Hello everyone. We are pleased to introduce ourselves to you. Our names are David and Lisa. We are a happily married couple and the owners of Beautiful Beginnings Farm. The peculiarity of our wedding venue is that we do all the work on organizing and holding weddings personally. So, our clients, from the first contact with us until the completion of the wedding events, communicate exclusively with the owners. It allows our clients to quickly and easily resolve issues that arise both in the process of booking a wedding and in the process of wedding ceremony and reception. Another unique thing about our venue is that we provide a wide range of decorations for your ceremony and reception completely free of charge (included in packages). Our decorations are constantly being updated and replenished. In addition, we will decorate wedding tables and other wedding attributes to your taste for free. We put all our energy and love into Beautiful Beginnings Farm in order to constantly develop and provide our potential clients with more services, more amenities, more original spaces for ceremonies and photo sessions. We provide our clients with a choice of three wedding packages to suit three different budgets. So, our prices are affordable for most who want to spend their special day in a cozy, quiet and at the same time modern and comfortable wedding venue. We are proud to tell you that in our 10 years of operation, our wedding venue has married over 400 couples. We are inspired by this result and want to continue to provide an unforgettable experience to all couples who choose us as the venue for their special day.
We are the perfect mix of modern and rustic wedding venue located in the lush and green Morgan County (Newborn, GA).
ARE INCLUDED IN ALL OF OUR PACKAGES:
- 3-hour rehearsal/dinner (5pm-8pm (6pm-9pm) on Friday for the Weekend package/ on Thursday for the Sunday package)
- 4 ceremony locations to choose from (1 Indoor & 3 Outdoor)
- a large selection of decorations for the ceremony and reception
- decoration of ceremony and reception places
- a barn, a fully furnished apartment to be used as a bridal suite, grooms lounge, outside kitchen, pavilion with string lighting and heating/air system, playground.
- 8 farm style tables with bench seating, 5 round banquet tables with chairs, cake tables, tables for gifts, favors & guest book
- bar area, dance floor, serving tables, and a place for the DJ.
AVAILABLE FOR CELECTION in all wedding packages without extra charge:
- the bride and groom can use the apartment as a honeymoon suite on the wedding night
- antique doors, white arch with/without doors, bench style seating, whiskey barrels, 4 types of canisters for your favorite flowers.

ney they were extremely kind to our family. My mother in law lives in Georgia and was able to tour the venue for us almost a year before our wedding date. This Saturday we finally got to say I do in front of our families and it was PERFECT! We arrived on Thursday to go over what decorations we wanted Friday had our rehearsal dinner and my sisters and I got to stay the night and David was so kind made sure we knew they were there for us and made sure the air was set perfect. Saturday morning I got to wake up to my wedding being set up and my day started. David and Lisa made sure we had everything we needed. Lisa turned me into a model and we loved every minute of our special day because of the love they poured into our day. I know God sent us this beautiful venue with his beautiful people. ke your day special for you! My daughter just got married there 2 days ago, October 4, 2025. From your first visit to tour the grounds and say “Yes to the venue” to the moment you are leaving the night your wedding is over they are never further away than a text message!
We did the weekend package! The farm is your from Friday until Sunday morning at 10 when the happy couple has to “check out”. David works hard to keep the farm running and beautiful. Lisa works tirelessly making sure every decoration and detail is to your liking! Her infectious smile and excitement for what she does is amazing! Such a fun couple to work with!
Don’t make a venue decision until you at least go see Beautiful Beginnings Farm! If you do choose them, tell them I said “Hey”!

perfect. David and Lisa were easy to work with and so helpful the day of the wedding. Lisa helped turn what was a lot of flowers to beautiful centerpieces and ceremony flowers. You can bring in your own vendors which was perfect for us but also so much was included like tables and chairs and some table decor
Also so many beautiful spaces to take photos too!
I am an event planner and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for that beautiful space with the best owners to work with.

