs! We went to a wedding you did for a friend, and thought your warm, welcoming personalities set the tone for a celebration that brought friends and family ...
together for a great night. So, when it came time to plan our daughter's wedding, we knew exactly who to call. Ethan and Jorge were excellent as Emcee and DJ. They have a way of breaking the ice and bringing people together to create an energy that makes people get up and have a good time. We loved the ways they involved our guests, kept things moving, and played our favorite songs. Their equipment is really good, the additional lighting created the right mood, and their professional behavior appeals to all ages. They are good listeners and curated the night to match our desired outcome.
Best DJ crew all around! Truly kept the party going! So grateful for this crew, we had a blast! They took care of all of the entertainment needed for our wedding, from the photoboo...
th to the music to the special effects during our first dance, dancing on clouds with the fireworks in the background was so magical!
Dont think twice and hire this crew for your wedding! Worth every penny!
WOW! All I can say is they did an amazing job for my wedding. All my friends and family were raving on how great they did. They are friendly and know how to get the crowd involved....
They kept us in line with our timeline and ran everything smoothly.
I will highly recommend them to anybody who ask for a DJ/MC company. I know they will be the first place I call for any of my future event needs.
We found them by our venue having a preferred vendor list and reasonably priced. My wife and I are so happy with our decision. They will definitely not let you down. THANK YOU CHRIS & DANNY.
Not to mention all the add ons they have available such as uplighting, dancing on the cloud, cold fireworks and monogram. Check out their options!
Beat Fleet was the best choice for our wedding! They provided exceptional DJ + MC services from the ceremony through dinner, and dancing. They were very detailed oriented and liste...
ned to our needs, but were able to make smooth adjustments for any day of changes. They helped curate a package to work within our budget and had our guests begging for more dance time when the night ended. Thank you for helping our dream wedding come true!
Beat Fleet DJs were so easy to work with! We worked mostly with Chris throughout the process, and we had Tina as our emcee and Shean as our DJ for our wedding. Tina was so entertai...
ning and had a great gauge of our crowd. Tina and Shean worked so well together and knew how to read the room. While we were lining up for our grand entrance, we could hear them work the crowd and the room sounded LIT (and this was throughout the whole night). All our guests told us how great they were, how amazing the music was, and how much fun they had because of them! They were everything we wanted and more! Thank you, Beat Fleet DJs (especially Tina, Shean, and Chris)!!
If you do one thing for your wedding, it should be hiring Beat Fleet as your DJs. They were so easy to work with. Chris and Jorge made my experience stress free. We had a gothic ma...
squerade wedding and they curated the music perfectly with the theme, they dressed the part, and I got non-stop compliments on the music and MC. Thank you so much for dj-ing our wedding!!!

Beat Fleet DJs was fun and easy to work with, we mainly spoke to Chris every step of the way.
Chris was kind, patient, upbeat, and great at his job! During the process before the...
wedding, he patiently answered all the questions we had and tried his best to achieve our vision (which he did!). Beat Fleet DJs also have a list of wedding games and a 360 camera that all our guests LOVED and complimented on, everyone had so much fun at my wedding it made my husband and I so relieved and glad. Chris was also extremely good at stalling and entertaining guests while I had some wardrobe emergencies and great at directing us every step of the way during the reception. Another thing I feel is important to mention is that during the wedding, one of my bridesmaid unfortunately got drunk and was rude to Chris a couple of times during his work but he was patient and handled it with such grace. (sorry again, Chris!) He made our wedding so much fun, we all enjoyed it very much, and I am grateful we worked with them!! Everything went by so smoothly despite the weather and last minute change of locations, you seriously can't go wrong with choosing Beat Fleet DJ.
11/10!! We highly recommend them for your wedding too!!
My husband and I got married back in May 2022. We were one of the many couples affected by the COVID 19 pandemic and changed our wedding date three times. Each time Beat Fleet DJs ...
were super helpful and understanding. We actually added a number of their upgrade packages over the years to make the event really magical. We were super impressed with how organized the event was prior to the wedding. And on the day of we absolutely loved the magic that Tina created MCing the event. She was super fun and sweet depending on the moment. I LOVED working with her and she made us feel super special on the best day of our lives. Thank you Tina and Beat Fleet crew. We sincerely appreciate you!

