n the 17 years of doing wedding florals, we rarely have couples who are not thrilled with our service, communication and quality. I would like to address your concerns, the standard length of a bridal bouquet is 12-14 inches. which unless specifically requested, we size to the industry normal standard. To clarify, i just reviewed your final proposal and your floral cost was not over $7000, it was $3359. plus NYS sales tax and delivery. (total all in $4083.22)The delivery/breakdown was $400, which is much more than usual because you opted to have my staff stay after your ceremony to repurpose all of the ceremony arrangements. The original picture that you sent, was well over your budget, and it was discussed at sample viewing, the exact budget down to the flower stem count that you wanted to keep. We accommodated this, but please understand that the flower quantity that you get for literally half the price is relatively half the quantity- the original quote of $7000 which matched your pinterest board was not within your reach we were told. This is why we wrote down the exact recipe and adjusted your sample with you present to make sure that you understood. Additionally, the bouquet that we sent you was baby breath and roses, exactly like the picture on your quote- when it arrived and you were unhappy and wanted to add pink hydrangea- we quickly went back to the studio and produced a second bouquet while leaving the original behind for you to do first look. We have the second one back in time for ceremony, of course, no additional charge. We just wanted a happy couple. Once again, sincerely sorry to hear that you were not happy - we hope that your day was an overall wonderful experience.
