My husband and I as well as the rest of our wedding party were thrilled with the photos we received from our wedding day. From the office assistants, to the photographers, all the way to the editors, we couldn't be happier with the memories we will cherish forever. The office assistants were punctual, professional, and great at communicating and keeping organized. The editors made our photos so beautiful. The photographers made the day relaxing, enjoyable, and much to our relief, not awkward. We had a bunch that doesn't care much for getting photos taken, including my husband and myself, but our photographers came with such enthusiasm and great ideas. They even allowed us to share our own ideas. They made sure everything we wanted was implemented from the locations for photos to the poses. I felt the price was inexpensive considering the experience and lifelong memories you take away with Beau Vaughn. I would recommend this company to anyone getting married!

Beau Vaughn did a phenomenal job with my Wedding photography, videography, and photo booth. The team is incredibly talented, responsive, professional, and easy to work with! My entire family enjoyed the beautiful photos captured from the team throughout the wedding day. Members of the wedding party kept mentioning how the team from Beau Vaughn were some of the best photographers they have worked with it and were on top it with everything from ensuring hair ties were removed off wrists to hair being out of place and even help track down the party bus taking us around KC for pictures. One of my favorite aspects of choosing Beau Vaughn photography is the 14-day turnaround time for photos and videos, it was incredible to get the photos after only two weeks from the wedding date. Furthermore, the team is incredibly knowledgable and during the planning meeting we were guided on even what to do during the cake cutting and best positions to stand while my groom gave his speech. It is the attention to little details that truly make Beau Vaughn the best-of-the best in Wedding photography. As far as the videographer, this is something I highly recommend including in part of your package because it truly highlighted so many amazing moments from the wedding for us to watch over and over for many years to come. My grandmother loved it so much because she said she was able to see some of the events that went on for the first time because the actual day is such a whirlwind. Originally, we were not going to select this service, but we are both overjoyed with the ability of the team at Beau Vaughn to capture the most important moments from the day and put it together so seamlessly in video form, it is truly special. The photo booth was both a blast and served as a memento for guests to have from the wedding. They print multiple copies for people on site and you can access the entire album online. We love having the book of all the photo strips from the night, they are hilarious! In summary, if you want professional, accommodating, and amazing wedding photos and videos, Beau Vaughn is the place for you! They are truly the real deal!

I am so happy with my decision to book Beau Vaughn for our photo booth for our 6/8/18 wedding. They were actually a last minute vendor for us, since we didn't decide until about 2 weeks before to have a photo booth. They were incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry with information, great pricing and package options. On the day of, their set-up was great and everyone loved having them there! The best part was getting a photo book with all of the photo strips that people had done and signed. And it was great getting digital copies as well! They did a fantastic job!

We used Beau Vaughn for engagement and wedding photography. Our photographs came back beautifully, we were over the moon excited. The 2 week turn around time is amazing! The photographers were very easy to work with, very professional, and didn't miss any important shots. Just phenomenal. The photo both was a hit. There was always a line to get in and get pictures taken. Not to mention it is hilarious to look back on everyone’s photos. Our 2 photographers were just outstanding. They did what we wanted plus more.

If there is anything brides will never regret spending on - its the videography. My husband and I watched our videos as soon as we got back from our honeymoon. Cue the tears and tissues! I am so thankful to have speeches, our first dance, and elements of our day in a video. Videos just bring people to life in a way that photos can't. (And don't get me wrong - I LOVED their photos!). And to watch our day with our favorite songs in the background brought absolute joy. As a bride the day of your wedding goes by FAST. Super fast in fact. And I remember feeling sad when it was over because I had so much fun! And you ask yourself: Did I live up my wedding day? Did I live it to the fullest and have a great time? And when I found my videos I had absolutely no doubt in my mind: my wedding was amazing, and I was blessed with so many friends and family. Beau Vaughn was super accommodating throughout the video process. They even helped me retrieve footage of a moment I remembered that wasn't in the film. All in all, I'm absolutely in love with this video and my wedding day, thanks to BeauVaughn. THANKS A MILLION!

