During our zoom meeting, I was told there would be a blending of songs and no full-length song would be played if the crowd was not dancing. When asked to skip a song during the reception, the music was abruptly stopped with a pause in all audio, then the next song started. There was no blending of any songs. Just songs start to finish without reading the crowd’s interest. It was discouraging because we could have had a speaker connected to our phone for a fraction of the price for that experience. We were told the DJ would provide directions for the guest throughout the day to maintain the flow of events. The announcements were inconsistent. Due to the lack of direction, many guests left without our knowledge while we took photos. Consequently, we did not get to say goodbye to many guests, including those from out-of-town. We had multiple friends and family members, the day of the wedding who approached us with concerns about the DJ. On our day, it was distracting to have to worry about whether we could depend on her, especially after filling out the intake paperwork and the zoom meeting confirming our requests. We feel that the DJ services were not delivered as described.

Justin! Every meeting we had, he was professional and executed exactly how we wanted for our wedding. He kept everything flowing smoothly and the dance floor was packed the entire night, which is what we wanted! He was affordable, professional, and went above and beyond. He even stayed until the very last guests found rides home to ensure the safety of everyone. I cannot recommend Justin enough! If you are on the fence regarding a DJ, book him now!

ng. Aside from his role as our DJ, he always made sure to help in any way he could. He helped cleaned up the messes, he constantly asked us if we needed help with anything, he made sure everything on his end was perfect, etc. My husband and I truly believed we got more than what we paid for. We wouldn't have picked anyone else to be our DJ if we were to relive our beautiful wedding.

our wedding day coordinators, as Justin is so knowledgeable and truly understands how to make weddings come together in the best way possible. My wife and I had our consult with Justin before the pandemic and as the pandemic unfolded, Justin was accommodating and reassuring every step of the way. In order to figure out our game plan we had an hour long conversation weeks before the wedding to ensure every moment of the ceremony and reception was planned and prepared. Justin and his crew do amazing work and it was amazing to see that even a pandemic could not throw them off their game. Much of this came down to DJ Reese who was truly the life of the party and was the calm during the chaos. I cannot provide enough praise for DJ Reese who gave up her 4th of July to spend with me, my wife, and our friends and family. DJ Reese was so amazing and I feel bad that we were not more organized and that some of the organization fell on her, which made her performance on our big day even more spectacular. Our food services ran slow due to Covid precautions and DJ Reese adjusted the schedule and helped the evening flow in a manner that I was impressed with to this day. The photobooth was amazing and such a great feature to include at the wedding, as the guests loved it and now we have a special photo-book that Beau Vaughn provided for booking this feature. They had someone running the photobooth all night and took care of everything. Bottom-line, Beau Vaughn made our wedding day and is without a doubt the best in the business. My only regret is that we did not book them for their wedding day coordination services that they are so talented with! Thank you so much Beau Vaughn and everyone do yourselves a favor and book with them!

They customized our packages just as we asked to make them include all that we wanted to capture for the day. Our Dance floor was Hopping the entire time and the DJ was incredibly professional and fun. Justin and his team the day of our wedding made our day run smoothly and they went above and beyond to find ways to anticipate anything that may come up. We had some anxiety about how the day would all come together but after our final meeting with Justin the week before our wedding we truly were at ease because we knew we were in good hands. And they delivered such beautiful work, the videos and the photos are beyond our expectations and they captured everything we would have wanted and more! Thank you Beau Vaughn for capturing our day and helping to make it a perfect day.

You can use them for DJ, Photography, and Videography services and you can get bundle deals if you use more than one service-- which we took advantage of. We were more than thrilled with all of their services! They sent us a huge list of songs and helped make sure everything was going timely throughout the reception. They help you realize all the different important songs you need-- not just the first dances! Jason and Kim were amazing to work with for photos and Savannah was fantastic with the videography. Justin came with a drone and took some amazing aerial shots of our venue. They were so professional and so great at their job! They also took our engagement photos beforehand too which we were able to bundle in as well! They were so easy to work with and didnt make taking thousands of photos awkward at all. I feel like I can be awkward when taking photos so I was so thankful they made it so easy. Highly Recommend!!!

I will leave a review on that as soon as our video is back but Justin helped with that too (along with Jorge) so he stopped by my aunts in the morning when we were getting ready to help out with videography too. Once we got to the venue he was all over he place answering questions and helping us with stuff that honestly our coordinator should have been doing. He was amazing and I truly do not know what we would have done without him - as I knew it would be, the DJ service was outstanding. He used our Spotify playlist (so cool that you can do that) and mixed in a few things too which was perfect. I am pretty laid back so was hoping he would run with things which he did. Everything was seamless and he even came to get my groom and I drink refills! He called us a couple days before to ensure the entire evening was planned out to a T and even offered helpful tips like how to cut our cake, etc which I thought was great! He even came over himself to where my wedding party and groom and I had our drinks before the reception (a small cocktail bar across the street) to round everyone up and give us direction for our reception entrance. I am truly blown away by how helpful he was. Highly highly recommend! Thank you so much Justin and Beau Vaughn.

We had multiple song requests that we wanted played at certain times throughout night and he never missed a beat and everything flowed together very well. One thing my mom loved about Beau Vaughn is that the entire team took control and allowed her to relax and enjoy herself. We told them what we wanted and they took care of everything for the rest of the evening. Personally, I think anyone considering Beau Vaughn should hire them for all of their services but either way you can't go wrong. I promise you won’t regret having them be a part of your big day – my day wouldn’t have been the same without them!
