am. During my trial, Tracy and Joelle made me feel so relaxed and listened to what I wanted. Day of my wedding, Joelle and Becca listened to last minute changes and truly made me feel like a princess. Everyone in my bridal party (mothers, bridesmaids, maid of honor, and flower girls) all felt so special and beautiful. Our hair and make-up lasted throughout the night. I would recommend them to anyone who is having a wedding soon!!!!!

of it was a little windy so I was able to switch from my initial trial hair to an updo (beautiful!). The created a calm atmosphere and did not add any extra day of stress. They were great to work with and would definitely recommend!

Every single bridesmaid and my mom who had their hair done by her, had to have it re done by Lisa. The same situation happened with one bridesmaid and the other makeup artist. I was a little upset as that took up extra time but I really appreciated Lisa and Sam going the extra mile to make everything right.

ut off date passed. Samantha was the one who came to actually do out makeup and she was very sweet, on time and did an AMAZING job! She did all 6 of us and did not even take a break once to stop. She was very easy to talk to and we were all so impressed with what she did. I was not able to schedule a practice makeup due to living out of town, but I was still so impressed with her choosing eyeshadow and lip colors on the fly. I definitely would recommend Beautiful Moments for your special day!

that I was able to pick a time for trials. Tracy made the whole planning process easy. Unfortunately, my hair stylist backed out about 2-3 weeks before my wedding, but Tracy handled this incredibly well and put my stress at ease. Tracy called me right away to let me know what happened, she immediately found another stylist who was available for my day, she showed me some photos from her portfolio which included similar hair styles to what I was planning and had done at my trial, and connected me with the new stylist who I was able to talk with and share photos with before the day. My new hair stylist, Sierra, did a fantastic job on my hair and the hair of my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law. She was an absolute pleasure for us to spend time with for the morning of my wedding. Honestly I am so thankful that she ended up being the one doing my hair because it was totally perfect for my wedding day. I was totally obsessed with how beautiful my hair turned out, and most importantly, so was my husband. Lauren, our makeup artist, also did a fantastic job on our makeup, and was able to capture the natural look that I was going for. As someone that does not normally wear a lot of makeup and had no idea what I wanted besides to look natural, I was so thrilled that Lauren had walked me through the whole process and helped me make selections during my trial because then it went so smoothly on wedding day. Both Sierra and Lauren touched up those who had their hair and makeup done earlier in the morning just prior to pictures so everyone looked perfect, and all of our hair and makeup lasted well throughout the night! I highly recommend Tracy and her team!

he makeup trial for us! We had Jamie for hair and she did a great job! Everyone’s hair looked amazing and held for a full day of pictures and dancing! It was awesome that they were willing to travel around the western NY area too! Communication with the owner was sometimes a little confusing and we had a few back and forths for clarifications, but overall using them was a great experience! Thanks team!

ir did not get messed up at all. Our hair also lasted all night which was extra impressive because we had an outdoor ceremony, it was SO humid that day and then it rained. Our hair still looked great at the end of the night! Highly highly recommend Beautiful Moments for any special occasion hair.

munications with Tracy and team were through SMS and group texts. I was very pleased with my hair and make up trials. Alycia and Traci did a fantastic job on hair & make-up respectively. They were at my hotel on time 7am sharp to get everyone looking their wonderful best. I gave my bridesmaids and Alycia/Traci creative freedom on making decisions for their looks. One of my aunts needed hair and make up done last minute and in trying to accomodate that i had the number of hair and make up appointments calculated wrong. I forgot to count myself in. Luckily, Alycia and Traci were almost working ahead of schedule and everyone was ready on time and we all looked wonderful. They did an amazing job working with different hair styles, textures and skin tones and types. Thank you for being part of my big day. I definitely recommend.