Justin and his team are the very best! We could not have been happier with our photos. We had them shoot our rehearsal dinner as well as our wedding on New Year's Eve. Our first look pictures were especially stunning. People kept saying they belonged in a magazine! I'd say the best thing about Beau Vaughn is their photographer's ability to blend into your guests - many times I didn't even know they were there getting the shot, but they always did. The turn around/editing time is the shortest I've seen but does not sacrifice the quality of your photos. The beautiful work really speaks for itself. Cannot recommend enough!

Beau Vaughn was such a great team to work with and made our wedding day such a breeze! From the very beginning we were blown away by the experience of the photographers and everything that the editing team was capable of. Lucy was always quick to respond to all of our emails and answer any and all of the questions I had. The team that came out to our wedding was professional and fun to work with. They did so well at directing our large wedding party and large family. I received so many comments and compliments about them for our guests after the wedding. We were so impressed with how our photos turned out and we got the photos back in just 2 weeks!! We had several friends that had to wait months to see their photos from other photographers so it was so nice to get ours right away. I haven’t heard of any other company with as much skill, that can touch up and edit all of your photos and get them back in such a short time. Beau Vaughn may not be the cheapest option out there, but they were well worth every penny, and you really get a lot for what you are spending. We did not want to chance getting subpar photos on a day that we put so much time and money into planning for over a year. Our photos are what we will have to remember this day forever and we wanted to make sure they were a quality product. There were a couple photos I would have liked to have gotten that I wish we had, like we did not get of photo of our rings or like an overall picture of the venue after it is was set up and decorated and things like that. There was a form to fill out of all the shots you want, so I would suggest being specific on the form if there is anything you must have and make a list before the wedding so you can make sure nothing gets missed. Or just ask them the day of because they are super easy to work with! Overall we were very impressed with how they captured our special day and would recommend them every time.

Like so many others, I cannot say enough great things about working with Beau Vaughn for our wedding day. From the very first time I saw them at a bridal show, I was hooked, but I never thought I'd be able to afford them. They worked with me to come up with a custom package that fit our budget and boy did they DELIVER! We never once had any trouble contacting them, and I asked a million questions. Beyond receiving hundreds upon hundreds of beautiful photos and a nice "video" (photo slideshow) of the best ones, there is a full staff of incredibly talented and helpful individuals that I was LUCKY to have access to throughout the planning process. I struggled with the details - wedding colors, what types of photos I wanted, posing, family photo lists, and especially putting it all together for the day of timeline. The staff at Beau Vaughn provided me several different examples of their galleries to show me how different colors photograph, how they work in indoor lighting, you name it, they had it. Additionally, when I struggled for weeks coming up with a timeline, I finally just emailed them what my priorities were and any set times, and the staff put together a rough timeline FOR ME - within 15 minutes of my initial request! Not a single question about planning my big day went unanswered, even those that weren't specifically related to photography. Their service extends beyond the line of duty, and for that I am forever thankful. We have beautiful photos, and our day was perfect. Photos were delivered on time, a sampling of photos were delivered within a week of our wedding date - we loved looking at them on our honeymoon. Phenomenal, HONEST, people to work with. Though they may seem expensive, the packages were comparable, if not lower than many competitors with similar quality work. They deliver very high res digital photos, all in color and black and white, plus the online gallery is nice for sharing with our friends/family. We had about 700 unique photos, and the video was nicely done and was over 5 minutes long - I can't remember exact length at the moment. You won't be disappointed!

We hired Beau Vaughn as our photographer and videographer! First off, this company should be rated for than 5 stars. Their work is absolutely fantastic and we couldn't have been more pleased with them!! When we first met with them, they were so nice and personable and did a wonderful presentation of what their company was all about. We booked them the following Monday and were so excited. We first had our engagement session with them and we were so pleased with the turn out!! Our pictures were beautiful! They designed our save the dates too and did a great job! When wedding day arrived, their team was so on point and made sure everything was perfect! They captured so many great photo's and we definitely had a blast going to a fun location and taking pictures. After seeing a sneak peak of some photos from our wedding day, I was seriously in shock! They were stunning!! There were some pictures we took and I thought that they probably wouldn't turn out good because maybe it was a pose that I’m not used to doing, but boy did they did out good!! Never doubt them when they suggest a certain pose and when they want to take a picture with a certain background...they know what they’re doing!! Our videographer did such a fantastic job. He captured some very special moments!! When we watched our trailer and highlight video, we were so impressed. I couldn't stop smiling. The scenes went perfectly with the music we picked. Our video literally gave us a preview of our entire day! We also had them make a video of our wedding ceremony at the church and it turned out great as well. They are also quick about getting pictures/videos back to you, which I loved. Also, I can’t forget to mention their fabulous manager Lucy! I communicated with her for months off and on, up until our wedding. Lucy is great at communicating and getting back to you quick. Whether you are emailing her or talking to her on the phone, she is very sweet and will do whatever she can to help answer all of your questions! Thank you Beau Vaughn for everything and for capturing moments that I will cherish forever!!!

