He also gave into our guests chants for "for once last song" after the final song of the night, and played one last one as an encore for us. Beyond creating a perfect reception atmosphere for us, he also captured some pictures from behind the DJ booth and sent them to me the next day. This thoughtful touch really went beyond what I expected from him! Highly recommend!!

They listened to each person getting hair and makeup done and what the wanted and really worked to give them looks that fit who they were. Their work is amazing. They were also so fun to work with! I truly could not have asked for a better beauty team to help myself and my bridal party get ready for my wedding day.

Before the trial, she asked what I did and didn’t want and wanted to see inspiration pictures beforehand to get an idea of what I expected; I also sent her pictures of my hair in an everyday style as well as my dress so that I could get her opinion on what would work. During the trial, she first asked if what I wanted/didn’t want were the same as what I sent before, and I said yes; I didn’t have an exact hairstyle, but I knew what I liked and didn’t like from the pictures I sent. She then worked with me (and my not-so-bright apartment) to get the perfect style and look; she asked my opinion on eyelash length, eyeshadow format (matte or sparkle), lipstick color, amount of curl for my hair, etc. When she finished, it was exactly how I imagined, despite not having an exact picture to show her. On the wedding day, for a group of seven girls, she had an army of 5-6 women working constantly; at the end, she and her team had a great time and even took some pictures with us! Jacqueline then stayed around to make sure the veil was properly placed in my hair and touched up the makeup before the first look with the bridesmaids. She went above and beyond to make sure the hair, makeup, and veil for myself and the bridesmaids were perfect. Hands down, I recommend Jacqueline and her team for hair and makeup for any special event! They absolutely are the beautiful dream team!

rom them was not a pleasant experience. It takes a long time for them to get back to you which can be very stressful for a bride planning a wedding. I first submitted for a quote in February and didn't hear back until a month and a half later (our wedding was in September so I really wanted to lock down our date!). To sum it up, making changes to the services we wanted was really frustrating because the administrative department kept listing the wrong wedding date on our contract, not attaching the contract to emails, listing the wrong services, etc. Little speed bumps like this began to make me worry that this company is not professional, and I considered going elsewhere. But the reviews on the actual work were so good that I remained hopeful! The disorganization wouldn't have mattered if I loved the work they did on my girls and I. I had my trial 2 months before the wedding (which cost me a significant amount of money and was not included in the bridal package). What I wanted really wasn't anything super special or complicated, just a low messy bun with pieces hanging out. At the end of the trial I was so disappointed with what it looked like. I explained that it looked nothing like the picture I showed her and that it was too high up and tight. She took some notes on what I wanted different so she could remember for the wedding, however, she did not offer to adjust or fix it a little to ease my mind. So the whole time leading up to the wedding, I wasn't even 100% sure my stylist knew how to give me the style I wanted but I tried to be hopeful because, like I said, it really wasn’t anything over the top. On the wedding day, the other girls and the moms went before me. 3/8 of them were actually happy with their hair. The other 5 looked nothing like what they wanted, and my mom's updo was noticeably lopsided. When it was my turn, I asked if she needed to see the picture again from 2 months ago, and she responded with, "no, I don't need to see it, I remember." So I thought she had a plan. As I was reminding her of what I wanted from the trial, she seemed to understand and remember what we had talked about previously. After about an hour of her working on it, I looked in the mirror and was shocked at how far off it was. She was doing the same thing she did at the trial and I started freaking out. When she was finished and showed me the back I was literally horrified at how not even close it was to what I wanted :( I explained to her that it was too high and tight back and how I wanted it low, messy and loose, to which she responded with "I don't know, you just have so much hair." She tried to adjust some pieces but it really didn't help as it was anchored wrong from the start. I am soooooo upset with how this looked. My husband still thought it looked nice, but I just could not get over how different it was from what I wanted, and how much we were charged for this service. I honestly regret using this group and I should have just looked up a tutorial on YouTube. I feel bad insulting someone's work, however, what I wanted truly was not anything extreme and should have been VERY achievable for a bridal hairstylist of that price to do. Be cautious if you use this group.

sh for the foundation which makes the skin look like it's been photo-shopped in real life - and with no extra weight so it both feels and looks great!! The makeup (and hair) stayed put all day and nothing fell off or got smudged - and I do have oily skin so that was awesome! Also, I had my bridal hair and makeup preview done right in my home for which Jacqueline traveled far from her office - I highly appreciate this as it allowed to pick the best style for my wedding day. Thank you so very much! Highly recommend!!

e open to my preferences! They took photos to document exactly what they did that day so that it could be replicated day of. On the day of the wedding, they arrived exactly on time, were set up and ready to go, and were flexible with who they were working on for hair/makeup when some of our bridesmaids had to step out/run other small errands. They were so kind and even assembled a fruit plate for me while they were finishing up my hair! Jacqueline also showed my bridesmaids how to put the veil in/out of my hair, which was very helpful! These were the sweetest people, they were so professional, and I received SO many compliments on my makeup!
