Beautiful Wedding Announcements (BWA) did an amazing job for our wedding. We had a vision of what we wanted the invitations to look like and they fulfilled that so well. We got a rough draft from them and were able to make some edits to fit our needs. We had a special order request and they did an amazing job, even including a few extra invitations for us. They were prompt, listened to our feedback and did a great job!

We loved working with BWA - we found them at a bridal expo and the 50% offer was too hard to beat. From the start at the expo they were very approachable and answered all our questions. We loved we got to bring a sample packet home for all our save the dates, invitations, and thank you card needs. I loved we got to interact with the samples prior to selecting our needs. We ended up ordering save the dates, invitations (including RSVP cards and photo inserts), name cards, and full addressed envelopes. We are currently placing our thank you card order with them. Their designers are amazing! They are very professional - they actioned our edits and feedback timely and offered proof printing prior to sending to print. Any questions they were happy to answer via email - they answered in a timely fashion and were a dream to work with. I love when looking at the proof they included a checklist of items to check just to ensure we got the most perfect product. We got so many compliments on all of our invitation suite, which just solidified we choose the right vendor. They have a variety of styles and designs - most of which are interchangeable. They have so many extras to choose from such as RSVP cards, photo inserts, etc. which I think just help make the invites reflect your personality and brand. This husband and wife duo is the sweetest and cutest business! I have no complaints, and saved so much money on stationary! We got so many compliments on our save the date magnets, and the invitations themselves. The only thing that showed the low cost was the envelopes for the save the date magnets, but this was not the case for the actual invitations themselves and their respective envelopes, which were very nice quality. Plus, the prices can’t be beat so I didn’t have an issue with that. The invitations are more important anyway, and like the name says, beautiful!

I have worked with Beautiful Wedding Invitations for our save the dates, thank you cards, wedding invitations, ceremony inserts as well as bridal shower invitations and they have done everything perfectly making the design I wanted from scratch! They made the process so easy and painless and had the best pricing around! I would recommend them to anyone!

Run away from their “good deal.” Back in January when I attended a Bridal show I was hooked on their great deal of put $50 down to get 50% off everything. I put the $50 deposit down to secure my amazing discount. A month or so later they hit you with an email explaining that the only way to get that 50% off is to order 3 things. That was not said during the bridal event at all, but I figured that was fine because I was still getting a deal. Once I started the communication with the designers it all went downhill. They say you work with one designer, I talked to several people and they obviously don’t communicate with each other because I had to explain what I wanted multiple times. Communicating with me was great, I got several emails in a day, that’s the only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1. After a while and through multiple emails, we finally got the invites how I wanted them. I asked about RSVP cards and although this is mostly on myself because I “ok’d” the proof that wasn’t my colors, you’d think that a company who makes wedding invites for a living would ask about colors, but I guess not. They emailed and texted me about paying the balance but wouldn’t say how much shipping is. Said they could only tell me the price of shipping AFTER the balance had been paid. What kind of business practice is this? I’ve worked retail and now own my own business and I ALWAYS know and am upfront about shipping costs. I called and the person who picked up was less than nice and was unsure about giving me the shipping amount until I paid. After a 4 minute hold, she came back and told me. Thankfully it wasn’t unreasonable but it just seems sketchy that they refuse to tell you how much shipping is until it’s paid in full, I’ve never known a business to do this. Fast forward a week later, I get 58 RSVPs when I paid for 75 and the Thank You’s were in the box when I was told I could design them after. I wouldn’t waste my time or money with this company again.

Beautiful Wedding Announcements was so helpful and so quick to respond to all my questions. I chose to pay extra to see proofs of all my wedding materials and they turned out amazing. Everyone there is so helpful, no matter who you work with. If you're more of a visual person, I do recommend asking if they can send a sampler of wedding invitation options. We received one at the show and it was just nice to see and feel the different variations of save the dates and invitations. They were amazing! I got the gatefold invites, Rsvp cards, and insert cards. They displayed my pictures beautifully and, as long as I explained in detail what I wanted, they made it happen. We had an issue with paper not in stock, and also envelope addresses being printed wrong, but they were quick and timely to fix the errors and get our announcements to us. I was extremely pleased with the service and price of Beautiful Wedding Announcements. I got a quote from a friend who was a graphic designer and it was going to cost me about $600 for invites and thank yous!! I almost went through with it because that was apparently an average price. DON'T SPEND THAT MUCH MONEY ON INVITES! These guys were so helpful and stood by their deals and all for a FRACTION of that price. Definitely visit bridal fairs when you can though because they gave me a great deal while at a fair. Shipping was also pretty fast so I can't complain! Great deal!

