und with this place. First of all, working on getting a quote from them was not a pleasant experience. It takes a long time for them to get back to you which can be very stressful for a bride planning a wedding. I first submitted for a quote in February and didn't hear back until a month and a half later (our wedding was in September so I really wanted to lock down our date!). To sum it up, making changes to the services we wanted was really frustrating because the administrative department kept listing the wrong wedding date on our contract, not attaching the contract to emails, listing the wrong services, etc. Little speed bumps like this began to make me worry that this company is not professional, and I considered going elsewhere. But the reviews on the actual work were so good that I remained hopeful! The disorganization wouldn't have mattered if I loved the work they did on my girls and I. I had my trial 2 months before the wedding (which cost me a significant amount of money and was not included in the bridal package). What I wanted really wasn't anything super special or complicated, just a low messy bun with pieces hanging out. At the end of the trial I was so disappointed with what it looked like. I explained that it looked nothing like the picture I showed her and that it was too high up and tight. She took some notes on what I wanted different so she could remember for the wedding, however, she did not offer to adjust or fix it a little to ease my mind. So the whole time leading up to the wedding, I wasn't even 100% sure my stylist knew how to give me the style I wanted but I tried to be hopeful because, like I said, it really wasn’t anything over the top. On the wedding day, the other girls and the moms went before me. 3/8 of them were actually happy with their hair. The other 5 looked nothing like what they wanted, and my mom's updo was noticeably lopsided. When it was my turn, I asked if she needed to see the picture again from 2 months ago, and she responded with, "no, I don't need to see it, I remember." So I thought she had a plan. As I was reminding her of what I wanted from the trial, she seemed to understand and remember what we had talked about previously. After about an hour of her working on it, I looked in the mirror and was shocked at how far off it was. She was doing the same thing she did at the trial and I started freaking out. When she was finished and showed me the back I was literally horrified at how not even close it was to what I wanted :( I explained to her that it was too high and tight back and how I wanted it low, messy and loose, to which she responded with "I don't know, you just have so much hair." She tried to adjust some pieces but it really didn't help as it was anchored wrong from the start. I am soooooo upset with how this looked. My husband still thought it looked nice, but I just could not get over how different it was from what I wanted, and how much we were charged for this service. I honestly regret using this group and I should have just looked up a tutorial on YouTube. I feel bad insulting someone's work, however, what I wanted truly was not anything extreme and should have been VERY achievable for a bridal hairstylist of that price to do. Be cautious if you use this group.

ad such an awesome experience working with them! They use airbrush for the foundation which makes the skin look like it's been photo-shopped in real life - and with no extra weight so it both feels and looks great!! The makeup (and hair) stayed put all day and nothing fell off or got smudged - and I do have oily skin so that was awesome! Also, I had my bridal hair and makeup preview done right in my home for which Jacqueline traveled far from her office - I highly appreciate this as it allowed to pick the best style for my wedding day. Thank you so very much! Highly recommend!!

he style. Even when I wanted to adjust the style a bit, they were open to my preferences! They took photos to document exactly what they did that day so that it could be replicated day of. On the day of the wedding, they arrived exactly on time, were set up and ready to go, and were flexible with who they were working on for hair/makeup when some of our bridesmaids had to step out/run other small errands. They were so kind and even assembled a fruit plate for me while they were finishing up my hair! Jacqueline also showed my bridesmaids how to put the veil in/out of my hair, which was very helpful! These were the sweetest people, they were so professional, and I received SO many compliments on my makeup!

ing, I expected them to be roughly in my price range. Turns out their pricing is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what is advertised. They are charging a significant amount of money for a bridal trial. I understand that this should be a little extra (perhaps?), but honestly what bride DOESN'T have a trial? They did email me back and apologized - basically said that the reason the price quote is so high is because I only have myself and one bridesmaid. If I book six+ girls for services, then their prices come down a few dollars. Well unfortunately that's not an option for me since I don't have a gigantic wedding party. If I had a huge wedding party, I might consider booking them. But honestly it felt like a bait-and-switch with extra fees tacked on for NECESSARY services that were included with most other vendors. Needless to say, I booked a different vendor! Buyer beware!!