s referred to Beat Fleet DJs by a friend. Their response times were great, and we quickly got on a call to discuss. Their packages and pricing was very easy to understand, and they had a bunch of cool add-ons available like cold sparklers, dancing on a cloud, uplights, moving head lights, photobooth, and tv that showed the photobooth pics throughout the night. Due to our venue, we went with just the silver package and were really happy with it. We had Jorge as our DJ and Ethan as our MC. We filled out an easy survey before the final meeting, which helped get us organized and pick our songs and music genres for each step of the night. We had 2 locations - the ceremony and the reception, and they set up each without any issues. It rained all day at our wedding and our ceremony was outside - we saw Ethan taking care of our crowd without an umbrella, what a trooper. Jorge was an amazing DJ, he kept our guests dancing and without asking, he played Persian music for my family which I thought was really sweet and thoughtful. He was able to cut out a part of the Father/Daughter dance song that I requested and he did a really good job blending and playing mixes throughout the night. For us, we didn't want a typical cheesy wedding playlist, we wanted a dance party. And Beat Fleet DJs delivered! It was great, I want to thank them so much!
I want to start off by saying that if I could give Beat Fleet more than 5 stars I would!! These guys were so professional from the initial consultation to our actual Wedding day. ...
We had recently lost our event coordinator and our MC Ethan was masterful at helping control the day and anticipating our needs. I really appreciated this as I was nervous how it would all go and as the day progressed it was obvious at the beginning of the ceremony we had an experienced MC in Ethan.
One of the most important things to my husband and I was that our crowd was engaged and the dancefloor was packed and I have to say our DJ Terrance delivered! Both of the guys were so fun to work with and the guests loved the music while I also go to have my special requests worked into the night. I can say without hesitation part of why our day was so magical was because of Beat Fleet! I cannot recommend them enough.
Thank you Ethan and Terrance!
If you're considering hiring Beat Fleet, do yourself a favor and book them! If you're not convinced already, keep reading.
I hired them for my wedding at Vizcaya in Sacramento ...
over labor day weekend! I had complete confidence in them, but I never expected to get so many compliments on the DJ and MC. Even after the wedding, people were raving about how good the music was! I had a lot of family and friends so making sure everyone was entertained was not easy but it was accomplished!
I have been to many weddings where the DJ was the MC and it just wasn't the same as having a separate DJ and MC. Our MC, Chris, made the best announcements to get our guests involved and informed the whole night. And our DJ Terrance was the best! I told them that during dinner I wanted 90s old school R&B and he did just that! He had the vibe perfect!!
Thank you so much Chris and Terrance for an unforgettable night!!
Sincerely,
Adam & Kristine
Chris & Tre, the Beat Fleet crew, were so amazing at our wedding reception! We continue to receive compliments on their hosting and DJ skills from our guests. Not to mention how ea...
sy Chris & Jorge made the planning process leading up to the event. Chris is a wonderful host and folks LOVED him. He set the ideal tone for our reception and made us feel comfortable and in good hands. I'm a big dance music fan and consider myself to have "refined taste" and yet, Beat Fleet exceeded my (and my wife's) expectations in terms of the music. The whole crowd was cutting the rug all the way up until the end of the reception!
The added uplighting that we purchased was a worthwhile touch and beautifully accented the tented interior of our reception venue. Finally, I just wanted to give Beat Fleet a shoutout for being so patient with us after we had to reschedule our May 2020 wedding because of the COVID pandemic. They were gracious and really flexible. We would HIGHLY recommend Beat Fleet DJs for your wedding or event!
Couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Both extremely professional, prompt, friendly, and THREW A KILLER PARTY. Dance floor full at all times, great job releasing guests to dinner an...
d getting involved. Excellent work, and beautiful packages and reasonable for the work they can do! Thank you Beat Fleet!
Beat fleet Dj’s did an amazing job DJing our wedding. They were very organized and easy to deal with. They supplied us with a form that we filled out that basically created the per...
fect itinerary. We had the photo booth package and we used our own back drop. The photo booth pictures turned out great and they killed it with the logo they made for us! They included the whole crowd in a game before dancing. We gave them freedom with our playlist with only a few songs we wanted to be played and they did an amazing job, all of our guests had so much fun! Such a good time and highly recommend them for any event!
I recently hired Beat Fleet DJs for my wedding and cannot recommend them enough! They were very communicative during the planning process and took extra steps to make sure we were ...
on the same page before the event. From the ceremony to the grand entrance to the open dancing, Chris and Tri took care of everything, executing all phases seamlessly, and delivered exactly the level of energy and interaction that we were looking for. Everyone had such a good time on the dance floor and it was so nice not to worry about what music to play. Could not be happier with Beat Fleet - they helped make my wedding the best day ever!

