We used Beau Vaughn for our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding. Olivia did an amazing job and made everything go so smoothly. It was a completely stress free day for me (and I am a pretty anxious and stressed person), which is a testament to how well she worked with the team at our venue. I'm also very glad we paid the extra $ to have her attend the rehearsal. It gave us a chance to meet her in person and to be able to run through everything with her there. She did a great job setting up our decorations at the venue, and she stayed until the very end of the reception and made sure everything was buttoned up. Seriously well worth every penny!

ual to the fee we paid. Our Coordinator was a gem in helping make sure we got food, drinks, cake, running our slideshow presentation, and making sure our card box was secure. However, several bridal party members and many family members wound up helping complete the bulk of set-up and teardown down services. Our Coordinator was not familiar with how to operate playlist systems, so we were fortunate to have family members who were able to step in. Also there were several questions asked throughout pre-ceremony preparations leading to confusion, which perhaps may have been avoided with a more thorough review of our contracts and timelines sent beforehand.

ut. We were with Mendy, Leila, and Karsen. They were INCREDIBLE. They truly made our day run so smoothly and it would not have been the same without them. Coordination is something that I think is crucial for a stress free day, but a great coordination team- it makes all the difference. Your day is supposed to be stress free so you can enjoy the special moments, so do yourself a favor and make sure you go with the right coordination team. Mendy is personable, she was on top of everything without asking her to be, pays attention to detail, and so so kind! Her kids, Leila and Karsen also helped out and they were great and so professional! Highly recommend the photo booth, it was a hit and worth the money. We almost decided not to do it, but it is probably one of my favorite parts of the day. Having a private booth made everyone be really silly and we got a guestbook of all the pictures.

was invaluable to have a wedding professional help us at the end of our planning process. She ran our rehearsal and was there all day on our wedding day. She was so kind and professional. Our timeline ran behind (makeup took longer than expected) and she made sure everyone was on the same page and kept me stress free. She even helped once my dress felt too tight late into the night and worked some magic with safety pins. Cannot recommend enough!!
