nd confirmed our plan the week before. They left half our guests waiting at the other hotel causing our ceremony to start late.
Later in the evening one of our guests made a joke and said “I’m glad you remembered to pick us up!” The driver overreacted and kicked our guest off the bus, accusing him of a “felony.” It got so out of hand that people on the bus thought the driver was unwell and not suitable to drive. People started calling Ubers to get off the shuttle.

They also ran trips back to the hotel throughout the evening for anyone who wanted to return early. The limo drivers emailed me when they were leaving and emailed me before to introduce themselves. The limos were clean and fully equipped. The drivers were so nice.
We had a few intoxicated members of the bridal party and the drivers waited for everyone to settle down, finish doing what they had to do in the bushes, and waited an hour over their booking time and went to a hotel out of the way, and not on their itinerary to make sure everyone had a safe way to get home. I was amazed at how great they were.