Beau Vaughn was phenomenal to work with. They did photography and videography at my brothers wedding the year prior and actually I picked my own wedding date around the dates they were available! They always responded so quickly to any questions I had and were all so friendly to work with. Aside from their amazing personalities and work, my favorite thing about Beau Vaughn was how quickly we got our photos and video back! The photos were beautiful and the videos are something I will forever cherish. I could not imagine having my wedding day without these amazing experts! Beau Vaughn is great for a videographer! Lucy is who you stay in contact with and she is so helpful and quick with every response. I would recommend Eric as your videographer! He was so laid back but still made sure to get what you wanted. Loved our video!

My wife and I chose Beau Vaughn for our wedding. We researched at least a dozen different companies and this was the easiest decision of the entire wedding process. We had the photography, videography, and DJ services and all of them exceeded our expectations. Coming from a grooms perspective, they were able to make a camera shy guy feel comfortable in front of the camera. I would recommend Beau Vaughn to anyone and everyone.

I feel it important to leave this review because this company is very efficient at marketing their product, but do not live up to expectations, and I really want others to be aware. Also, the minute that they received our final payment, we could not even get a hold of them. Prior the the final payment, they were super attentive to all of our e-mails. But afterwards, everything changed. I waited to post this review so that I could contact them first with my concerns and give them a chance to make things right. But unfortunately, a week has gone by, and I have yet to hear back. There are multiple 5 star reviews, and an impressive portfolio. They also pride themselves on professional editing. I wish I could have had the experience that these other reviewers did. However, I am not completely satisfied with our pictures at all. Don't get me wrong, they did take SOME great shots. However, for the price we paid and previous work we saw from Beau Vaughn, we do not feel like the standards were upheld. My sister in law has a BFA in photography, and I have previously worked in graphic design. Both of us can agree that the majority of our photos seem amateur. There are many pictures where I can see how something was clearly Photoshopped, for example, under my chin. Additionally, a lot of the pictures are very over exposed and the lighting still needs a lot of work. I understand our ceremony was supposed to be outside, but with the rain, there should have been adequate preparation for an indoor ceremony. A professional company should know how to accommodate for indoor lighting. Not only with the editing, but the photographers provided no direction in how people were to be positioned for portrait pictures. They would simply say which side of the family was next, and just stand there, expecting us to arrange ourselves. I know from experience with other photographers (and talking to some other professionals) that it is expected of photographers to direct. The majority of the pictures are not evenly spaced and now I cannot even print them because they look so unprofessional and awkward. This is something I know can be fixed in Photoshop, and for the amount we paid, this should have been taken care of. Now, I will probably have to fix them myself. So yes, I will not deny the fact that there are some great shots. But, as a whole, the pictures do not live up to the standards of Beau Vaughn's reputation. I honestly feel let down that we were so excited to use these guys as our photographers, and this was the result.

I did A LOT of research when choosing an engagement/wedding photographer. Every photo I came across that I loved would bear the Beau Vaughn logo, so I thought I would check them out. After my first consult with Justin, I knew I didn't need to look anywhere else. The photos they take of their brides and brides-to-be are breathtaking. Their edits to artistic photos are absolutely priceless. My now husband and I were not super excited to pose awkwardly for engagement photos, but Beau Vaughn really made us feel at ease! No awkwardness here! They come up with some unique poses that really look incredible and natural in the photos. We had our giant dogs with us for engagement photos, and our photographer, Lindsey, got some amazing shots of them! When wedding planning, they listened to all our requests for photos/videos and once the big day arrived, Lucy, Parker, and Justin didn't miss a thing! The quality of our photos and videos were unmatched. Everyone that saw our photos were just blown away by the quality, and just how beautiful everything was. They captured all the details. It was so fun seeing the photos and watch the videos of things that I missed while I was getting ready and too busy on the dance floor. I especially liked how they stand in the back during your ceremony and are able to take photos with a high zoom lens so as not to block the view of any guests. My advice to any bride starting their vendor search - choose Beau Vaughn for all your photography and videography needs. Your wedding photos preserve your memory and you Beau Vaughn will help you relive the big day all over again. Not to mention they are fantastic to work with! THANK YOU!

