A few months before the wedding, my hair trial had to be rescheduled due to a scheduling oversight, and there was some confusion again as the new date approached. Thankfully, I was able to complete my trial with Angelo, who was fantastic. About a week before the wedding, Maria requested a phone call to go over the schedule. I waited for the call for about an hour before reaching out, only to find there had been a misunderstanding about who was initiating the call. During that conversation, she was very focused on creating a detailed styling order for the day, which ultimately wasn’t necessary or used. Additionally, I was initially told that if more than six people needed services, there would be two stylists present. However, a week before the wedding, I learned there would only be one. That said, Angelo truly made the experience positive. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly talented. He did an amazing job on my hair, and all of my bridesmaids and family looked beautiful. He was also easy to communicate with directly, which gave me peace of mind leading up to the wedding. Overall, if you value very strong organization and consistent communication, this company may not be the best fit. However, Angelo himself was wonderful, and I’m very grateful he was part of my wedding day.

Stephanie took time to validate my feelings, concerns, and was so thoughtful. She got me in the same week and blew me away. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and actual care for the client was something I had never experienced before. I felt comfortable sharing thoughts and she really brought my vision to life. Even on the actual wedding day, she was there early and ready with excitement. I would recommend her to anyone. My entire bridal party loved her. She made my mom feel beautiful too. I can't put into words how amazing she is. She helped me feel stunning.

The only issue I had with Beaute Luxe was the lack of communication after I booked with them. I had to reach out to figure out when I needed to schedule my trial, when they required payment, and to get the plan for the day. I was told the week of the wedding that I was required to book a hotel for our artists, which would have been fine if I had been told up front. However, it seemed like management had not even looked up where our venue was until the week of the wedding. It was an unfortunate added stress on such a happy day. My advice is to get a detailed quote with everything up front. Not just the hair and makeup costs.

On the wedding day, we had a huge bridal party (17 people!) and her team had us all finished perfectly on time—starting at 6am and wrapping by 11am. Every single person looked gorgeous and felt so confident. My makeup lasted the entire day and night (including false lashes) and the hair extensions she color-matched were spot-on and blended perfectly. One of the sweetest moments was seeing how she worked with my grandma. My grandma had the biggest smile after her hair and makeup were done, and it’s something I’ll never forget. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to be part of our day. Everyone looked and felt amazing, and I’m so grateful to Stephanie for making it all happen!

Her kind and compassionate personality made me feel instantly comfortable and she was open to any feedback or changes I wanted made. Her and Brianna showed up bright and early on my wedding day to get started and made everyone look flawless. They finished ahead of schedule for a calm wedding morning. I loved her so much I continue to see Maria for regular cut and highlights at her salon in Downers Grove!

E... she can do ANYTHING with your hair and make it beautiful. She is especially talented at extensions and updos... I NEVER thought I'd like myself in an updo... and sure enough... I ended up with one for my wedding because my trial was so perfect! THANK YOU for everything Maria. You are a beautiful human inside and out!!

DAY despite many happy cries and lots of dancing. The makeup felt so light I barely felt like I was wearing anything. Maria really made my dream come true, perfecting the look I was going for. Highly recommend!
