Where do i even begin. Beatriz has been an absolute life saver throughout the wedding planning process. We interviewed quite a few wedding planners before speaking with Beatriz and we knew immediately that she was the perfect fit for our day. She not only went above and beyond what a typical day of coordinator would do, she held our hand through each step along the way. Every single phone call left me feeling more and more at ease. I knew that no matter what the day would bring, Beatriz would figure it out and make it happen. It is obvious that this is her passion and I truly believe our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without her. Beatriz is engrained into our entire wedding experience and we will forever be grateful for her support. I cannot recommend her enough.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Beatriz for our wedding, and I cannot speak highly enough of her exceptional skills and qualities. From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey to the moment we said "I do," she proved herself to be the best investment we could make for our special day. I was also so excited to find someone who was bilingual and could communicate with my mom to help put her mind at ease. Beatriz helped us make decisions quickly, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. I have a type A personality and even then I was able to enjoy our big day without any worry, knowing that she had everything under control.I cannot recommend her enough, she really helped make my dream a reality. Beatriz went above and beyond for our Oct7th wedding as our planner, and day or coordinator. She was a God sent; we cannot praise her enough. Our family and friends were raving about her as well. Words cannot express our gratitude and satisfaction with her. We had a multicultural African wedding, and she handled it very well. She also was our florist and decorator; she did an amazing job bringing our vision to light. Do no think twice about hiring her as your planner! You would not regret it one bit.

My husband and I tied the knot on 2/4/23. We had a huge wedding of 262 guests. As anyone can imagine, there were SO many challenges in organizing and assembling our day. Four months from our wedding day, we realized a planner was necessary if we wanted to make it to the alter in one piece. Beatriz and her team were vital to our amazingly executed day. Not only did they handle our very diverse multilingual family, but they were our right hand through it all. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Beatriz will be your number one supporter and keep you in check from the minute you sign the contract. She is flexible, understanding and extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond for her clients providing advice and speaking with you weekly up until the day of. No subject is off limits for this team. They handle it all from decor, last minute improvisation, wardrobe malfunctions, cleaning your shoes after your photo shoot, people showing up that were not on your guest list, flowers, and family that drank too much. We can go on and on about how amazing Beatriz and her team are. If you are reading this review, this is your sign to partner with Beatriz. It will be the best decision you will make for your wedding. We are forever grateful to her. The only thing we regret is not having her as our planner from day one. A full wedding planning service is worth every penny and then some.

Do yourself a favor and hire Beatriz asap. DO NOT have a wedding without her!! Every detail that you want and even some you forgot about are all taken care of by her. My stress free day was 1000% because of her alone.

Beatriz went above and beyond I don’t think I could’ve chosen better! She is very detailed oriented, you can definitely rely on her to get everything done to the best possible and she is very good at listening/handlings to concerns

Beatriz went above and beyond in her day of coordinating, planning and wedding design for our wedding this past January. She made sure every detail was looked at and done the way we wanted. Our wedding would not have gone as smooth, fun, and amazing without her.