ur big day!! Lisa is amazing at decorations and took the hassle of decor off of our plate, and it couldn’t have looked better. The venue itself is absolutely stunning! So many places to take photos and get married. The reception area is perfect and heated and cooled!! If you are in search of a perfect venue, definitely take a look at this one!! I know anyone who steps foot out there will love it, just like we did on our big day!!

you have just found your venue at Beautiful Beginnings Farm. From start to finish, David and Lisa were unbelievable. They went above and beyond to make our day as beautiful as we imagined it. From the decor, to the amenities, to the bridal suite, to the photos EVERYTHING was absolutely phenomenal. It is at an EXTREMELY reasonable price, and they include so so so much in their wedding packages. The hosts are VERY responsive and communicative and were super clear on all of their policies, which were not restrictive whatsoever IMO! I genuinely believe this is the best wedding venue in North Georgia — and I looked at a TON! David was super helpful with getting my grandmother around the property with his golf cart, amongst many other things. Lisa takes BEAUTIFUL STUNNING photographs and helps pose you to make sure you come out looking picture perfect! I wish I could get married again just to enjoy another beautiful day here at the Farm! (Maybe a renewal in a few years… 😉) Thank you David and Lisa for being the BEST HOSTS EVER!!!

t big on decorations so her simple taste and variety of colors were much appreciated. David has taken his gift of maintaining the 20 acres of amazing land and making it the perfect venue.
The pricing for our Saturday wedding in February was no more than 4,100 (including deposit, damages, security, etc). The security deposit ($500) will be returned after the wedding if there are no damages. Our total wedding was $3600. These prices can very depending on when you get married but for that price it was perfect. We were given FREE decorations to use, were able to provide our own food (rather than catering), did not need a bartender (no liquor allowed at the venue), and had a ceremony and reception starting at 4pm-10pm.
Friday night we did rehearsal from 5pm-8pm and were able to bring our own food or catering. We had enough time to practice walking down the aisle, entrances, and setting up personal decorations. Since I did not do catering, we set up our own food displays and brought all utensils needed since the venue does not provide anything for the food or drink services even with catering. There is a kitchen near the dining area.
We had less than 120 people (including children) that attended. The venue can accommodate up to 140 people but will charge $10 for each additional person not listed on the contract amount.
David and Lisa were very thoughtful in our planning and made sure we were happy with our day. I would recommend that if you do not have a day of coordinator to hire one (I would be willing to do it for any future bride. DM me at allisonnaidoo21@gmail.com). I did all the planning and coordinating myself which was easy up until the big day where I needed someone else to answer questions on the big day. We were able to get ready at the venue Saturday morning and had the option for the bride and groom to stay Friday before the wedding, and Saturday night after the wedding in the suite. The suite also doubles as the girls dressing room and there is a boys dressing room near the girls. I would recommend having hair and makeup come to you at the venue since there is a dedicated space to get ready!
I have no regrets choosing this venue and extremely thankful to David and Lisa for all of their help.

The night of the rehearsal, I set a mock table for my day of coordinator. Lisa was beyond happy to help her with finishing the tables and making sure everything was perfect on the wedding day. David makes sure the venue grounds are spotless.
As a bride, consistency was key. No other venue would answer calls or even email me back for a week (if I was lucky). BBF emailed me back within 15 minutes and we had a tour scheduled within 1 hour of emailing them. THAT was my first green flag that David and Lisa don’t do this just for a check like other venues, they do this because they love seeing people in love and sharing their special day.
this was the second place I toured and knew it was the spot. Hands down the best bang for your buck and it’s beautiful. I couldn’t believe how special they made us feel. It was truly the best day of my life. They were so welcoming and accommodating.
I can’t wait to return for other events. It’s a 100/10.

Lisa were an absolute treasure to be around and went to extreme lengths to ensure our day was perfect and everything we could have dreamed of. The personal touch of this being their home shines through in the obvious passion they have for event hosting, Lisa is genuinely excited to decorate and dote on the bride, her energy is unbeatable!!!
