en I first started planning our wedding, all the florists I spoke to told me they could not make my vision happen within the confines of our budget. Marcia was the first and only florist who did not laugh at me when I showed her my inspiration and discussed our budget. She promised that she would bring our vision to life and in the end, what Marcia produced was more beautiful than we could have even imagined! EVERYONE complemented Marcia's work for both our ceremony and reception. Not only is Marcia insanely talented, but she is extremely responsive and professional. We had a million last minute changes due to the pandemic and Marcia was accommodating throughout it all. From the outset, I wanted to work with vendors who would treat our wedding as a priority and I can say that Marcia did that 150%. I plan on hiring Marcia from Beautiful Kreations again for any and all events we have in the future and strongly recommend her to anyone who wants to make their special day truly unforgettable!

was looking for a florist who was creative and didn't need much guidance, so Marcia was a fantastic pick for us. From the inspiration photos, she let us know immediately that some of the specific flowers might not be available in November, but that she would maintain the vibe of the florals--and that she did! The color schemes, some specific flowers, and shape of the floral arrangements were exactly the vibe I was looking for even if the specific flowers weren't in season. She worked with our budget and itemized each arrangement so we knew exactly what we were paying for. Our florals and tablescapes came out magnificently!!! Marcia is incredibly responsive and was early for our walkthrough (which is impressive with Miami traffic!). Such a pleasure to work with someone who has such a passion for her craft! 10/10!

She really understood my vision and did everything to make it perfect! A few months before the wedding, we went to her office and saw mock-ups of centerpieces which was really helpful, as we discussed a few adjustments and Marcia executed them all flawlessly! On our wedding day, we re-used the flowers from the ceremony arch for our sweetheart table during the reception. This was Marcia’s idea and I really like it because it was cost effective and looked fabulous in both places. Can’t recommend Marcia enough – thank you for making our wedding day so beautiful!

idn't need much direction to create multiple, stunning, arrangements. I even made an adjustment after seeing the mock up of the arrangements and she was more than accommodating. The flowers looked fresh on the day of the wedding, vibrant and overall stunning. It was very valuable having a vendor that was familiar with my venue as well. Such a lovely person, very professional and I would recommend her a million times over.

dding and she did it without hesitation.  However:  We received the flowers about 2 hours before the ceremony. I ordered 6 boutonnieres, 1 bridal bouquet, and 4 bridesmaid bouquets. Bouquets were supposed to contain white orchids -- the big, beautiful ones. The bridal bouquet looked different from the photos I sent her and there was 1 row of the actual orchids I wanted on the right side of the bouquet, making it completely asymmetric. I even asked the delivery person if this was supposed to be asymmetric and he said that it is part of Marcia's creative process... Two of my bridesmaids went to the store to buy more orchids to make the bouquet look more symmetric. Boutonnieres: arrived greenish, wilted, and 1 was torn.  One of my bridesmaids (who has worked in event planning for luxury hotels for many years) called Marcia, as these boutonnieres were unacceptable. They were on the phone for 10 minutes 21 seconds and Marcia never once apologized and actually told my bridesmaid to google what different species of orchids look like. Finally she agreed to send more boutonnieres. When the new boutonnieres arrived, the door to our Airbnb was open due to our loading vehicles. The delivery person walked into the house with no announcement, threw the new box of boutonnieres on a table with 1 branch of orchids and literally walked out. He walked back in with his cell phone to take a photo proving that they were delivered (again just walking through the door unannounced) and departed. This was witnessed by several people, including my makeup artist who actually asked me the name of this company so she would know for future reference.  TL;DR: I paid about $784.58 for unusable boutonnieres that had to be replaced, several ugly bouquets, including one that had to be altered by my bridesmaids at the last minute, and rude customer service. I have several photos as proof. Maybe other brides will have a better experience but I cannot recommend her myself.

We were able to keep our plans/contract with Beautiful Kreations. All of our flowers, bouquets, etc. were shipped to us overnight. Marcia communicated the status of preparations and shipment every step of the way, contacted me directly to confirm that they shipped and explained how to care for the flowers to ensure they stayed beautiful for our wedding day the next day. Beautiful Kreations even took the time to attend on our Zoom wedding! Our wedding turned out to be a beautiful day with beautiful flowers -- all was perfect! Thanks so much Marcia! I wish all vendors would be as caring, understanding, and flexible as Beautiful Kreations was during this difficult time for those of us who planned a wedding during COVID. I highly recommend Beautiful Kreations for weddings, events, etc. anywhere (not just Florida).

Marcia with BK worked with me and my Pinterest ideas and created something I could have never imagined. I was so shocked when I saw the mockup I couldn't even believe it would be even better at our wedding. Marica was very responsive and helpful in designing our centerpieces and all floral decorations. When the guests walked into the wedding, all they could say was WOW! All the floral arrangements, from our bouquets to the centerpieces, were OUTSTANDING! I showed Marcia several pictures of what I wanted and she showed me some pictures of arrangements they had done before and made suggestions of how they could alter it for my specific wedding (which included these adorable mini pineapples). The flowers were really important to me and I had a very specific vision in my head of how I wanted things to look. The flowers were PERFECT. From the centerpieces to the bouquets and boutonnières- everything was exactly as I pictured it would be. I know nothing in life is perfect- but my wedding flowers were!!!! If/ when I plan another event- I will absolutely hire Beautiful Kreations. I wish I could leave a 10 star review, that’s how good they were. Thank you Marcia!

tage 4 pancreatic cancer....I currently live in Ohio.. i scheduled to have a destination wedding in Florida so my father could travel to a warmer climate... i planned this wedding in 3 weeks everything was time sensitive because I wanted to make sure my father would be present to walk me down the aisle before he passed away! Well on the Tuesday before thanksgiving the cancer center informed us that he’s too terminally ill to travel anywhere and it wouldn’t be safe for him to travel.... they informed us that he will be put into hospice care.... we explained to the cancer center how we were supposed to be having a wedding in a week in a half....and how we had already paid our vendors.... they said they’ve seen similar situations and how they normally write up a letter explaining their patients condition and explaining that they can’t travel and that they are in hospice care and how vendors normally take that into consideration for a full refund.... well we told Marcia about the letter and about my dads condition and she said that a letter will not be necessary and that we cannot get our money back bc she ordered all the flowers.she never even sent us what we paid for! It was all about the money to her! Very insensitive, all of the flowers wasn’t even paid for! Please stay away!!!