I initially met with BV because of The Knot ratings for them and let me tell you, I am so glad I did. I've never written a review before, but for them- it's worth it. First of all, the only things you have to take away from your wedding are your photos and I wanted someone who not only would take photos, but would capture the soul of each moment. Justin, Val, Lucy and the entire BV team are the kindest, most professional people I was able to work with during our wedding planning process. Due to an unforseen issue, Val even helped us look for a new wedding venue! Our engagement photo session was so much fun and gave us a great insight into what our wedding day would be like. Our photographers and videographer were just incredible. Our photos are something out of a magazine. What really separates them from the rest though were the moments that made a major difference. While we were leaving the church to go to the hotel for our reception, Val told our driver to take us for a spin around the city and to NOT bring us back until our champagne glasses were empty... let me tell you. THOSE are the memories we have now. A moment of quiet in the chaos to take it all in. No one would have thought of that except for her and we are so grateful. After our wedding, my mom (of course) thought she looked fat and my brother (of course) wore a grey tux instead of a black one (is there even such a thing?) Not only did they photoshop my brother's tux to look black so it matched everyone else, but they photoshopped my mom to look thinner just so she would be happy-- and for free, y'all. Our wedding video was just incredible- we were in awe when we saw it. I don't have enough good things to say about them and I wish BV nothing but all of the success in the world. They are worth every-damn-penny.

Beau Vaughn was amazing to work with on our big day and leading up to it! Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Their team hustles all day and never stops working! They pay attention to the small details and made me and my husband feel at ease the entire day. We used their Photography, Videography and DJ services. Photography was incredibly important to me while planning the wedding because it is the one thing we will have for the rest of our lives. Our photographers with Beau Vaughn were amazing! They showed up right on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They were personable and everyone in the family and wedding party felt very comfortable - it didn't feel at all like there were strangers with cameras running around. We got our sneak peek before we even returned from our honeymoon and got all of our pictures 2 weeks after the wedding. We loved them all so much! I also requested a few more edits to remove some background noise and the strap from the underneath layer on my dress that was peeking out and they were more than happy to help with that as well. Overall, we had an awesome experience and highly recommend Beau Vaugh!

We use Beau Vaughn for both our engagement and wedding photos. Jason did a great job capturing our wedding day and creating memories for our future. We loved have two photographers available for our entire day. When the storm clouds poured for the entire day, Jason was able to get us some great indoor shots that we hadn't initially planned on. Our photos were finished just as promised and look GREAT. I loved the sneak peaks that were put up. The artistic photos are beautiful. I will definitely recommend Beau Vaughn to friends and family.

Beau Vaughn is amazing! My pictures are so beautiful!!! They are so great at what they do! During the wedding ceremony and reception you forget where they are, but the manage to get the most amazing pictures of everything!! We loved the guidance on how to pose and just the whole experience! They are so nice and great at making you feel comfortable! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

We were blown away with our wedding photos and video. They made everyone feel comfortable during the day for the group photos and captured great candid moments at the reception. I don’t think it can be stressed enough how efficient they were when it came to the family photos too. We only had one idea/request for a photo, and they came through in making it a reality and it turned out better than imagined. Our video was a great addition to the fabulous photos. The editing they did to sync it up with the lyrics of some of our song choices was awesome. Again they captured some fantastic moments, and we are so happy with the results. They were absolute professionals all day, and you could tell they cared about the work they were doing to capture all the moments on such a special day.

