I cannot recommend the Steel Shaker enough for your celebration. Peter and Sara went above and beyond to make our special day everything we dreamed of. They communicated clearly and quickly in the planning process, and helped me design the most amazing custom drinks to honor our furry kids. They helped us determine how much of each beverage would be needed based on the information we gave them about our event and the guests we invited. I can honestly say that coordinating and planning for the bar was one of my least stressful tasks because Sara was so wonderful, helpful, and responsive. Not only were the drinks clever, they were insanely good and guests complimented the quality of the drinks all night long… in fact, we are still getting compliments. Their service was friendly, professional and fast. With over 100 guests and a wide selection of beer, wine and cocktails, I never saw a line longer than 6 or so people all night. They were accommodating, fun and friendly. They decorated their adorable trailer with decor we provided, and they provided their own as well to make it extra special. The look was stunning, and their trailer set up was hands down our favorite part of our reception. The bar was an experience to be had by itself! We will continue to invite Steel Shaker to all of our future events at our ranch and cant wait to see them in the future! BOOK THEM! You wont be disappointed! I can’t say enough good things about Angela from Beau Bella. From our first conversation through the end of our wedding night and her check in with us the following morning, I can truly say that she is the reason our special day went flawlessly and fit the vision I had perfectly. Angela is a master of attention to detail. She is easy to work with, she is calm, cool and collected but knows how to make things happen when they need to. The week leading up to my wedding, when I was the most stressed, Angela handled the coordination of the vendors and communicated with my promptly with any questions or concerns she had. I shared with her my vision for our wedding, and she was able to arrange decor and make last minutes decisions and changes independently that were completely on point with what I would have done. Having her there as my day of coordinator made it possible for me to live in the moment and enjoy my wedding day as much as I possibly could. I had half jokingly asked Angela not to come to me on my wedding day unless the valley was burning down and we needed to evacuate, or someone lost a vital body part and needed immediate medical attention. Angela understood the assignment. I saw Angela throughout the day, calming floating about in a sea of wedding chaos. Reminding me of the timeline and checking in to see how I was doing, but never once did she come to me with questions, she just figured it out. The following day I had so many of my family and friends come to me and tell me stories of things that Angela did during the night. I didn’t know about a single one of them, but all I can say is Angela, you aren’t a wedding coordinator, you’re a saint. Many little disasters were avoided, and I never even knew it. The night went off perfectly. Hands down, Angela was the best investment we made for our big day. I am forever grateful.
