booked with Adriana over a year ago when she had her trial and was reassured that we would be well taken care of since Adriana could not be there due to an injury. Crystal came in with an attitude and was rude and unapologetic for a situation she could have made better. Her work was subpar, and she didn’t even have the equipment necessary! After less than an hour she started packing up to leave for another wedding party while there were still other bridesmaids waiting for their hair to be done basically dumping it on the other hairstylist who was doing her best to at least accommodate! We paid a lot of money for this service for 10 of us and was not given the service we paid for. What happened to their own motto, “Glam Teams never leave your side”? How do you run a business like that?! Horrible!

the transition was seamless. Working with Crystal was easy from the moment she contacted me to schedule our trial. She was very responsive, organized, and professional. The space for the trial was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Crystal was able to help me virtually pick out clip in hair extensions for the day off and I couldn't have been happier with the way the color matched my hair. Crystal and her team were prompt and remained on schedule the entire day. This even included doing hair for a bridesmaid who initially had not planned to have hers done professionally but saw how great everyone else's looked and decided at the last minute to get hers done too. My entire bridal party's hair looked stunning. I was so thrilled with my wedding day hair look and how well it stayed over the entire day. My hair was still completely intact even long after we returned to the hotel after the after party despite the heat and humidity that day. Everything about the experience was flawless and I would highly recommend Crystal for your hair needs.

I felt like the best version of myself when the she was done, and I felt like no matter how I was smiling in each picture or the ones caught off guard it didn’t matter because the hair and makeup made me look like the best version of myself in each photo. I felt like the best version of myself all night without question. 10/10 would recommend and use again if needed.

o create my vision right away. Being a covid bride there were several changes to my date and Adriana was always so accommodating and easy to work with. The morning of my wedding Adriana and her assistant were not only extremely professional but made all of my bridesmaids feel at ease. They were able to style my girls each the exact way they had wanted and everyone looked beautiful. My hair was pure perfection and held all day, all night and I even woke up the next morning and it still looked amazing. I can not say enough great things about Adriana. Your hair in excellent hands with her and I would recommend her to all of my friends and family. She really was so amazing and it’s so nice that she’s also a very warm and genuine person.

inute we aren’t sure if it is going to happen. Both followed precautions to ensure both themselves and my wedding party felt safe. Adriana did my make-up and truly listened to what I envisioned. Adriana also did all the make-up for my party and everyone looked amazing. Crystal did the hair for myself and my party. Again she did a great job of listening to what we all wanted and ensuring everyone was happy. Due to COVID-19, I did not have a hair trial and Crystal was able to put the look on I wanted on the spot. I highly recommend both these ladies!! I will asp be using them for future events.