Beau Vaughn provided the photobooth for our wedding and everyone had so much fun! Our photobook(which was provided) was completely full by the end of the night! They even put it together for us! They send you a link within 2 weeks where you can share with family, download them, and enjoy the slideshow as well! Such a fun addition to our day!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They are absolutely the best!! I first discovered Beau Vaughn at a bridal convection; from the minute I saw their display I knew I wanted them to be our photographers. Everyone was so friendly and professional. We purchased their photography package, videography package, and the photobooth. The photobooth was so much fun; they gave us two printed copies- one for the guests in the picture and one that went into an album they created for us, and then we also got an online copy that was fun to share on social media. The video was very well done and captured so many sentimental moments without the videographer ever being "noticeable" while shooting the film-I rarely even noticed her and was even caught off guard sometimes when I saw her filming us because I didn't realize at first she was there! The photographers were also very friendly and stayed incognito throughout the wedding day. I was very impressed how thorough and detailed the photographers were - they noticed small things like pockets being untucked, or necklace clasps in the wrong spot before taking the photos. They were so patient, fun, and kind. Great people to work with - I can't wait to get our album back and see their creativity come to life.

My husband and I hired Beau Vaughn photography for our wedding and we were not disappointed! Our first photographer arrived an hour prior to the start of their time slot just to scope the place out which we were so impressed with. I don't know how they move so fast but I never had to go find a photographer for a photo opp because they always seemed to already be right by us ready to snap a photo. The photos were ready just short of two weeks and look phenomenal!

They were absolutely amazing!!! From the planning to the day of to after the wedding, hands down phenomenal!! Our photographers were amazing they made us so comfortable during the pictures and made sure we got the shots we wanted, our videography turned out great. We cannot praise Beau Vaughn Photography enough. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They looked at my Pinterest boards before our special day and made sure they got as many as they could. Every time I emailed them, they responded promptly and were willing to help in any way possible. They also make sure you get as much as you can out of the funds you have. They were very honest and told us to print the pictures elsewhere since ordering prints from them would be more expensive. We really appreciated that because we had a tight budget. They were the first vendor my husband and I agreed we needed to have. As soon as we left their office, we wanted to contact them and book them as soon as we could. Their work speaks for themselves. We have not received our wedding pictures, but we did have them do our engagement pictures and have received so many comments on them. Thank you Beau Vaughn. We will definitely use you again.

We don't feel a short paragraph of our review will do justice to what the Beau Vaughn has done for us. Right from our engagement pictures to our wedding pictures and videos, they have beautifully captured all our moments which we will treasure for life. They took all the time and patience to understand our vision for our vintage themed engagement and wedding. They have excellent equipment to capture all those awesome images. With our theme, the pictures and videos looked like it was straight out of a movie. The comments we received from friends and family all the more made us realize that we made the right choice. The bride's family was unable to attend since they were overseas and the pictures and videos were all they had to see and they were truly amazed. Many told us that this is amazing and extremely professional photography. I know reviews say it all but pictures speak even louder so please, if you consider the Beau Vaughn team (which we HIGHLY recommend), visit their website and check out the beautiful pictures! It is important to capture and save every moment of your wedding (after spending months of planning on it) so you can always look back and cherish and relive those moments - this team did EXACTLY that. They were creative, fun, and very helpful throughout the time - felt like our best of friends were clicking pictures for us. Most importantly - they make you feel very comfortable and let us be ourselves instead of having some fixed poses. They also delivered the polished content on time as promised, both photos and videos. We are very thankful to them for ALL their hard work and the beautiful outcome of it.

We had a wonderful experience with BV Photography! We highly recommend Justin and his group. We planned from afar and they were great to work with. We were able to FaceTime with Justin before booking and any time we had any questions Lucy would respond immediately to emails or calls. The pictures and the video turned out absolutely amazing and above all of that- Justin was beyond professional and a pleasure to work with. On the day of the wedding Justin was great with getting all the family and kids organized for pictures, he was great with the whole bridal party even when everyone was getting rowdy. He was right there offering to help with anything else that we needed. He was in charge of his whole group of photographers and videographers and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We highly recommend Justin and his group and beyond thrilled went with BV for our wedding!

