After couples fill out an inquiry form on her website, Kathryn will set up a meeting. She loves to sit down over a nice cup of coffee to talk about their visions. From here, this nature-loving professional will begin the planning. She uses her creative talents to design a unique proposal. Once the date is safely scheduled, Kathryn will arrange a second meeting about a month before the big day. Here, she can finalize the details to ensure that everything is as it should be. On the day, her team will deliver and set up the beautiful bespoke arrangements. Kathryn can design everything from arch and aisle decor to centerpieces. She creates stunning wedding-party bouquets, boutonnieres, and more. For a special keepsake of the occasion, this friendly florist also does preservation.

Kathryn does SUCH an amazing job! I planned my wedding from out of state and Kathryn was great over zoom and emails. She took my vision and created the most amazing floral arrangements for the ceremony that were better than I could have imagined. Kathryn does a great job of giving input on how to stay within budget while still achieving the look you want. I'm so glad I worked with her and I absolutely love how the florals for my wedding turned out!

Beautifully Bloomed is the best! Kathryn is so talented, and she does an outstanding job making sure that your day is wonderful. We were so happy with the flowers, and she answered all our questions and more. We requested mostly native Iowa flowers, and Kathryn came through with beautiful bouquets and pieces. We had so many compliments! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

There are not enough words to explain how amazing and talented Kathryn is. She did all the flowers for my wedding and I was blown away! They were perfection. WOW! That is all I can say about Kathryn's work at Beautifully Bloomed. The flowers she did for our wedding were absolutely gorgeous! This included flower petals down the aisle, an arch floral piece, centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, a head table garland, and even flowers for our wedding cake. I swear she can do anything, and you can tell how much she loves her job and her clients. If anyone ever asks for floral recommendations, I will always point them towards Beautifully Bloomed!

WOW. All I can say is WOW. Kathryn designed such beautiful arrangements for our wedding. Not only was everything what we asked for, it exceeded our expectations. The first time we met with her, she understood our vision created a proposal that best reflected our needs and stayed in great communication with us during the whole process! Then of course, the wedding day was amazing. One thing to note - I do think she was a bit more pricey than some of the other florists, but we booked her for her professionalism and for peace of mind. I am so happy because I had no stress with the floral aspect. I look back at some of the other quotes we got from other florists and thought - I do not think anyone could have designed our wedding as well as her. Totally worth everything! Thank you Kathryn.

I am beyond grateful that we chose Kathryn to make our wedding so beautiful! From the very beginning, she was very easy to work with and understood what I was looking for. I have nothing but good things to say about Kathryn!! She is SO detail oriented and asks the right questions to make sure you get what you want! She explains the entire process and checks in periodically. She is so personable and I loved meeting with her! I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY with my flowers on my wedding day. She did my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, my centerpieces, and my arch piece and all were equally stunning. The centerpieces were exactly what I wanted and tied the space together so beautifully. I was so sad to send my bouquet away to be preserved because I just wanted to stare at it all the time, it was GORGEOUS!! She even included extra flowers to put on our cake and for our photographer to do detail shots! I can't reiterate how amazing she was to work with and how beautiful her work is, she nailed my vision perfectly and I would choose her to be my florist again and again! I knew from that first phone call that we had the same vibe. Kathryn did an amazing job with all my floral arrangements. She was able to make my vision come to life!! I am obsessed with how wonderful everything looked!! She even took time during the already hectic wedding morning to come and chat with me just to say hi while I was getting my hair and makeup done. Kathryn is a miracle worker!! She made my dreams come true. There wasn’t a corner in the venue that wasn’t absolutely stunning! Ahhh I’m still obsessing over our day, it was just perfect.
We had some confusion with how many tables we needed and actually ended up having add a few more to the floor plan the MORNING OF but Kathryn didn’t even blink an eye! Somehow she made it work with our floral centerpieces. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and never let a single detail slip by in the planning process. Seriously she is so amazing at what she does!! I wish I could attach pictures because my goodness it looked like it came straight off Pinterest!! :)

I cannot even begin to put into words how grateful I am to have had Kathryn put together florals for our wedding. First of all, she was totally on board with any idea I brought to the table, and then knew how to make it look absolutely stunning. Second, she was creative in how I wanted to be able to reuse everything from ceremony to reception. Third, she is quickly responsive, kind, and flexible. Last, she makes her bouquets and arrangements look truly like nature - fully organic, imperfect, and yet still so beautiful. Rather than round or shaped bouquets, she knows how to form to make things look natural. Literally the first thing everyone has commented on when seeing our photos is the flowers! I mean look at how incredible they are! I might have even cried a little when I had to throw them away. I just can’t thank her enough and I would 1000% recommend Beautifully Bloomed! Kathryn was absolutely amazing. She made the entire process so easy for my fiance (now husband) and I! She was so kind to us, and was helpful the entire wedding planning journey. Day of she was professional, quick, and so helpful. Our flowers were BEAUTIFUL and lasted all day! Our friends and family were fighting over who got to take them home. Two weeks later, my bouquet STILL looks amazing. I would 100% recommend Kathryn if you are looking for a florist.

Wonderful! Kathryn was quick to answer any questions via email or text. I loved that our meetings were over zoom so I didn't have to travel. She sat down and gave me a price & quantity layout for something I wasn’t even originally asking her to do (I wanted to just DIY it) and most vendors would never take the time to do that. Our floral arrangements, bouquets, and corsages came out so beautiful. We couldn’t have been happier!

Beautifully Bloomed was an excellent addition to our wedding day! The flowers were definitely a huge highlight of our reception. Lots of guests remarked on how beautiful they were. Kathryn let us change our contract multiple times to get the design just right, which I appreciated immensely. She took care of everything and was 100% professional. It made things very simple for me on the day-of. Could not recommend her more! I've already given her info to several of my engaged friends.

OH MY GOODNESS! I have so many wonderful things to say about Beautifully Bloomed. They were so helpful. I am not a huge fan of ordering flowers from big chains, so I try to seek out local produce when I can, and this company grows their own flowers! Like how cool? The flowers I received were amazing and you can tell Kathryn (the owner) loves this job. She is so passionate about flowers and floral design, it made me want to go start my own garden at home. I highly recommend using Beautifully Bloomed for everything floral related! My sister is getting married next year and we will be going with Beautifully Bloomed 100%!

Kathryn with Beautifully Bloomed is absolutely amazing! I ran into some difficulty with our original florist and Kathryn was able to go above and beyond in just two short weeks! She created beautiful bouquets, center pieces, cake toppers and more that fit the theme of the wedding and match our colors perfectly. Kathryn even picked hydrangeas from my mother’s back yard to make a long, whimsical garland at the head table. Kathryn was so helpful and made our wedding day stress free. I can’t say enough good things about her and Beautifully Bloomed and will definitely be coming back to her for all my floral needs!
