The moment I saw you, your wedding party and you walking down the aisle with Dad it was a wrap! Flawless and breathtaking my darling, wow!! phaleanopsis orchids to the left dendrobium orchids , roses and greenery in the center was exactly what was created minus the roses with minimal greenery. Our driver arrived at 11:45am for the 3:15 ceremony, shared the bouquet with you, which you then exclaimed how you loved it and thanked him profusely. At about 12:05 we received a phone call from your bridesmaid saying that the orchids are all green and wilted. Shocked and trying to figure out what could have happened in 20 minutes from the time they were received to her phone call, I asked her to shoot me some photos so that I could have a look. I’m glad you shared the length of time our phone call lasted, 10 minutes and 21 seconds. It showed we cared about you, your day and our product and wanted to make it right for you. When your bridesmaid spoke with me about the “green” in the orchids, of course I apologised to her, by saying, “ I’m sorry, and that the white dendrobium orchids tends to have a tinge of greenish hue to them, but rest assured they are white, not green”. When she mentioned she’s never seen anything like that before, I shared that they are the same orchids used in the bridal and bridesmaids bouquet, so that she could see truthfully that that’s how they are. When she persisted with doubts, I went onto google snapped a photo and shared with her so she could see that yes, that’s how they are. There was no wilting to the orchid bloom, no blemish either. We made you an additional 5 to make you happy knowing there was nothing wrong with the first set. When the driver arrived for the 2nd time and within 30 minutes prior to you departure from the Airbnb, he announced himself, the bridesmaid from earlier welcomed him, examined the boutonnieres and said "these were whiter" He brought along a stem of the same orchid used so that you could see that’s how the blooms are. We have 100% confidence in our work, creativity and work ethic and so do many of our clientele. It’s sad you are aiming to rip us to shreds over a flower that mother nature produces naturally by calling the bouquets ugly. Brittany, we wish you the best and life filled with happiness!

We offered you a substantial discount to work within your budget. Please remember how thrilled and ecstatic you were when we assisted you. You were pretty much at cost for the products procured. Your suddenly negative behavior towards us is not going to deter us from our practice of offering savings to our clients when they come to us. We cannot purchase flowers the day before an event and design beautiful centerpieces overnight. It's a process. When flowers / products are ordered, they are just for you. We don't recycle flowers, so we couldn't use them for someone else. I again hope the explanation above is clear. As mentioned multiple times we will gladly assist with you with any future events here in Florida or in Ohio per our contract as we don't ship flowers cross country. Wishing you peace and light.