Words cannot begin to describe how much of a fan I am of Beau Vaughn (BV) Photography. From the initial consultation all the way up to wedding day, my now husband and I knew we were in great hands. They are all so passionate about their work, very hospitable and extremely talented in what they do. What struck me most was their willingness to make things right. Our trailer video had a different song set to it than we expected but with no questions asked, they immediately made it right. I respect that type of customer service and integrity. On wedding day, I didn't feel like I had to manage my wedding since they had it all covered. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I loved working with all of their team: photography, videography and DJ. Justin was the third photographer we met with and while the first two took beautiful pictures, his level of professionalism really set him apart. Beau Vaughn is fantastic at what they do and we loved both our engagement and wedding photos. On top of that, they definitely deliver on their two week turn around and we were thrilled to have the pictures to look at when we returned from our honeymoon. Both of the photographers on our wedding day were fantastic and kept our bridal party relaxed while still making sure we hit all of our location stops around the city before the ceremony. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to capture beautiful memories from their wedding day.

There are just too many good things list about Beau Vaugh photography. Our photos were absolutely amazing! Justin and his team are consummate professionals. These guys get it done. Justin has done over 500 weddings two of which I have had the pleasure of working with. For both weddings Justin and his team have exceeded expectations. They showed up early and stayed late. Justin and his team were very organized and professional on both occasions. You can see Justin and his teams experience when they are working. It is not easy to coordinate photos with so many people at one event, but Justin makes it look easy! While working with Justin the picture taking, posing, set ups, just seemed to flow and at the end of the day we had an amazing product. Out of all the wedding planning including, DJ, Wedding Planner, Florist, Officiants, etc. I had piece of mind knowing that Justin and his team were going to show up and do an excellent job on wedding day. Even if it meant showing up in Aspen CO for our destination wedding. I could go on and on all day about how great of a product Beau Vaugh provides. I will not hesitate to use Beau Vaughn for any photography needs in the future. Also I am not sure many other photographers would have hiked with all of the photography gear to an aspen grove in the mountains to shoot our wedding photos. Not to mention tracking down water for the wedding party after the hike! Thank you so much Beau Vaughn for capturing all of our special moments on our wedding day!

We had the Beau Vaughn Photobooth at our wedding reception and it was a hit! The Beau Vaughn staff were very easy to work with, as they were kind and flexible. Guests of all ages enjoyed the photobooth and we've received great feedback from family and friends. We also loved how we received a book of all the photobooth strips with personal notes from our guests, as well as receiving all the photos online. We would recommend the Beau Vaughn Photobooth to anyone!

Review from the Bride: Photographs are one of the most important parts of a wedding, and my husband and I are absolutely enthralled with how Beau Vaughn captured our big day! We found Beau Vaughn at a bridal show in Kansas City, and we ended up winning a free engagement shoot with them. We had an incredible time with Val at our shoot; she was warm, funny, easy to work with and just an absolute blast. We knew after the shoot that we wanted Beau Vaughn (and specifically Val!) to do our wedding! Between our engagement shoot and the actual wedding, Beau Vaughn made planning and preparation easy with online forms and personally emailing me back and forth. They were extremely sweet and professional in all their communication, and I felt completely taken care of. On the day of the wedding, Val (and our second photographer Thor), were simply incredible. They were on time, fun, kept things moving and captured what we wanted and more! We had so much fun with both of them on our day, and Thor even stayed past our agreed upon departure time so he could capture the final moments of our reception. They were both professional but friendly and fun, and I was so thankful to have their capable hands shooting the wedding. We got our pictures less than two weeks later; they sent me a beautiful box with a jump drive that held all the photos in both black and white and color, as well as a video montage to our first dance song. In addition, I got a link and a download code I could share with friends and family. I would not have wanted any company other than Beau Vaughn to capture our special day. We felt so special and taken care of them, not just on our actual wedding day, but also throughout the entire process. Our photos are beyond beautiful, and I truly recommend them to anyone! Beau Vaughn did our engagement photos, wedding photography and videography and they all turned out amazing! Their two photographers for the day of the wedding did an amazing job and helped us to get the photos that we were really dreaming of. Our dog is our baby and they worked with her to be able to get a photo of her balancing our wedding bands on her nose and it was great! It is one of our absolute favorite photos and were so happy that they worked so well with us to help us get the photos we dreamed of having! Our videos look amazing and made some of my family cry when they saw it because they captured such a great day so well! I would definitely highly recommend Beau Vaughn over and over again!