I followed the timeline that Jacqueline suggested and we were ready right on schedule without feeling rushed. One of the many moments that stood out the morning of my wedding is how our hair and makeup team took an unusable flower crown from my florist and made it work for our flower girl! They took the extra time and care to turn the flower crown into something even better than we originally planned. This extra care and detail is exactly what you'll get if you book the Beautiful Dream Team. They take their time to ensure you look and feel the best on your most important day. I can't thank Jacqueline and the entire beautiful dream team enough for making me feel the prettiest I've ever felt. My entire bridal party loved their hair and makeup including my five bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and flower girl.

he most beautiful wedding make up I've ever seen! I was concerned that the make up might be heavy based on past experience I've had at other weddings, but the airbrush makeup was actually very light. I also LOVED how Jacqueline did custom looks on each girl to match their inspiration photos and coloring (instead of applying the same bronzed look on everyone). All the girls looks fantastic and I felt so confident and glowing. The MOB/MOG got their makeup done and looked great too - which shows that Jacqueline and her team can do makeup for all ages. Denise did a great job with the hair too - including some complicated styles that turned out so cool. She really helped bring my inspiration photos to life and I loved how my hair turned out. They did good work and pretty quickly (10 girls in 4.5 hours!) - and they're both so sweet. It was a little more expensive than I had planned on spending, but well worth it. I highly recommend Beautiful Dream Team!

edding. She also came to my house for my trial. My makeup looked amazing and she was very open to my opinions. She also put fake lashes on me during my trial, but they were in my line of sight and really bothered me. We knew we had to do something different on the wedding day. She put thinner lashes on me, closer to the outside of my eyes. They didn't bother me at all, and they looked just as good as if I had full lashes. She did a great job and I would definitely recommend her to future brides.

We were both really pleased with our looks and received many, many compliments. Barbra came along to do five of my bridesmaid’s hair. The girls were all very happy with their styles and also received many compliments. Having Alexa and Barbra travel to my house (quite a trip from the salon location) was a wonderful bonus and helped make my wedding day even more relaxing. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the Beautiful Dream Team!!

better at my trial. When I look at pictures, my eyes really pop at the trial, and less so at the wedding. The spa day was relaxing and really nice to do at the hotel. My bridesmaids and I had fun. They made it work in our hotel room. I loved the shellac manicure. My nails stayed near perfect for 2 weeks. The pedicure was more or less like having your toenails painted. No cutting, filing, scrubbing of calluses, anything like that. They do wash and put on lotion, though. The massage was not up to par at all and all 3 of us described it as being pushed lightly rather than actually massaged. During the process, I would go weeks without hearing from anyone, without getting responses to my e-mails with questions about my trial or payment. I was very nervous. I felt better after my trial, but it was still hard to connect with anyone. But they showed up at the hotel, were pleasant, and did a good job. We were a bit late leaving for the ceremony, but thankfully had built in extra time. I really wish that they did individual lashes. I tried the full strip on at my trial and thought it looked awful. I would have loved my lashes to look really full, though. I ended up putting the mascara on myself because my lashes didn't look as long as when I just do my makeup on a daily basis! But Jacqueline was nice enough to let me use and keep a waterproof mascara. Overall, it was a good experience. Pretty expensive, but worth it considering everything was done right at our hotel room.

y close to my wedding (only about 3 months beforehand) and Jacqueline was able to accommodate me and my wedding party. I was so glad they were able to take me because we were struggling to find someone that we wanted to work with and was also reasonably priced. Megan did an unbelievable job at taking my scattered vision and creating a beautiful look. I was worried about my hair falling out and my make up smearing but these were unnecessary concerns because both stayed beautiful through the end of the night. Megan and Laura were very accommodating and efficient and my bridesmaides, cousin, and mother looked beautiful as well. It was also comforting to have them come to my parents' house rather than going to a salon and feeling rushed. The Beautiful Dream Team was definitely worth it. d a beautiful job. As the bride, my hair and make-up were absolutely perfect and I felt so beautiful (like a true princess!) for my wedding day!! They did a wonderful job with the mothers, the bridesmaids, and even my 10 year flower girl. I have some picky hair people in my group (including myself!) and everyone was so happy with their look and you could tell they exuded confidence. They did a great job with keeping us on pace and everyone enjoyed spending the time with them as we got ready. The Beautiful Dream Team is an amazing concept and I am so glad I chose to work with them for my wedding. They did a terrific job, exceeded expectations, and I would recommend them to everyone!! e photographer. I took her a picture of a celebrity wedding hairstyle that was not typical and she did the research needed to re-create it on my wedding day. To top it off, the day was so crazy I accidently gave her a blank check, she contacted me afterward and confirmed the amount I meant write in and handled the whole situation with honesty and proffesionalism!! Hands down five stars for sure!!!
