t it is...INSPIRATION!! most people do not have the amount of hair that is needed to create a lot of the styles you see on line. ..they have added extensions, hair pieces etc. The stylists did exactly what you ask them to do... Maybe you should of taken my advise and came in for a trial run! Plus if someone was not happy, Why were either of the stylists not made aware of it? Oh wait... They mentioned you were pissed that you had to pay $25 for their parking, after you sent me a text telling me to have the girl put the parking on your room. I guess you did not find out the charges for that ahead of time. All the best to you!

You have got to be kidding me? With what your sister put us all through? Including you on your wedding day! I actually felt sorry for you! And how uncomfortable she made me and everyone else feel! I was in shock,from the first moment we walked into the room and your sister was on the phone with your father calling him every name in the book. The continuing swearing and the embarrassing outbursts! Oh let's not forget, the knock down drag out, screaming match your sister and your mom. YOU, Megan! ought to be ashamed of yourself, calling me rude? I stood there the entire day not saying a word because frankly I was in shock of the behavior of your sister!I certainly NEVER insulted your friend or anyone else for that matter! Myself and my girls felt beyond uncomfortable and were relieved when we were finally finished. I have never been more in shock than from this day of events and I've done thousands of weddings. Not only from the bad behavior, but from your untrue comments! I guess you didn't mind, that kind of DRAMA on your wedding day? And to think, I thought for sure, you would be sending me an apology letter. VERY CONFUSING???

long untrue stories when they can be anonymous. It was obvious that you had no clue what you wanted and how to explain what you had in mind on your wedding day! The photo that you showed me was exactly what I did for you, but what you were explaining was the opposite of the photo! It's crazy that you stated I used silver metallic eyeshadow because that is NEVER anything I use on anyone, unless they request it. Nor do I EVER do a smokey eye, unless they request that! I know exactly what I used because I have it written on my notes along with a photo that we take at every trial run! I know the only reason you have decided to take the time to write all these lies, is just came down to, not getting a refund and affordability. Which is fine, if you cannot afford our services, that's ok! I'm shocked as to why you thought you deserved a refund, when you had reserved your wedding day in our calendar for over 2 months.It may have been a different story if you would of voiced your dislike of the makeup while you were here at your trail run and not email me 2 months later. The refund policy is clearly printed on my website stating NO Refunds for deposits! How can anyone expect a refund when you tied us up for over 2 months, not allowing any other bookings to take that day and time slot? Although, I probably would of given you a refund, if you had been a little nicer to everyone at your trail run. Your attitude towards me, the hairstylist and all the other women in the room, made us all feel very uncomfortable! 
I've been in business for over 25 years. WE are a mobile hair and makeup bridal business,not a Salon. We Specialize in Bridal day hair and makeup.Which means, we go "ON LOCATION" working with thousands of happy, grateful brides! WE book over 200 weddings each year. Out of those 200 weddings, I get a few dozen brides each year that have been through a trial run with other companies, which then end up coming to us for the wedding day. The one thing I always say to that particular bride is... Sometimes 2 people do not always communicate well together and find it hard to understand what they are asking for. I'm happy you found someone that did a great job for you, but saddened you felt a need to write a untruthful account of what really happened! This was my SHORT VERSION!

Just because you showed her a photo of a hair style, doesn't mean your hair will look exactly like the models hair in the photo. Even if your hair was the exact same color, texture, length, which I am sure it wasn't. There is always going to be some difference. If your hair pin was on the wrong side why didn't you ask her to change it or why didn't you change it? She would of been more than happy to do that for you. I hope your wedding day was as beautiful as the stylist said you were. I do wish you all the best in your future! Thank you!

ay anything then.Not sure why you thought I used eyeliner on you, because I didn't. In fact, I hardly used any makeup on you at all. My contract states tipping is not mandatory, but very much appreciated. Not once did I mention anything about tipping, and you didn't.Your comment about THE KNOT and how the OWNER doesn't have any overhead!!! That almost made me fall off my chair. Who do you think pays for the $1200 ad in The Knot Magazine, the $1620 for The KNOT web ad, another $1200 for for another web ad, my website, the phone bill, paper, stamps,envelopes,.....I could go on and on. I am really stumped why you had such a negative thing to say about me and the makeup.Everyone seemed very pleased when I was there,just like the 200 other brides, which are of all ages that Beautiful You does every year, as you can read on all my other reviews. verything she changed her mind because she simply could not afford it.I would certainly give someone a refund if they were not happy with our services, but NO ONE has ever asked for one after a a trial run. WE schedule weddings 100% of the time after all our trial runs This Bride is rude and nasty and just wants to take out her bridezilla behavior on us! I feel sorry for the other vendors that have to deal with this bridezilla!

Now,multiply that, by a hundred or more other brides doing the same thing and you too would feel a little under pressure to make sure every detail of each brides day is perfect, which is always what this company tries to do. I am Sorry if you felt I didn't put you first, but you don't own and operate a successful business for over 30 years by not putting the "Client First" Understand, I have thousands of "put them first" Brides each year and hear nothing but positive feedback, so if you happen to catch me on an annoyed day, I hope you can understand why.

ling dilemma. The time was move up a couple of hours and with one of the stylist calling in and canceling that same day, only days before her wedding. It made it impossible for me to come to her wedding.I contacted the bride by her preferred method of communication,(email) which she responded immediately back. I made every effort to accommodate her needs. The bride seemed quite happy on her wedding day with the other makeup artist.she even tipped her $60.00. Does that sound like a unhappy bride? With over a thousand of happy brides each year, there is bound to be someone that needs to complain about something that started out with her making a major change, that in the end, resulted in us not being able to fully accommodate her needs.