Man- I wanted to like these guys SO MUCH. I really wanted to be able to give them 5 stars. Let me share my story. We met Sarah at a bridal fair and loved her! She is so friendly and great at customer service. This company should probably leave all issues to her because I feel like she just has that quality (this cannot be said for everyone that works for this company). Did some research, searched it out, felt like we were getting a great deal, and paid the $50 deposit they require and then did not hear from them. Thank god that we saved the sheet because we had to reach out where we were told they would email us periodically. And honestly- it’s hard to remember a general name like “beautiful wedding announcements” When we contacted them, we were ready to order our save the dates. They said we had to sit through and make sure the emails all were sent to us. Then they flat out stopped responding to emails. We started calling and it took my husband calling them (and honestly threatening to go to the BBB) for them to even call me. By the time we got to order the save the dates, we were frantically trying to make sure the stamps were on so we could get them out in time. It was cumbersome to order, cumbersome to receive them, and we received AWFUL customer service from the owner in the process (remember when I said sarah should be the one handling it). We were patient and took plenty of time to order on the website for our invitation suite. The problem is they advertise invitations on their Instagram and that don’t have the ability to be ordered on the website. So I had to wait for an email back and then go through some design issues with the designer. She was super nice and responsive to emails (have to give props where they are due). Invitations came easier than save the date but when we got them - about 20 of our envelopes were printed wrong (double printed, wrong font, etc). 20 of envelopes were about 25% of the amount we order. We had to wait for that to be sent to us again. So that again is frustrating. The value is incredible. There’s no denying that. The customer support is mediocre at best. The website (where the force you to order) is DREADFUL and can’t even take credit card info online. my big recommendation to this company is - better customer service - better quality checks - invest some serious capital into hiring a website designer to bring it up to the year of 2019.

Do not use this vendor if you are in any sort of a hurry. If it is crunch time for your wedding, go with a local printer, because this company has issues getting their product to you in a timely manner. We decided to use their service because we received an option for 50% off at a wedding expo. They boasted quick turn around on their designs and shipping, which is the other reason we ultimately decided to use their service. After ordering our invitations, they first delayed their shipping due to an apparent system outage. This caused us to not be able to get some invitations to family members that live out of the country. The second delay happened when they somehow didn't put our apartment number into the shipping address EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD SHIPPED TO US 3 TIMES ALREADY. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY.

They were running an AMAZING deal for all products half off when you order them so long as you paid the $50 deposit. I first ordered 100 save the date magnets. The magnets came out better than I expected and the ordering process was very easy. Collette and her team answered all my questions in a timely fashion and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted! There was also a quick 4 day turn around from the time I started designing the magnets to when they were shipped to me! A few months later, I ordered my wedding invitations. I got the one sided pocket invitation with 2 insert cards, full addressing, and a return rsvp envelope. Once again I was thoroughly impressed with how quickly I was able to order my invitations and the quality of the invitations! I have gotten numerous compliments on how they turned out! Overall, I am very pleased and happy with my experience with Beautiful Wedding Announcements!!

STAY AWAY!!! Small horse and pony show. Not only could they not find me (initially) after paying my $50 off deposit they also claimed I did not approve the print - despite me resending the email saying "Approved". The owner, Colette, indicated that is not an approval, according to her standards. She even told me she recalled our conversation AND my email!!! But somehow that doesn't constitute and approval. I paid my invoice 3 weeks ago, there's been no follow up, NOTHING. I finally called today for a status and they haven't even been ordered. When I tried to state my case she wouldn't let me talk and then hung up on me. $120 in so far. I'll be contesting with my credit cards company but, do yourselves a favor and DO NOT WASTE your time OR money!!! Damn Thieves!

I used Beautiful Wedding announcements for my invitations and RSVP cards for my wedding earlier this month and loved them! I attended the San Diego Bridal Bazaar and came across their booth and was able to get a great deal on a package. When it came time to pick out my design I found exactly what I wanted and it was so easy to customize. Their customer service is amazing as well. They send you proofs of everything right away and you can work with the designers to add/change anything you like. I also had an issue with the first order I sent and they corrected it. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for invites for their wedding!

We met at a wedding showcase and chatted about prices and options. We ended up putting down the payment that same day because they could do exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. Our Save the Dates, invites and thank yous were exactly what we wanted. They didn’t tell us no to anything - very flexible and accomodating!

Price and quality are top notch. I used these guys for my Save the Dates, invitations (to two different receptions), RSVP inserts, and Thank You cards and was thrilled with the way every single one of them turned out. The design process was a little unconventional, but I really liked being able to work with the designers and ask their opinions on my invitations. It gave them a much more personal feel than the standard "insert your info here" generated templates you get elsewhere. I can't recommend them enough, I wish I had more announcements to make!

Beautiful Wedding Announcements made the wedding invitation experience very enjoyable. They were easy to work with in customizing my save the dates and wedding invitations. I loved the pocket style invites which turned out perfectly. Also the printed addressed envelopes to my guests were beautiful with elegant script. Turn around time was quick. I am going to get my name cards and programs made by them since I had such a great experience!