enres, all while keeping the dance floor full, it was an amazing night. They allowed us to give them a wish list of songs we wanted to have played and they played all of them as well as filled in the gaps. DJ Shean, Roadie, and MC Sebastian were awesome awesome awesome!
We were so pleased to have them at our wedding! They set up three DJ booths because the venue was so large and spread out. They can certainly keep any event well entertained.
We are very grateful for them and highly recommend them if you and your guests want to dance the night away!

heir crap. Also invited everyone onto the floor for our private last dance.
I told my husband I would be happy if I sang and danced the whole night and the DJ completely robbed us. I wish I would’ve just let my playlist play instead of wasting so much money on them.
Beat Fleet did a great job at our wedding! Chris was so engaged and kept the party going all night. They have cool packages for anything you need. They aren’t super corny and they ...

ighly recommend beat fleet you will not regret hiring them.
Jorge was amazing! He engaged all the guests and played the exact music we wanted. Our dance floor was full the whole night!
The dj was so helpful in planning, and was able to accommodate a couple of changes no problem. They made the evening so fun! Highly reccomend!
The guys from Beat Fleet did an incredible job at our 7/1/17 wedding!! The dance party was one of our top priorities...we love to dance and our friends do too...but we're not huge ...
fans of the "typical" wedding playlists (no YMCA for us!). After discussing our vibe and giving them a few must-play songs, they did the rest and made everything PERFECT! They also did our ceremony sound, and we went with the upgraded lighting and were able to customize a monogram that was projected over the dance floor that made everything feel more personal.
Bonus: With Beat Fleet, we got a DJ AND MC, which helped the night run efficiently and let the DJ focus on the dance party. Plus, they were priced similarly to the other DJs we met with and we got so much more!!!
My husband and I booked Beat Fleet DJs for our wedding this summer and they did not disappoint! We were at a friend's wedding the year prior and loved their work, so we had to get ...
their contact information. Chris was the MC that we requested in the beginning, but we ended up having Alex as our MC and we loved him! Jorge was the contact person for the beginning stages of communication, then Alex took over and helped us the rest of the way.
The finishing touches we had in our package included: Ceremony Sound System, DMX Uplighting, and Customized Monogram. We had to pick ceremony sound because our ceremony was at a different location in the venue than the reception. I highly suggest DMX uplighting because it lit up our venue beautifully. They can also change the colors of the lighting throughout the night if you want! The customized monogram looked lovely, however not all of the date was able to fit perfectly in the space that was available to them, so it really depends on your venue and what you want the monogram to display.
We had a wedding party dance during the grand entrance where I mixed my own songs together, and they were able to play the exact version that I emailed them. The lighting to our outdoor venue was superb and I loved how they lit up our dance floor at night.
Shean was our DJ and he went above and beyond to send us video footage he recorded of the dance party after my videographer had already left for the night. Overall, VERY impressed with Beat Fleet DJs and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for talented DJs and MCs. THANK YOU BEAT FLEET DJs!!!

ok perfect. They were also able to cater to both our English and Spanish speaking guests which was exactly what we wanted. Lastly, I asked and they gave us our custom monogram to keep. Now we can use it later on for anniversary parties, etc. I Would 100% recommend them!

ost traditional couple but they made sure to accommodate to everyone and make them feel comfortable with still throwing in our Bay Area music. They kept the flow of the timeline running smoothly. The lighting was amazing!!! A definite MUST! We had so much fun and we are still receiving comments about how our wedding was the wedding of the year! Beat fleet DJs played a huge part in making that possible for us. We are so very appreciative! If we could give more stars we would! #twoheartsonecontreras

band and I checked out a few Sacramento DJ's for our wedding and Beat Fleet DJ's hands down was our best option. They went above and beyond their expectations by helping us with our itinerary and helped us choose appropriate songs throughout the reception. Our night went perfectly and we continue to get asked by our family and friends where we found our awesome DJ's. They really set a good vibe in the room and took a lot of our suggestions into consideration. They never let us down when we recommended certain songs to randomly play. You can choose if you want them to play games with the crowd or just announcements throughout the night. We absolutely love their great judgment and read the crowd perfectly which never left the dance floor empty. If we had a choice we would choose them again for our wedding. We highly recommend Beat Fleet DJ's (Jorge and Chris) to assist you with your wedding day. Thank you guys!!!!
