On top of that, she made everyone comfortable and taking pictures fun. Her photo packages offer the most variety and pricing is reasonably for the high quality and professionalism you get. She is great at helping you feel comfortable and is so incredibly personable. We took our dog with us for our engagement photos and she was great at making sure we had plenty of great shots with him and without him. Her experience was invaluable in what to wear, what to bring, how to angle yourself, etc. I plan to go back to Lana for family portraits in years to come.

Lana delivered 5 stunning photos immediately the day after and I was very hopeful we would have all of our photos by the end of the month, as she promised when I hired her. 3 months later I still had no photos and she rarely responded through emails. Finally I received a flash drive of the photos and my husband and I chose 2 for a large print. After saying she put our order in we never received a confirmation email, and after 2 months of waiting and emailing we still have not heard from her to see if we will ever be getting those prints. In my opinion she is not reliable at all. 6 months after the wedding and we only have rough images with little photo touch ups, and no large prints which we already paid for.

oked at her portfolio and loved her pictures. However, after multiple text messages I found out after 3 months of waiting, I found out that she lost my wedding pictures. I never got the full story of what happened I just know that my pictures were gone! My wedding day pictures are gone and I will never even get to see them.
I am a photographer, myself.. so it was very hard to find someone that I trusted to give me the pictures I expected. Also I have a limited budget so I couldn't pay CRAZY amounts.
